Flow cytometric immunophenotyping has evolved from two-parameter quantitative measurement of peripheral blood lymphocytes to five-or more parameter qualitative evaluation of bone marrow and lymph node in hematopathology.Leukemia/lymphoma immunophenotyping represents an important addition to histomorphology in the diagnosis,classification and monitoring of hematolymphoid neoplasms.The complexity of five-or more parameter analyses and the interpretation of the data rely on standardization and validation of the instrument,the reagent and the procedure.In addition,clinical flow cytometry laboratories in U.S.A are required to document proficiency testing,sample preparation as well as accuracy,specificity,sensitivity and precision of methodology.CLSI and UCCC recommend that each laboratory should validate its own qualitative and quantitative procedures.This paper introduces the procedures for validation and quality control in a clinical flow cytometry laboratory in the United States.

The current prevalence of myopia has been as high as 27.65%～53.80%among adolescents in Chinese schools.The major reasons are too much near-work activity and lack of outdoor activity for a long time.In order to reduce the prevalence of myopia in Chinese adolescents,we suggest that Chinese students should have 3.5 hours outdoor activity everyday,including 30 minutes travel between home and school,1 hour outdoor activity between classes,1 hour outdoor sport class at school,and 1 hour outdoor activity after school.

Histone deacetylases (HDACs) catalyze the deacetylation of histone and nonhistone proteins. They play important roles in regulating chromatin remodeling and gene transcription,and that aberrant chromatin remodeling and transcriptional dysregulation are associated with many neurodegenerative diseases. Preclinical studies have suggested that histone deacetylases inhibitors (HDACIs) can target diverse pathophysiologies of ischemic stroke,not only reduce neuronal damage and infarct volume,but also promote the neuronal plasticity and functional recovery after ischemia. This article mainly reviews the neuroprotective mechanisms of HDACIs in ischemic stroke.

Objective To investigate the effect of Botulinum toxin type A(BTXA)and rehabilitation intervention on upper limb Brunnstrom stages and ADL performance of stroke patients. Methods In a randomized controlled trial, 30 patients were allocated to either an experimental group (n=15) that received BTXA injection into muscles of the affected arm or to a controlled group (n=15). Objective To observe the anal exhaust effect in patients treated with warm water foot bath after laparoscopic surgery.Methods 90 cases after laparoscopic surgery including renal cancer , renal cysts, epinephrine-tumor patients were randomly divided into A , B and C group.Nursing measures were given at 6 hours after operation. A group were treated with warm water feet bath ; B group received abdominal ring massage ; And C group were control group.Time of anal exhaust postoperatively was observed among the 3 groups.Results Anal exhaust time after oper-ation in A group was average (24.34 ±0.28) hours, which was significantly shorter than in B group (33.07 ±0.18) h and C group (37.90 ±0.19) h (p <0.01).Conclusion Warm water foot bath can promote the anal exsufflation rapidly, effectively after laparoscopic surgery in Urology patients , and has great significance helpful to early recovery .

Objective To investigate the Toxoplasma gondii infection status in pregnant women with history of adverse preg?nancy and risk factors in Bazhou area,Hebei Province. Methods A total of 302 pregnant women with the history of adverse pregnancy were chosen as respondents(an experimental group)in the hospital from March 2012 to December 2015,and 197 pregnant women without the history of adverse pregnancy as a control group. TOX?IgG and TOX?IgM were detected by using ELI?SA in two groups. The risk factors of Toxoplasma infection were surveyed by questionnaires. Results The total positive rate of Toxoplasma antibodies was 28.15%(85/302)in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than that[9.64%(19/197)]in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=24.76,P<0.05). The positive rates of TOX?IgM,TOX?IgG and TOX?IgM+TOX?IgG were 6.95%(21/302),18.54%(56/302),and 2.65%(8/302)respectively in the ex?perimental group,which were higher than 2.03%(4/197),7.61%(15/197),and 0%(0/197)respectively in the control group (χ2=6.07,11.67,3.76,all P<0.05). The questionnaire survey showed that the proportions of keeping pets,cutting board re?gardless,liking to eat hot pot or barbecue,eating raw meat,often eating in the restaurant in the pregnant women with Toxoplas?ma infection were higher than those in the pregnant women without Toxoplasma infection,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=22.57,3.96,5.87,7.40,4.86,all P<0.05),and therefore,the above unhealthy habits may be important risk factors. Conclusions Toxoplasma infection could lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes. Therefore,the above?mentioned unhealthy habits should be avoided,especially during pregnancy period.

OBJECTIVE:To study the incidence of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) and the rational use of Durogesic in in-patients METHODS:37 in-patients treated with Durogesic in Department of Oncology in our hospital were prospectively observed,and its analgesic efficacy and incidence,severity and the outcome of ADRs were evaluated RESULTS:The alleviating effect of Durogesic on carcinomatous pain was 100% Of 37 patients,ADRs were found in 4 cases with a ADR rate of 10 8% CONCLUSION:Durogesic is effective in clinical use,but attention should be paid to monitoring ADRs and avoiding irrational use of drug

Objective To Study on the immune function of Cedar pollinosis.Methods The radioimmunosorbent test was used to measure IgE and the nephelometry was used to measure serum IgG,IgM,IgA,C3 and C4 levels.Results Total IgE leve in the patients serum was obviously higher than that in the control group,the serum IgG,IgM levels were also higher than those of control group,but the IgA level was no evident difference between two groups,and the serum C3 and C4 levels were lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Combination of a rising serum IE,IgG,IgM and a decreasing serum C3,C4 levels may be a diagnostic marker of cedar pollinosis,periodical determination of immune function for patients with cedar pollinosis could dynamic observe the change of the patients' condition.
