Objective To investigate the hemostatic effect of the radial hemostatic compression device(TR Band hemostatic gasbag)after transradial coronary intervention and discuss the optimal hemostasis time.Methods 266 patients who received transradial coronary angiography and used TR Band hemostatic gasbag for hemostasis were divided into group A,B and C,according to the compression time,the compression time in group A (90 cases)was 8 h,10 h in group B (87cases),12 h in group C (89 cases).The condition of bleeding,changes in blood oxygen saturation,and hand swelling in each group were compared.Results The bleeding rates of group A,B and C were respectively 16.7％,3.4％ and 9.0％,the difference was statistically significant.The incidence of hand swelling after operation in group A,B and C were respectively 27.8％,12.6％ and 21.3％,the difference was statistically significant.No significant difference was seen in blood oxygen saturation between three groups.Conclusions Application of radial hemostatic compression device after transradial coronary intervention proved good hemostasis effect,compression time for 10 h has the best effect and less adverse effect.

[Objective] To observe the effect of Leweiyin of traditional Chinese compounds prescription on gastrointestinal hormones and oxygen free radicals in IBS rabbits of spleen deficiency,and to explore the possible mechanism for the treatment of IBS with spleen deficiency.[Methods] 36 two-month-old rabbits with white feather and black eyes(WHBE rabbit),half male and half female,were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal group,model group,Xiangsha Liujun pill group,Lizhu Changle group,low-dose Leweiyin-treated group,high-dose Leweiyin-treated group.Except the normal group,others were made into IBS model of spleen deficiency which was induced by damp heat stress and gavage with Fanxieye as well as method of either hunger or gorge.The drug groups were administered preventively from the medium-term of the model reproduction to the end of modeling.The rabbits of each group were observed.NO,NOS,MDA,SOD in serum and SP in colonic membrane were detected.[Results] NO,NOS,MDA in serum and SP in colonic membrane significantly more increased than the normal group(P

0.05). Conclusion Mb-MGM have good properties of drug-targeting and sustained drug releasing properties. Mb-MGM could be used for targeting spinal cord dorsal ganglia for nerve blocking after being injected into the subarachnoid space and under effect of magnet. The motor function is not affected.

Objective To investigate the advantage and safety of the concept of fast-track surgery (FTS)applied in perioperative patients with biliary calculi and liver cirrhosis.Methods Fifty-two patients undergoing operation for biliary calculi and liver cirrhosis from January 2011 to September 2013 were included in this study.These patients were randomly divided into FTS group (n =30)and control group (n =22).Patients in the FTS group received perioperative care measures guided by FTS concept,while patients in the control group re-ceived traditional perioperative management measures.The intraoperative situation of patients,time to postoperative recovery of intestinal function,length of postoperative hospital stay,total medical expenses during hospitalization,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Continuous data and categorical data were compared by t-test and χ2 test,respectively.Results As compared with the control group,the FTS group had significantly time to postoperative recovery of intestinal function (t =2.239,P =0.045),a significantly shortened length of postoperative stay (t =4.246,P =0.038),and significantly reduced total medical expenses during hos-pitalization (t =3.045,P =0.033).No significant difference in postoperative complications was observed between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The concept of FTS can be safely and effectively applied in perioperative patients with biliary calculi and liver cirrho-sis,which can accelerate rehabilitation without increasing the risk of surgery.

This paper mainly studies the driving system of centrifugal blood pump for extracorporeal circulation, with the core being disc magnetic coupling. Structure parameters of disc magnetic coupling are related to the ability of transferring magnetic torque. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out disc magnetic coupling permanent magnet pole number (n), air gap length (L(g)), permanent magnet thickness (L(m)), permanent magnet body inside diameter (R(i)) and outside diameter (R(o)), etc. thoroughly. This paper adopts the three-dimensional static magnetic field edge element method of Ansys for numerical calculation, and analyses the relations of magnetic coupling each parameter to transmission magnetic torque. It provides a good theory basis and calculation method for further optimization of the disc magnetic coupling.

Background Bevacizumab and triamcinolone acetonide (TA) has been widely used in the treatment of diabetic macular edema (DME) clinically,but the effectiveness of both treatment has disadvantage.Therefore,some researchers try to combine bevacizumab with TA for the management of DME,but its efficacy is controversial.Objective This study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of intraovitreal injection of bevacizumab combined with TA versus bevacizumab for DME.Methods The randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of bevacizumab combined with TA versus bevacizumab via intraovitreal injection for DME were searched from Pubmed,EMbase,Cochrane Library,CNKI.The methodological quality of the literature was evaluated according to evidencebased medicine (EBM),and the quality of the RCTs was appraised based on the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions Version 5.0.The outcome indicators including the change values of central macular thickness (CMT) and best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) as well as the safety indicators including topical and system adverse response of RCTs were analyzed with Cochrane Collaboration' s software RevMan 5.0.Results Nine RCTs were included with 665 eyes.The decrease value of CMT was more remarkable in the bevacizumab combined with TA group than that of the only bevacizumab group 12 weeks and 18 weeks after intravitreal injection (WMD =-44.69,95％ CI:25.27-64.11,P ＜ 0.000 001 ; WMD =-66.86,95％ CI:40.67-93.05,P ＜ 0.000 001).However,no significant differences were found in the change value of CMT in 6 weeks and 6 months after injection between the two groups (WMD =-15.40,95％ CI:-4.04-34.85,P =0.12 ; WMD =-2.57,95％ CI:-19.62-24.75,P =0.82).The improvement value of BCVA (LogMAR) in the bevacizumab combined with TA group was superior to that of the only bevacizumab group 6 weeks after injection (WMD =-0.04,95 ％ CI:-0.08--0.00,P =0.05),but there were no significant differences between the two groups at 12weeks,18 weeks and 6 months after treatment (WMD =-0.04,95％ CI:-0.12-0.05,P=0.36;WMD =-0.04,95％ CI:-0.11-0.03,P=0.28; WMD =0.03,95％ CI:-0.05-0.12,P=0.45).The incidence rate of transient anterior response after injection was not significantly different between the two groups (RR =0.89,95％ CI:0.49-1.60,P =0.70).Secondary ocular hypertension after injection occurred in 30 eyes in the bevacizumab combined with TA group,but no hypertension was seen in the only bevacizumab group.Conclusions Compared with only bevacizumab,intravitreal injection of bevacizumab combined with TA has a better efficacy in improving CMT but no obvious dominant in increasing BCVA for early DME.Intravitreal injection of bevacizumab combined with TA seemingly has a higher risk of inducing controllable ocular hypertension than administration of only bevacizumab.

Objective To study the effect and safety of Shugan Jieyu capsules combined with olanzapine tablets in the treatment of schizophrenia,and to analyze its effects on the patients’ depressive symptoms.Methods According to the digital table,80 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with olanzapine,while the observation group was given olanzapine combined with Shugan Jieyu capsules.During the treatment,the other antidepressants,antipsychotics and mood stabilizers were prohibited.Results After treatment,the scores of CDSS,PANSS,PSQI and SQLS in the two groups were improved,and the differences were statistically significant(all P ＜ 0.05).The CDSS score was (3.4 ± 2.5) points,PANSS score was (36.2 ± 7.5) points,PSQI score was (3.4 ± 2.5) points and SQLS total score was (79.1 ± 16.2)points in the observation group,which were all better than those in the control group[CDSS score was (2.8 ± 2.0) points,PANSS score was (40.5 ± 8.7) points,PSQI score was (5.8 ± 3.3) points and SQLS total score was (59.4 ± 19.1) points],the differences were statistically significant (t =5.942,2.368,3.666,4.975,all P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,TCHO,TG,SBP,DBP and GLU were decreased in both two groups,but no significant differences were shown compared with before treatment(t =1.265,0.425,1.224,1.236,0.670,all P＞ 0.05),and there were no significant differences between the two groups (all P ＞ 0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group(67.5％) was lower than 85.0％ of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant (x2 =4.267,P ＜ 0.05).There were no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(x2 =0.139,0.164,0.105,0.263,0.263,0.180,all P ＞0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of schizophrenia,combined therapy of olanzapine tablets and Shugan Jieyu capsules has significant effect and higher safety,it can improve the patients'depressive symptoms,regulate the body's metabolism and improve their sleep and life quality.

Objective To explore the significance and important measure of integrative treatment of multiple trauma patients with severe craniocerebral injury in emergency center. Methods One hundred and forty-eight multiple trauma patients with severe craniocerebral injury in emergency center from November 2002 to February 2006 were analysed retrospectively. Result In total 148 cases, 72 were cured and 26 dead, 7 were in status of plant man, 17 experienced severe deformity, and 26 did mild deformity. Conclusion Multiple trauma patients with severe craniocerebral injury usually experience a serious situation and rapid development. Therefore emergency doctors are required for organizing salvage of such patients, at the same time treatment and diagnosis are implemented. Firstly the most important key to successful salvage is appropriate disposal of fatal injury and early elimination of shock. Proper surgical choice, especially at the first time, inspection and protection of visceral functions, and attention to nutritional support are other vital methods to gain more successful salvage. ICU is also emphasized for its essentiality.
