The external and internal characteristics of domestic master and doctorial papers on rheumatoid arthritis were analyzed by visualization analysis, which revealed the publication of and hotspots and frontiers in domestic master and doctorial papers on rheumatoid arthritis, and can thus provide reference for the development of medical information resources and recent advances in rheumatoid arthritis for the broad masses of scientific workers.

Objective To investigate the early post-operative nutritional support for kidney transplant recipients.Methods Totally 67 patients who received early post-operative nutrition supports were randomly divided into three groups:group A (n = 24,relatively high nitrogen intake),group B (n = 25,intermediate nitrogen intake) and group C (n = 18,relatively low nitrogen intake).Two weeks after operation,albumin,hemoglobin,the nutrition indieators,serum lipids,and renal function 1 day before operation and 2 weeks after operation were evaluated. Results Body weight was significantly different among three groups;the nitrogen balance in group A was significantly better than those in groups B and C (P ＜0.05);albumin and hemoglobin were not significantly different between group A and group B (P ＞ 0.05),but were significantly higher than those in group C (P ＜ 0.05).The renal function in group C was significantly better than those in group A and group B (P ＜ 0.05).The triglyceride level was not significantly different among three groups,while the cholesterol level in group A was significantly higher than those in group B and group C (P ＜ 0.05),but not between group B and group C.Conclusion Proper nitrogen intake in early post-operative nutrition support can improve the recovery of renal function and nutritional status in kidney transplant recipients.

Aim To study the effect of IL-1β on pro-tein expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in glioma cells and plasma membrane microcapsule struc-ture protein caveolin-1 and plasma membrane vesicles in brain microvascular endothelial cells, and prelimi-narity discuss the possible mechanism of IL-1β opening blood tumor barrier. Methods The tumor barrier mod-el was established by transwell in vitro. The effect of IL-1β on the expression of VEGF in glioma cells and caveolin-1 in brain microvascular endothelial cells was dynamically monitored by Western blot. TEM was used to observe the number of plasma membrane vesicles of brain microvascular endothelial cells. Sodium fluores-cein leakage test was used to assess the permeability of blood tumor barrier after IL-1β. Results The tumor barrier model was successfully established by transwell in vitro. When IL-1β treated the model of blood tumor barrier,the expression of VEGF increased,and reached the peak at 60min,and recovered to the initial state at 120min. The permeability of the blood tumor barrier model was the highest at 60min. In addition,our re-sults also found that,the protein expression of plasma membrane microcapsule structure protein caveolin-1 and number of plasma membrane vesicles in brain mi-crocapsule endothelial cells reached peak at 60 min, subsequently reduced and returned to non drug state at 120min. Conclusion IL-1β increases blood tumor barrier permeability,which may be related to IL-1β in-creasing the number of plasma membrane vesicles through VEGF/ caveolin-1 pathway.

Objective To study the effect of noise on the ability of learning and memory of mice,and observe the effect of herba Houttuyniae injection on the change of the ability of learning and memory in noise condition, and then analyses the mechanisms. Methods To choose suitable mice and divide into groups, applying Y-maze and colorimeter to determine the content of MDA and the enzyme activity of SOD, AChE and NOS of mice brain. Results Learning group in Y-maze, noise cause the ability of noise group (12.1±1.20) decrease(P＜0.01) compared with the control group(15.1±1.45), but herba Houttuyniae injection can reverse the ability of the mice, the correct frequency is much higher(P＜0.01)in herba Houttuyniae group(14.9±1.60). The results is same in the memory group, in Y-maze, noise cause the memory ability of noise group (5.20±1.40) decrease(P＜0.01) compared with the control group(6.30±1.32), but herba Houttuyniae injection can reverse the memory ability of the mice, the correct frequency is much higher(P＜0.01)in herba Houttuyniae group(6.10±1.10). Either learning or memory group mice, noise can decreased the activity of SOD and NOS of mice brain(P＜0.01), but the content of MDA and the ability of AChE elevated(P＜0.01). herba Houttuyniae injection can change the effect of noise to mice, the activity of SOD and NOS of mice brain elevated(P＜0.01) and the content of MDA and the ability of AChE decreased (P＜0.01). Conclusion herba Houttuyniae injection can prevent the ability of learning and memory of mice which decreased by noise, and have the effect of intoxication.

Objective To analyze the CYP17 gene of two sisters with combined 17-alpha-hydroxylase/17, 20-lyase deficiency, and that of their parents. Methods Genomic DNA of the four members was prepared from peripheral blood by standard methods. All the eight exons and intron/exon boundaries of CYP17 were PCR amplified and sequenced. All the hormone levels were measured by time-resolved immunofluorometric assay. Results Combined 17-?-hydroxylase/17, 20-lyase deficiency was confirmed by marked hormone change. Sequence analysis revealed that the sisters were homozygous 985delTACinsAA of CYP17, and their parents were heterozygous 985delTACinsAA. Conclusion Novel mutation of 985delTACinsAA in CYP17 was found in two sisters with 17-?-hydroxylase/17, 20-lyase deficiency. The homozygous one can induced the phenotype and the heterozygous one is a genomic marker.

The perioperative nursing of sigmoid colon cystoplasty for neurogenic bladder patients including: preoperative psychological nursing, intestinal and vesical preparation; postoperative gastrointestinal decompression, drainage catheters and complications nursing; intermittent catheterization training before discharge; follow-up and healthy direction after discharge.

Objective:To investigate the effect of human interferon-α-2b(IFN-α-2b) in the treatment of endometriosis by detecting the levels of CA125 and endometrial antibody(EMAb). Methods: Forty-five cases with endometriosis were divided into three groups. Fifteen cases in test group (operation+IFN-α-2b), 20 cases in control group A (operation+Diphereline), 10 cases in control group B(only operation). The blood serum level of CA125 was detected by microparticle enzyme immunochemiluminescent at pre-operation, the first month, second month and third month of the post-operation; and the EMAb level was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The follow-up of patients was carried out after operation to evaluate the clinical appearances and record the adverse effects of the human IFN-α-2b. Results: Compared with pre-operation, the levels of CA125 and EMAb were obviously degraded in the first to third months after surgery in test group and control group A(P < 0.05). There were no significant difference in the levels of CA125 and EMAb were at pre-operation,the first month,second month and third month of the post-operation between the test group and control group A(P > 0.05). There were no significant difference in the levels of CA125 and EMAb at pre-operation between the test group and control group B(P > 0.05). However, the level of EMAb was lower the first month after operation in the test group than that of control group B. In the follow-up, the adverse effects of the human interferon-α-2b were observed including low-grade fever, articular muscle soreness and gastrointestinal tract complaints. These appearances completely disappeared after drug withdrawal. It had less impact on the menstruation. Conclusion: The levels of CA125 and EMAb were similar in treatment of endometriosis with human IFN-α-2b and with Diphereline. Both of the treatments are better than the pure surgery. It has less impact on the menstruation and can avoid menostasia.

Objective: To explore the clinical value of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) stress99mTc-methoxyisobutylisonitrile (99mTc-MIBI) gated myocardial perfusion imaging (G-MPI) for evaluating the severity and region of myocardial ischemia and left ventricular function in patients with myocardial bridge. Methods: A total of 58 patients with CAG or CTA confirmed diagnosis of myocardial bridge received ATP stress99mTc-MIBI G-MPI examination in our hospital. The short and vertical long-axis image of left ventricular myocardium were divided into 13 segments and the radionuclide distribution was semi-quantitatively evaluated into 4 classes by 0-3 scores visually (0: normal, 1: mild reduction, 2: moderate reduction, 3: severe reduction). The summed stress score (SSS) of left ventricular myocardium was calculated, the severity and region of myocardial ischemia were judged and compared with the severity of myocardial bridge. The LVEF obtained by ATP stress 99mTc-MIBI G-MPI was compared with LVEF obtained by cardiac color ultrasound (UCG).Results: The detection rate of myocardial ischemia by ATP Stress 99mTc-MIBI G-MPI and by 24h dynamic ECGwere 82.76% vs 56.10%, P <0.05. ATP Stress 99mTc-MIBI G-MPI presented abnormal radionuclide distribution in258 segments (63.55%) of LAD supplied territory, 82 (47.13%) of LCX supplied territory and 74 (42.53%) of RCAsupplied territory; the ischemic segments in LAD supplied territory were more than those in LCX and RCA suppliedterritories, P <0.0125. The resting LVEF obtained by ATP Stress 99mTc-MIBI G-MPI and by UCG were (69.59 ± 4.13)% vs (63.22 ± 4.12) %, P >0.05 and they had positive correlation (r =0.555, P <0.05).Conclusion: ATP stress 99mTc-MIBI G-MPI could accurately and intuitively evaluate the severity and region ofmyocardial ischemia and left ventricular function in patients with myocardial bridge, it has certain guiding value inclinical practice.

Objective To investigate the effects of ultra-filtration extract from the mixture of Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Hedysarum Polybotrys (UFE-AH) on the expressions of HSP70 and eNOS in H2O2-induced endothelial cell apoptosis. Methods H2O2 induced ECV-304 cell apoptosis to prepare models. The experiment was divided into normal control group, model group, simple medicine group, medicine intervention group, and all treatment groups received relevant medicine for intervention. Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to detect apoptosis and concentration of intracellular Ca2+;RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression of HSP70 and eNOS;Western blot was used to detect the expression of HSP70 protein;Nitrale reduetase and spectrophotometric method were employed to detect the content of NO. Results Compared with normal control group, cell apoptosis rate, concentration of intracellular Ca2+, and expression of HSP70 increased significantly in model group (P<0.05);gene expression of eNOS mRNA and content of NO decreased (P<0.05). Compared with model group, cell apoptosis rate and concentration of intracellular Ca2+dropped in medicine intervention group (P<0.05);expressions of HSP70, eNOS mRNA and content of NO increased (P<0.05). Conclusion UFE-AH can confront H2O2-induced cell apoptosis H2O2 of ECV-304 human umbilical vein endothelial by increasing the expressions of HSP70 and eNOS and content of NO, and reducing the intracellular calcium overload.
