Objective To explore the influence of health education on the cognition and behavior of oc-cupational protection for nurses in operation room. Methods 85 nurses in operation rooms from 2 compre-hensive hospitals were selected with random clustering methods, baseline surveys and health education about the cognition and behavior of occupational protection were carded out in them. Results The awareness rate of occupational protection knowledge after health education was higher than that before it. The behavior of occupa-tional protection was better than that of before health education. Conclusions Health education can advance cognition and ability of occupational protection, then can prevent occupational risks effectively.

Objective To explore the short-term and long-term clinical effect of leep knife treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods A single-center, prospective, randomized, controlled study was used, 120 patients with chronic cervicitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 60 patients. Patients in the observation group were treated with (LEEP) knife, parameters setting frequency was 3.8 MHz, power was 30 ~ 40W, patients in the control group were treated with microwave. The intraoperative and postoperative recovery and relapse were compared between two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss, operative time, postoperative vaginal discharge time in the observation group were significantly less than control group, there was a significantly statistical difference (P<0.001) . After two weeks and three months , the cure rate in observation group were 70% and 98.33% respectively, the cure rate in control group were 16.67% and 51.67%, there was a significantly statistical difference (P <0.01) . After 2 weeks and 3 months, the infection rate and recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, there was a significantly statistical difference (P <0.05) . Conclusion Leep knife for treatment of chronic cervicitis patients has lower postoperative recurrence, lower infection rate and higher cure rate in short-term and long-term, and less intraoperative trauma, shorter operation time, and has important clinical significance for the prognosis of patients.

Anticipatory nausea and vomiting (ANV) is one of the common adverse effects in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.ANV is related to classical conditioning,psychosocial and demographic factors.Psychological intervention such as systematic desensitization,hypnosis and biofeedback therapy could be used to treat ANV,while some psychotropic medication including benzodiazepines and olanzapine is also helpful to prevent ANV.Now the recognition about ANV in clinical oncology is not adequate and large sample epidemiological survey of ANV is lacked.So far there are no special tools to predict and assess ANV,and the effects of pharmacological interventions also need solid evidence from large sample double-blind randomized controlled trials.

Objective To explore the effects of mindful- based stress reduction exercise on the sleep and negative emotion in Primary glaucoma patients. Methods By using random sampling,primary glaucoma patients at the hospital of between September in 2015 and September in 2016. A total of 93 patients were divided into intervention group and control group according to random number table.The control group was given conventional nursing, intervention group joined in mindful-based stress reduction exercise on the basis of routine nursing. Baseline levels of anxiety, depression and status of sleep were measured in the two groups after admission, evaluated and comparison at the end of formal intervention. Results At the end of intervention, the score of Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) in intervention group was decreased from (13.42 ± 3.56) points to (8.23 ± 2.11) points (t=7.832, P=0.000), the score of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) was decreased from (18.42 ± 4.55) points to (10.31 ± 2.76) points (t=9.517, P=0.000), the effect was better than the control group (t=8.117, 7.671, all P=0.000). And the score of Self-Rating Scale of Sleep (SRSS) was decreased from (30.81±8.35) points to(25.52±6.13) points (t=3.189, P=0.002), the effect was better than the control group (t=2.253, P=0.027). Conclusions Mindful-based stress reduction exercise can reduce negative emotions such as anxiety and depression and promote the status of sleep effectively.

Objective:To determine if a group psychotherapy programme offers significant benefits to psycho-logical wellbeing for early and mid-term colorectal cancer patients compared to control group.Methods:Totally 67 patients previously diagnosed with colorectal cancer who participated in this study,34 patients accepted an invitation to join the intervention group,received 10 consecutive,weekly sessions group psychotherapy,and 33 patients served as control subject with usual care only.All participants were assessed at baseline and post-therapy (week 10 follow-ing enrollment or equivalent ).Assessment comprised self-completed Cancer Quality-of-life Core Questionnaire (QLQ-C30),Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS).Results:At baseline, 67participants completed questionnaires,and 60 questionnaires returned at post-therapy,from 30 intervention group participants and 30 control group participants.Baseline scores for SAS and SDS were higher in intervention than control group[(42.0 ±7.7)vs.(36.0 ±6.8),(44.4 ±11.5)vs. (38.7 ±9.0),Ps <0.05],while other itemswere not differ(Ps>0.05 ).Post-therapy,intervention group participants reported significantly scores for anxiety, depression and fatigue compared with controlled group.In the comparison of before-post difference between inter-vention and controlled group,the difference of SAS score,SDS score,role function score and fatigue score showed significant discrepancy,intervention group improve significantly (Ps <0.05 ).Conclusion:Group psychotherapy could improve anxiety and depression,for colorectal cancer patients,and may help to improve quality of life,possi-bly through improving role function and decreasing fatigue symptoms.

Objective To study the prognosis of patients with unstable angina in PCI adverse events factor analysis,and the function of CYP2C 19 gene mutations.Methods From May 2013 to May 2015,226 cases of PCI postoperative patients,after surgery all took aspirin + clopidogrel maintenance to treat for 1 years,analyzed CYP2C19*1,CYP2C19*2,CYP2C19 *3 genotype with fluorescent polymerase chain reaction (PCR),the patients were followed up for 6 months.According to the result of detection of genotype divided into wild type group (CYP2C19 *1/*1),the mutation of mixed group (CYP2C19 *1/*2 and CYP2C19 *1/*3) group and mutations in pure form group (CYP2C19 *2/*2 and CYP2C19 *3/*3).Observed the occurrence of unstable angina of three groups prognosis.Results The mutation of mixed to form and mutation of pure form had a record of hospital clinical adverse events (61.9％ and 45.3％) was significantly higher risk of wild group (42.4％),with statistical significance (P ＜0.05);Logistic regression analysis of diabetes and CYP2C19 genotype with PCI postoperative patients with unstable angina occurred in hospital records of clinical adverse events had good correlation (R =3.424,P=0.009 and R =5.679,P =0.001).Conclusion The CYP2C19 gene mutations and diabetes patients with unstable angina PCI postoperative prognosis is closely related,the lack of CYP2C19 gene type are more likely to affect the prognosis of unstable angina,provide reliable basis for further research.

Objective To identify the efficacy small interfering RNA against Pseudomonas aeruginosa expressing MexA-MexB-OprM efflux pumps.Methods Four siRNA ( siRNA1,siRNA2,siRNA3 and siRNA4) against mexB gene were designed and prepared by electricity transference in vitro.MICs of antibiotic combined with efflux pump inhibitors against multiple resistant strain PAO1 and PAO3 were determined by E-test method.The mRNA expression levels of efflux pump gene (mexB) were quantified by real time fluorescent quantitative PCR.Results siRNA expression vectors were constructed success by enzyme cut method.48 after PAO1 and multiple drug resistant PAO3 transfected with siRNA4,the sensibilities to antibiotic were enhanced.48 after PAO1 and multiple drug resistant PAO3 transfected with siRNAl,siRNA2 and siRNA3,the sensibilities to antibiotic didn't change obviously.48 after PAO1 and multiple drug resistant PAO3 ttransfected with siRNA4,the expression level of mexB was decreased obviously (P ＜ 0.05 ).48 after PAO1 and multiple drug resistant PAO3 transfected with siRNA1,siRNA2 and siRNA3,the expression level of mexB didn't change obviously.Conclusion siRNA against Pseudomonas aeruginosa expressing MexA-MexB-OprM efflux pumps enhanced the sensibility to antibiotic and inhibited the expression of mexB gene.Our results demonstrate the using RNAi may be potential targets for novel therapies directed against treatment of antibiotic-resistant infections.

Objective To investigate the effects of simvastatin on the production of interleukin (IL)-17and B-cell activating transcription factor (BATF) in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients and healthy individuals.Methods PBMCs were isolated from heparinized blood of healthy donors or RA patients using Ficoll-Hypaque density gradient centrifugation.The cells were stimulated by PMA and ionomycin in the absence or presence of simvastatin or MVA at 37 ℃ 5％CO2.The mRAN level of IL-17,BATF and GAPDH was detected by RT-PCR; the protein level of IL-17 in supernatants was assayed by ELISA kit; and the protein level of BATF was detected by Western Blotting.The comparison between the two groups was carried out by paired-t test and Chi-square test was used for muhi-group comparison.Results PBMCs of healthy donors [(69.2±12.2) vs (8.1±2.2) pg/ml,P＜0.05; (76.6±14.7) vs (10.2±7.2) pg/ml,P＜0.05] and RA patients [(79.6±12.7) vs (15.8±5.8) pg/ml,P＜0.05; (90.3±9.7) vs (12.9±7.9) pg/ml,P＜0.05] were stimulated with PMA and ionomycin to produce high levels of IL-17.After treatment with simvastatin,the expression and secretion level of IL-17 in healthy controls and RA PBMCs were markedly decreased.The inhibition of simvastatin on the production of IL-17 was reversed by mevalonic acid (MVA),but no significant changes of BATF after treating with simvastatin.Conclusion Simvastatin inhibits the production of IL-17 in the PBMCs at gene and protein levels,which is not targeted at suppressing the expression of IL-17 transcription factor BATF.
