Human papillomavirus (HPV) is one of the most common infection of the virus in the reproductive tract,a growing number of studies found that HPV infection is closely related to female infertility.This paper mainly introduces the structure characteristics of HPV,the correlation of reproductive tract infection of HPV and infertility,the related factors of infertility by reproductive tract infection of HPV,the influence of early pregnancy and adverse pregnancy outcomes,the relationship with assisted reproductive technology,etc.

Objective To probe the clinical values of the human serum glycoprotein profiles for the diagnosis of common gynecological tumors. Methods A total of 123 clinical serum samples which included 31 breast cancer, 24 cervical cancer, 19 ovarian cancer and 49 healthy individuals were collected. A lectin microarray consisting of 15 lectins with different glycan binding specificities was used to determine the glycoprotein profiles of serum sam-ples. Stepwise discrimination analysis method was adopted to establish function model of clinical serum samples classification with SPSS 15. 0 software. Results Two grades of diagnostic discrimination function models were es-tablished. The first grade discrimination function could differentiate gynecological tumors from healthy individuals, the diagnostic accuracy rates of retrospective inspection were 85. 7% and 83. 8% respectively, and the total diag-nostic accuracy rate was 84.6%. The second grade discrimination function was used to differentiate breast tumor, cervical tumor and ovarian tumor, the diagnostic accuracy rates of retrospective inspection were 96.8%,75.0%and 78.9% respectively, and the total diagnostic accuracy rate was 85.1%. Conclusion The human serum gly-coprotein profiles are associated with gynecological tumors, and the established discrimination function models based on lectin microarray data have a helpful reference value for the clinical diagnosis of gynecological tumors.

EPA exists wildly in artery vascular endothelium and could be activated by endogenously activated substances and regulate the vascular tone. The endothelium-dependent vascular relaxation mediated by EPA has been used for almost 20 years as an indicator of endothelium dysfunction. In many cardio-vascular diseases, EPA function was down-regulated. The pharmacological profiles of EPA could be characterized by muscarinic properties, as well as non-muscarinic properties in selectivity for agonists and antagonists and in binding characteristics. The endogenous ligand, receptor type and molecular pharmacological characteristics of EPA are waiting to be investigated.

Objective To study the differences of anal manometry among dirrhea-dominant(DD), constipation-dominant(CD) irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) and functional constipation(FC), and to evaluate effects of sex and age on these parameters.Methods Age-matched 18 DD-IBS, 14 CD-IBS and 30 FC patients were selected, and 18 volunteers as healthy controls. Objective To determine the influence of total glucosides of paeony (TGP) on bone density, protein level of skeletal muscle and relative cytokine of osteoporotic rats. Methods Six-month-old SD rats were shamed as control (8 rats) or were ovariectomized (24 rats). The ovariectomized (16 rats) +TGP low dose and high dose group were treated with 50 mg/(kg?d) TGP and 150 mg/(kg?d) TGP respectively for 12 weeks. OBJECTIVE:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of cetuximab in the adjuvant chemotherapy treat-ment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),and to provide evidence-based reference for clinical treatment. METH-ODS:Retrieved from Cochrane Library,PubMed,CJFD and Wanfang database,randomized controlled trials (RCT) about cetux-imab adjuvant chemotherapy (test group) versus single chemotherapy (control group) in the treatment of advanced NSCLC were collected,and Meta-analysis was performed by using Rev Man 5.2 statistical software after extracting data and evaluating quality. RESULTS:A total of 8 RCT were included,involving 2 367 patients. Results of Meta-analysis showed survival rate in 1 year [OR=1.33,95%CI(1.08,1.64),P=0.006],partial remission rate [OR=1.48,95%CI(1.23,1.78),P<0.001],total effective rate [OR=1.34,95%CI(1.19,1.51),P<0.001],incidence of leucopenia [OR=1.50,95%CI(1.23,1.83),P<0.001],incidence of rash [OR=53.26,95%CI(13.09,216.65),P<0.001] and incidence of infusion reactions [OR=3.72,95%CI(1.86,7.42),P<0.001] in test group were significantly higher than those of control group,there were significant differences in 2 groups. However,there were no significant differences in the complete remission rate [OR=1.57,95%CI(0.91,2.70),P=0.11] and incidences of other ADR(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Cetuximab has good efficacy in the adjuvant chemotherapy treatment of advanced NSCLC,however,the incidence of ADR should be prevented in clinic. Duo to the methodology limit of included studies,large-scale and high quality RCT are required for further validation of the conclusions.

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on knowledge,attitude and behavior on patients with abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy.Methods 220 cases of abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,110 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given only the general health education.The patients in the experimental group were given a series of nursing interventions on this basis.Mter treatment patients were investigated with influence of nursing intervention on knowledge,auimde and behavior.Results The gestational diabetes knowledge and treatment compliance of awareness in the experimental group were better than the control group.Conclusions During the blood glucose control treat-ment for patients with abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy,taking some care interventions can improve the patients' knowledge awareness and treatment compliance,and thus effectively control blood sugar levels,reduce the incidence of complications,making pregnancy safer and healthier.

The etiological agent of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) was identified as a new coronavirus, termed SARS-CoV. Establishment of an efficient and sensitive diagnostic system of SARS-CoV genetic materials is crucial for SARS control. In this study, we quantified SARS-CoV mRNAs in both infected cell culture lysate and in supernatant by using Real-time quantitative revere transcription-PCR based on EvaGreen鈩?dye and Taqman-MGB probes. For extensive evaluation of sensitivities and specificities, 13 pairs of primers and 4 probes were designed based on different genes of SARS-CoV. Glyceraldehydes-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) was selected as the internal control gene. Results showed that S-gene-specific PCR was the most sensitive for detection, but because of its sequence variability in the different viral strains, primers and a probe based on the N gene were suitable substitutions. Meanwhile, we found the mRNA concentrations in cell culture lysates were much higher than in cell supernatant and facilited more sensitive detection of the SARS-CoV.

Objective To investigate the association between Cardiomyopathy associated 5 (CMYA5) polymor?phisms and schizophrenia in the Uygur Chinese population. Methods Taq-man assay was used to detect CMYA5 gene rs3828611 in 684 schizophrenia patients and 678 healthy controls from Chinese population. The positive and negative symptoms scale (PANSS) was used to evaluate patients’symptoms. Results Neither the genotype nor the allele frequen?cies of rs3828611 was significantly different between the patients and the controls (P>0.05). The differences were not sig?nificant in either each gender subgroup or in each age (teenager and adult) subgroup (P>0.05). The total score and the sub scores of PANSS were not significantly different among patients with different genotype groups (P>0.05). Conclu?sions There is no association between CMYA5 rs3828611and schizophrenia in the Uygur Chinese population.
