1.Investigation in psychological state and it's correlation factors of family members of dderly cancerpatients
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(24):63-64
Objective To investigate the psychological state and its correlation factors of family members of elderly cancer patients. Methods A total of 76 family members of elderly cancer patients were investigated with questionnaires with Zung's self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS). Their psychological state and its correlation factors were analyzed. Results Incidence rate of anxiety of elderly cancer patients' family members was 52.63%, and incidence rate of depression was 46.05%. The mean standard score of SAS and SDS of elderly cancer patients' family members were both significantly higher than domestic norm. Difference of family member's gender, ways to pay health care fee, pain degree and disease condition led to different SAS and SDS score. Conclusions Family members of elderly cancer patients possessed different degree of psychological obstacle which related with multiple factors. Medical staff should not only think highly of patients' psychological state, but also their family members'. And meanwhile they should take corresponding strategy to reduce the incidence rate of anxiety and depression state in those family members.
2.The Effects of Diazepam on Vestibular Compensation Following Unilateral Labyrinth injury
Chinese Journal of Trauma 1990;0(03):-
This report presents two cases of unilateral acute labyrinth loss resulted from injury, each showing delay in compensation possibly due to long-term administration of diazepam. The recent literature of the effects of the drugs onyestibular compensation is reviewed. The vestibular"suppressants"property of diazepam delays compensation when used on a long-term basis. However,it might be useful in controlling vege- tative symptoms and thereby possibly facilitate compensation when used on a short- tern basis.

5.Application of insulation blanket in the esophageal cancer radical surgery
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(34):36-37
Objective To discuss the application of insulation blanket in the esophageal cancer radical surgery. Methods 40 cases of esophageal carcinoma patients were divided into two groups at random,20 cases involved in the control group (non-use of insulation blankets) and 20 cases in the experimental group (use of thermal insulation blanket). The changes in body temperature of all patients were monitored with nasopharyngeal temperature probe and analyzed in statistics. Results Compared to the control group, the body temperatures of the experimental group were higher.By heating with insulation blanket, the body temperatures were increased obviously in 30 minutes after entering the operation room, but no significant difference appeared at different time points after 30 minutes. Conclusions In radical surgery of esophageal cancer, the use of blanket insulation is an effective way to maintain a constant body temperature of patients and reduce post-operative complications, and promote early recovery of patients.
6.Clinical observation of fleabanein in treatment of cerebral infarction in 22 cases
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(11):1832-1833
Objective To explore the clinical effect of fleabanein in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 42 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(22 cases) and control group(20 cases).Treament group is given iv.fleabanein and compared with control group. Results The cured and effective cases of treatment group is 18 cases, that of control group is 8 cases, there is obvious difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion Fleabanein has better effect on acute cerebral infarction.
7.Fatigue in Parkinson's disease: a review
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2016;35(4):438-443
Parkinson's disease (PD) is a common neurodegenerative disorder with typical motor symptoms and a variety of non-motor symptoms, including neuropsychiatric symptoms, autonomic dysfunctions, abnormal sense, sleep disorders and fatigue.Studies showed that several non-motor symptoms, such as olfactory dysfunction, constipation, rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder, depression and fatigue, can occur before the onset of motor symptoms.Fatigue has been considered as one of the most disabling symptoms, and it has a significant impact on activity of daily living and quality of life, and brings heavy burdens to caregivers. However, fatigue in PD has no special biomarkers,so clinicians are lack of the recognition and intervention. Here,we will expound the prevalence, risk factors, rating scales and potential mechanism relating to neuropathology, neuroinflammation and neurobiochemistry in PD patients with fatigue.
8.Early diagnosis for developmental dysplasia of the hip:what can we do in China?
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;30(23):1765-1768
Universal uhrasound screening in newborn has been accepted for reducing the incidence of late detected developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH).Unfortunately, the neonatal ultrasound screening strategy has not been applied in the mainland of China, which leads to a high incidence of late-detected DDH.Before implementing the neonatal ultrasound screening strategy, the clinical screening by limited abduction is valid to early diagnose the dislocated hip joint.Additionally,it is necessary to screen all the newborn with high risk factors of DDH, such as positive family history, breech presentation and postnatal hip extended swaddling.Early screening of DDH is the common responsibility of child care doctors, including community health physician, pediatrician or pediatric orthopedist.Currently, it is imperative to build regional neonatal ultrasound screening system for DDH in the regions with tertiary pediatric orthopedic center.
9.Correlation among concentrations of high sensitive C reactive protein, uric acid, brain natriuretic peptide and coronary heart disease
Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2017;26(2):142-145
Objective: To explore correlation among concentrations of high sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP), uric acid (UA), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods: A total of 120 CHD patients treated in our department were enrolled as CHD group, and they were divided into single vessel coronary disease group (single-vessel group, n=51) and multi-vessel coronary disease group (multi-vessel group, n=69).Meanwhile, another 40 healthy subjects were randomly selected from our physical examination center as healthy control group.Serum concentrations of hsCRP, BNP and UA were measured in all groups, and compared with pairwise comparisons. Results: Compared with healthy control group, there were significant rise in serum concentrations of hsCRP[(3.95±2.24) mg/L vs.(19.78±5.15) mg/L], BNP[(70.57±19.47) pg/ml vs.(196.17±54.84) pg/ml], UA[(184.51±79.47) μmol/L vs.(407.17±96.84) μmol/L]in CHD group, and those of multi-vessel group were significantly higher than those of single-vessel group, P<0.05 or <0.01;Spearman rank correlation analysis indicated that serum UA concentration was significant positively correlated with hsCRP and BNP concentrations (r=0.551, 0.398, P<0.05 both), Gensini score was significant positively correlated with serum concentrations of hsCRP, BNP, UA (r=0.478, 0.552, 0.741, P<0.05 all), Sullivan score was significant positively correlated with serum concentrations of hsCRP, BNP, UA (r=0.503, 0.674, 0.892, P<0.05 or <0.01) in CHD patients. Conclusion: Serum concentrations of hsCRP, BNP, UA are closely related to occurrence and development of CHD.These three indexes can be used as screening indexes for CHD, and the effect of combined detection may be better.
