Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of cytokine induced killer cellular immunotherapies ( CIK) on the patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods Peripheral blood mononuclear cell from 32 cases of patients with advanced lung cancer were isolated.Cells were cultured in DMEM supplemented with IFN-γ,IL-2,anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody and other cytokines,and transfused back into the patients in several times after 15 days of culture.Subsequently,we observed the size of tumor,the change of immunologic function by CIK treat-ment,the status of clinical symptoms,and the toxic and side effect.The clinical curative effect was also evaluated. Results The symptoms in 32 patients who received CIK therapy were reduced,and the side effects were light. Immunophenotype analysis showed that CD3 /CD4 coexpression were found in 34.4%patients,CD3 /CD8 co-expression in 68.2%,and CD3 /CD56 co-expression in 13.7% patients.CT images about 15 days after CIK cell transfusion showed that pleural effusion were decreased.Clinical evaluation effective rate was 56.0%,and disease control rate( CR +PR +SD) was 84.3%.Conclusion CIK cell immunotherapies of cancer patients can improve immunologic function of cancer patients and inhibit tumor growth and relieve the clinical symptom of patients,and improve the quality of life.

Objective To explore the protective effect of monosialoganglioside (GM1) on rats with acute brain trauma and its relevant mechanism.Methods Localized brain contusion model in rats were constructed by Feeney's method.65 SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham-operation group (n=5), brain injury group (n=30) and GM1 group (n=30).The rats were killed at 3, 7, 14, 28, 56, 168 h after administration, 5 rats in each group (1 rats in sham-operation group).Bax and Bcl-2 protein expression and PARP were decected by immunohistochemical method.The neuronal apotosis was detected by TUNEL.Results There were significant differences in expression of Bax and Bcl-2 protein between brain injury group and sham-operation group at each time point (P<0.05).There were significant differences in expression of Bax and Bcl-2 protein between GM1 group and brain injury group at each time point ( P <0.05 ) , while there were no significant differences in expression of Bax and Bcl-2 protein after 14 h between GM1 group and sham-operation group.After administration, the Bax/Bcl-2 values decreased and was obvious at 14 h.Degradation of PARP and rate of neuronal apotosis in brain injury group at each time point were significantly higher than those in sham-operation group (P<0.05).Degradation of PARP in GM1 group at 28 h, 56 h, 168 h were significant lower than those in brain injury group (P<0.05), and rate of neuronal apotosis was lower at each time point than those in brain injury group (P<0.05).Conclusion GM1 could reduce value of Bax/Bcl-2, degradation of PARP and apoptosis in rats with traumatic injury brain.

Objective To study the change curve of ADH in central diabetes insipidus after neurosurgical operation,and analyse the clinical significance of differentiating the types of central diabetes insipidus through the change curve.Methods The serum level of ADH was observed in 158 central diabetes insipidus patients undergone neurosurgical operation.The change curve of ADH in different types of central diabetes insipidus were painted,including transient,continuous and triphasic diabetes insipidus.Results The serum concentrations of ADH in transient and triphasic diabetes insipidus decreased after operation,and arrived the low point(41.7% and 63.6% of the preoperative serum concentration of ADH) after 2 d. The serum concentration of ADH in transient diabetes insipidus recovered to the preoperative level after 10 d.The serum concentration of ADH in triphasic diabetes insipidus arrived the peak after 7 d,then descended.The serum concentration of ADH in continuous diabetes insipidus fell in postoperative 1 d,and arrived the low point(33.3% of the preoperative serum level of ADH) after 7 d.The serum concentration of ADH in continuous diabetes insipidus postoperative 2 weeks was lower than preoperation.Conclusion Though the concentration change curve of ADH,the transient diabetes insipidus can be distinguished from continuous and triphasic diabetes insipidus.The correct differential diagnosis and seemly treatment are beneficial for patients' prognosis.

Mesenchymal stem cell is a kind of multipotent hematopoietic stem cell.In the case of acute lung injury,it can differentiate into TypeⅠand TypeⅡepithelial cell,and to repair impaired tissues.In addition,mesenchymal stem cells have benefit effects in the treatment of lung injury by reducing proinflammatory factors IL-1,MIP-2,INF-?,TNF-?,increasing antiinflammatory factors IL-10,IL-1ra,IL-13 and alleviating inflammatory response to the acute lung injury.

Objective To evaluate the short -term efficacy and adverse reactions of gemcitabin combined with nedaplatin to patients with metastatic triple -negative breast cancer after taxane and/or anthracycline treatment. Methods Thirty -three patients with anthracycline and/or taxane -resistant metastatic triple -negative breast cancer received gemcitabin and nedaplatin regimen:gemcitabin 1 000 mg/m2,d1,8 days,intravenous;nedaplatin 80mg/m2,d1,intravenous.Treatments were repeated every 21 days and response rate was evaluated every two cycles. Results Of 33 patients, complete remission ( CR) in 1 case ( 3.03%), partial remission ( PR) in 13 cases (39.39%),stable disease(SD) in 11 cases(33.33%),progressive disease(PD) in 8 cases(24.24%),objective response rate was 42.42%.The main adverse reaction was bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reaction. Conclusion Combination therapy of gemcitabin and nedaplatin is an effective and well tolerated rescue regimen in anthracycline and/or taxane -resistant metastatic triple -negative breast cancer patients.

Recently, neuroimging techniques are widely applied in the nervous systemic disease. With the development of neuroimaging, the neuroimaging studies of Alzheimer's disease (AD) are more and more in-depth. The main purpose is to identify AD patients in the early stage (clinically normal), to treat and prevent the disease in the early stage. This article reviewed the progress of various of imaging studies in AD disease.

Objective To evaluate the association between parameters of heart rate turbulence (HRT) and the severity of the coronary arteries disease. Methods 60 patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP) who under-went angiographic examination and 40 healthy controls were chosen. HRT including turbulence onset (TO), turbu-lence slope (TS) and turbulence dynamicity (TD) were determined by 24 h ambulatory electrocardiogram(Hoher) in all the patients. The value of above indices were compared between UAP group and control group,and between subgroups of UAP. The correlation of HRT with the severity of coronary arteries diseases was analyzed. Results The levels of TO and TD in patients with UAP were significantly higher than those in controls [(1.18±0.88) % vs lower TS (P<0.05) and higher TD (P<0.05 ) than those in patients with coronary single vessel lesion. The same -0.296, P<0.05 ) and coronary artery stenosis score (r=-0.372, P<0.05 ) ; TD was positively correlated with number of abnormal coronary artery (r=0.353, P<0.01 ) and coronary artery stenosis score (r=0.510, P < 0.05). Conclusion . HRT is impaired in patients with UAP,especially the changes of TS and TD is signflcant,and is correlated with the severity of coronary arteries disease. TD is not influenced by premature ventricualr contractionheart rate so the combinatoin of TD and TS might be used as objective index in predicting the severity of the coronary arteries disease.

ObjectiveTo observethe clinical efficacy of surround needling plus high-energy red light in treating herpes zoster. MethodSixty patients with herpes zoster were randomized into a medication group, a control group and a united group. The medication group was intervened by oral administration of medication, the control group was by surround needling plus electroacupuncture in addition to the medication, and the united group was by the medication, surround needling plus electroacupuncture, and the high-energy red light radiation. The effect on pain and the comprehensive therapeutic efficacy were evaluated on treatment day 5 and day 10.ResultThe efficacies in releasing pain in the control group and united group were significantly superior to that in the medication group on treatment day 5 (P<0.05), while the difference between the control group and united group was statistically insignificant (P>0.05); on treatment day 10, the effects on releasing pain in the control group and united group were more significant than that in the medication group (P<0.01), and the effect in the united group was more significant than that in the control group (P<0.05). The comprehensive therapeutic efficacy in the united group was superior to that in the medication group on treatment day 5 (P<0.01); the difference between the control group and medication group was statistically insignificant (P>0.05); on treatment day 10, the efficacies in the control group and united group were significantly better than that in the medication group (P<0.01), and the efficacy in the united group was superior to that in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionSurround needling plus high-energy red light can effectively reduce the neuralgia caused by herpes zoster, shorten the pain duration, improve the symptoms, andthus this combination is an effective and safe method.

Objective To discuss the effects of repairing nasal ala defects by free transplantation of autogenous auricle composite tissue flap. Methods 50 cases with nasal ala defects were repaired by free auricular composite tissue flap transplantation from Janu 2003 to May 2013. The defects size was 0.5cm x 0.7cm~1.3cm x 1.5cm. According to the size of the defects, full thick wedge-shaped auricle composite tissue flap were cut off, then inserted into the nasal ala defects area and fixed stablely, the donor sites were sutured directly avoiding ear cartilage. Salvianolate and hyperbaric oxygen were used in postoperative treatment for 5-7 days. Results 48 cases achieved good results, 2 cases had partial necrosis of composite tissue flap after operation, also achieved good results after reoperation. Over 3 months~5 years follow-up, all cases had satisfactory results. The volume of auricle composite tissue flap reduced less than 10%. Surgical incisions had a linear scar, good color matching, nostril symmetry. All patients were satisfied with the overall appearance. Conclusions Autogenous auricle composite tissue flap free transplantation for repairing middle and small size of nasal ala defects can recover ala formation and structure very well, nasal appearance can be improved greatly with nostril symmetry. There is no hypertrophic scar in donor sites. This method is simple and easy,and is also a good method for repairing nasal ala defects.

[Abstrract] Objective To investigate the changes of fibdnogen (Fib) and homocysteine (Hcy) in patients with progressive cerebral infarction,and their relationship with triglyceride (TG),cholesterol (TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),Methods A total of 246 patients with acute cerebral infarction with clear diagnosis and complete clinical data from department of Neurology in the People's Hospital of Qinghai Province from June 2012 to June 2015 were selected and divided into progressive cerebral infarction group (progressive group,n =61) and non-progressive cerebral infarction group (non-progressive group,n =185)according to the deterioration of their condition.The changes of Fib and Hcy in patients with progressive cerebral infarction,and their relationship with TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C were analyzed.Results At the 2nd,7th day after admission,the Fib and Hcy levels in the progressive group were (5.56 ± 1.14)g/L,(5.11 ± 1.35)g/L,(26.09 ± 6.47) μmol/L,(23.32 ± 5.78) μmol/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the non-progressive group [(4.44 ± 0.97) g/L,(4.09 ± 0.58) g/L,(18.33 ± 5.02) μmol/L,(16.97 ± 6.31) μmol/L],the differences were statistically significant (t =7.478,5.729,9.710,6.955,all P ＜ 0.05),Pearson's correlation analysis showed that Fib bad significantly positive correlation with whole blood viscosity,whole blood reduced viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit (r =0.613,0.544,0.507,0.496,all P ＜ 0.05),Hcy had significantly positive correlation with carotid intima-media thickness,TG,TG,and LDL =C (r =0.593,0.601 0.527,0.452,all P ＜ 0.05),Conclusion The levels of Fib and Hcy are closely related to progressive cerebral infarction,Fib and Hcy in patients with acute cerebral infarction can be used as detection index for progressive cerebral infarction.
