With transdermal absorption speed constant as index, the percutaneous osmosis experiments were carried out by orthodox design method to study the preparation process of EVA membrane. The results indicate that the best preparation process of EVA membrane is:10% EVA 36,dissolved by chloroform without the addition of plasticizer, expanding the membrane at the thickness of 0 5 ?m, dried at 80℃ for 6 hours. The membrane is with good releasing-control activity under the above condition.

Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(08):-
Objective: To study the releasing rule of Artesunate TDD s (ASTDDs). Methods: To prepare the ASTDDS and determine the content of artesunate, the transdermal experiments are used to study the relation between accumulative releasing ratio or releasing speed and releasing time. Results: The content of artesunate is about 45mg/10cm 2 and the accumulative releasing ratio increases with releasing time, but releasing speed is constant when the releasing speed reached some value. Conclusion: The releasing rule of ASTDDs conforms to Higuchi equation. The ASTDDs can come to durable effect.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of velocity parameters of Tardus-Parvus for the detection of renal artery stenosis ( RAS) ( diameter reduction ≥50%) and to determine the useful cutoffs for these parameters .Methods A study group was composed of 221 renal arteries that were detected Tardus-Parvus by color Doppler flow imaging and were referred to abdomino-aorto-re-nal arteriography afterwards .Five Doppler parameters including the peak systolic velocity ( PSV ) , end-diastolic minimum velocity (EDV), resistance index (RI), acceleration time (AT), and accelerated velocity (AC) from each location including renal aorta ( MRA) , segmental artery ( SRA) , interlobar artery ( IRA) , and arcuate artery ( ARA) were archived and compared among the differ-ent groups .Renal artery angiography showed arterial canon reduced 50% or higher RAS .Arteries were considered stenosed on renal arteriography if there was a diameter reduction of greater than 50%.Statistical analysis to determine the best parameter for predicting a RAS was performed with the receiver operating characteristic ( ROC) curves. The sensitivity, specificity, and negative and positive predicting values at various cutoffs were calculated .Results Renal artery stenosis degree was less than 50% in 16 cases, 50%~99%in 197 cases, completely occluded in 2 cases, and no stenosis in 6 case by renal arteriography .For RAS with inner diameter re-duction of 50%or more, the ROC curve analysis showed renal artery flow velocity had a good sensitivity and specificity , 50%~99%of the RAS had optimal threshold value in PSV 20 cm/s, EDV 10 cm/s, RI 0.50, AT 0.09 s, and AC 1.5 m/s2.Conclusions Tardus-Parvus had high specificity and sensitivity for diagnosis of stenosis rate in more than 50% of the RAS, low sensitivity for the narrow degree in 0~49%, and no clinical value for the renal artery occlusion .

Objective:To explore the chain mediating effect of escape motivation and flow experience between frustration and online game addiction. Methods:Stratified cluster sampling method was used to randomly select 740 students from 5 universities in Beijing.Frustrate mental state scale (FMSS), escape subscale of online game motivation scale (OGMS), game flow scale (GFS), and the game addiction subscale of different types of internet addiction scale (DTIAS) were used for investigation. SPSS 25.0 software and PROCESS macro program model 6 were used to analyze the data and test the mediation effect. Results:Frustration (62.94±15.84) was positively correlated with escape motivation(6.89±2.34), flow experience(20.36±7.38), and online game addiction(16.05±6.62) ( r=0.30, 0.19, 0.39, all P<0.01). Escape motivation was positively correlated with flow experience and online game addiction ( r=0.51, 0.50, both P<0.01), while flow experience was positively correlated with online game addiction ( r=0.51, all P<0.01). The direct effect of frustration on game addiction was 0.23 (95% CI=0.17-0.30). Frustration indirectly affects game addiction through two paths. The single mediating effect of escape motivation was 0.07 (95% CI=0.05-0.11), and the chain mediating effect of escape motivation and flow experience was 0.05 (95% CI=0.04-0.08). Conclusion:Frustration not only directly affects online game addiction, but also indirectly affects online game addiction through escape motivation and flow experience.

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome injection in the treatment of peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) in a real-world setting. Methods:This was a real-world ambispective cohort study (MOMENT study) (Chinese clinical trial registry number: ChiCTR2200062067). Clinical data were collected from 198 patients who received mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome injection as monotherapy or combination therapy at 37 hospitals from January 2022 to January 2023, including 166 patients in the retrospective cohort and 32 patients in the prospective cohort; 10 patients in the treatment-na?ve group and 188 patients in the relapsed/refractory group. Clinical characteristics, efficacy and adverse events were summarized, and the overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) were analyzed. Results:All 198 patients were treated with mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome injection for a median of 3 cycles (range 1-7 cycles); 28 cases were treated with mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome injection as monotherapy, and 170 cases were treated with the combination regimen. Among 188 relapsed/refractory patients, 45 cases (23.9%) were in complete remission (CR), 82 cases (43.6%) were in partial remission (PR), and 28 cases (14.9%) were in disease stabilization (SD), and 33 cases (17.6%) were in disease progression (PD), with an objective remission rate (ORR) of 67.6% (127/188). Among 10 treatment-na?ve patients, 4 cases (40.0%) were in CR, 5 cases (50.0%) were in PR, and 1 case (10.0%) was in PD, with an ORR of 90.0% (9/10). The median follow-up time was 2.9 months (95% CI 2.4-3.7 months), and the median PFS and OS of patients in relapsed/refractory and treatment-na?ve groups were not reached. In relapsed/refractory patients, the difference in ORR between patients with different number of treatment lines of mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome injection [ORR of the second-line, the third-line and ≥the forth-line treatment was 74.4% (67/90), 73.9% (34/46) and 50.0% (26/52)] was statistically significant ( P = 0.008). Of the 198 PTCL patients, 182 cases (91.9%) experienced at least 1 time of treatment-related adverse events, and the incidence rate of ≥grade 3 adverse events was 66.7% (132/198), which was mainly characterized by hematologic adverse events. The ≥ grade 3 hematologic adverse events mainly included decreased lymphocyte count, decreased neutrophil count, decreased white blood cell count, and anemia; non-hematologic adverse events were mostly grade 1-2, mainly including pigmentation disorders and upper respiratory tract infection. Conclusions:The use of mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome injection-containing regimen in the treatment of PTCL has definite efficacy and is well tolerated, and it is a new therapeutic option for PTCL patients.
