Objective:To evaluate the academic standards and journal editor characteristics of the Chinese Mental Health Journal(CMHJ).Methods:With the database of Chinese Medical Citation Index(CMCI),the bibliometrics was used to analyze the statistical and evaluation of the cited original articles published in the CMHJ from 2000 to 2005.Results:In 1669 papers published during the period,1057(63.3%)were cited by CMCI.The total frequency of citation was 4649,and each original article was averagely cited 4.39 times by other researchers.The authors of these cited articles were from 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities,among which Beijing(1357;29.2%),Hunan(425;9.2%),Guangdong(414;8.9%)were the top three areas.The CMHJ was cited by 503 journals,with a self-citing rate of 9.8%.Conclusion:The CMHJ has published high quality articales on studying hot spots of the mental health.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of Piperacillin/Tazobactam versus Ciprofloxacin plus Metronidazole for complicated intraabdominal infection. METHODS: 192 patients whose bacterial culture test on intraoperative-resected samples indicated growth of at least one pathogen were treated with Piperacillin/Tazobactam versus Ciprofloxacin plus Metronidazole for complicated intraabdominal infection. The drug resistance of the pathogens isolated form intraoperative-resected samples and the parameters including the clinical effective rate etc were compared between the two groups excluding the resistant cases. RESULTS: 85 case received Piperacillin/Tazobactam versus 107 cases received Ciprofloxacin plus Metronidazole,and the resistance rates of the pathogens isolated from the intraoperative-resected samples were 5.9% (5/85) and 21.5% (23/107),respectively. Objective To study the effect of aesthetic care in breast surgery nursing. Methods 40 cases of breast cancer patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,20 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with aesthetic nursing while the control group was treated with routine nursing. Results The nursing satisfaction and Self-rating Depression Scale,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale score of the observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusions In the application of breast surgical nursing,it can effectively adjust the patient's mentality,accelerate the recovery rate of patients,significantly improve the patient's satisfaction,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.

Objective To investigate the effects of sciatic nerve combined with anesthesia and lumbar spinal combined anesthesia on the vital signs of knee replacement surgery.Methods 112 cases of knee joint replacement surgery with different anesthesia,in The second people's Hospital of Quzhou from August 2013 to August 2015,were selected and randomly divided into experimental group one and experimental group two,56 cases in each group.Experimental group one was treated with sciatic nerve combined with anesthesia,and experimental group two underwent combined spinal-epidural anesthesia,comparison of changes in vital signs,blood pressure and other vital signs after 2 groups.Results After anesthesia,the changes of vital signs such as heart rate and blood pressure of experimental group one was significantly higher than that of experimental group two,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group one was significantly lower than that in the experimental group two(26.8％),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MMSE score in the experimental group one(26.44±0.76)was significantly lower than that of the experimental group two(27.18±0.72),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in MMSE score between the two groups before anesthesia,6 hours,24 hours and 72 hours after operation.Conclusion Patients with knee replacement surgery were treated with sciatic nerve combined with anesthesia after treatment to stabilize the vital signs of patients,and less adverse reactions,more suitable for knee replacement surgery anesthesia treatment.

Metabolic experiments were done in 30 preschool children before and after the supplement of different iron and zinc containing beverages. The concentrations of iron, zinc and other nutrients in faeces, urine and food were determined. The results showed that when the total amount of iron and zinc was equal to 32 mg and the ratio of them was 3.14 to 1 the absorption and availability of zinc declined.Therefore, during the process of manufacturing the fortified food, attention must be paid to the quantities and the optimal range of Fe/Zn ratio.It is better that the ratio of iron and zinc equals 1 to 1.

Objective To probe into the variations of hospital admissions and rate of hospital bed occupancy of medical institutions in the recent ten years in Tianjin, for the purpose of formulating a regional health plan and optimizing regional health resources allocation. Methods The health statistics yearbooks of Tianjin from 1998 to 2008 and the four health service survey data from 1993 to 2008 were analyzed, with the descriptive statistics and ordinal logistic regression of SPSS 16. 0. Results From 1998 to 2008, the amplitude of hospital admissions and rate of hospital bed occupancy in community health service centers (stations) was the lowest, and the occupancy rate of hospital beds in community health service centers and rural hospitals was always lower than that in secondary and above hospitals. The influence factors of options of medical institutions for residents consist of hospital charges, gender,occupation, and regional classification. Conclusion Tianjin needs to strengthen its community health service centers , and improve service capacity of primary care of health organizations.

Objective To investigate relationship of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP)at rs5029924 locus in A20 promoter region and posttraumatic sepsis.Methods PCR-DNA sequencing was used to analyze different gene distribution at rs5029924 locus of 103 trauma patients with sepsis (Group A),120 trauma patients without sepsis (Group B) and 135 healthy peoples (control group).Relation of different genotypes at rs5029924 locus to sepsis susceptibility was analyzed.Peripheral blood cells of healthy peoples of different genotypes were stimulated using lipopolysaccharides (LPS) in vitro.Expression of A20 mRNA was measured by fluorescent quantitative PCR,expression of A20 protein by flow cytometry,and levels of TNF-α and IL-1β by ELISA method.Results Frequency of rs5029924 genotypes CC,CT and TT was respective 77.8％,20.0％ and 2.2％ in control group； 63.1％,34.0％ and 2.9％ in Group A； 83.3％,15.0％ and 1.7％ in Group B.Significantly lower frequency of CC genotype was observed in Group A when compared to Group B and control group (P ＜0.05),but no statistical differences were recorded between Group B and control group (P ＞ 0.05).CT/TT genotype increased risk coefficient of sepsis to 2.397-fold higher level when compared to CC genotype.Allele T increased prevalence of sepsis significantly as well (OR =2.056) when compared to allele C.After LPS treatment in vitro,CC genotype individuals revealed significantly higher levels of A20 mRNA and protein in peripheral blood leukocytes,but significantly lower levels of TNF-α and IL-1 β when compared to CT/TT genotype individuals.Conclusion Polymorphism of rs5029924 locus is associated with sepsis susceptibility and the reason may be that mutant genes affect promoter activity and down-regulate A20 expression,which fails to suppress inflammation.

Objective:To review the new progress in hydrogen peroxide disinfection and sterilization technology and equipments. Methods:Based on the recently published papers and our research results,the hydrogen peroxide sterilization technology and equip-ments were classified and summarized. Results:The hydrogen peroxide nano-fog( ultra-dry fog) sterilization technology and equipments could be used for the sterilization of space and equipments with the properties of safety, effectiveness and compatibility. Conclusion:The nano-fog( ultra-dry fog) sterilization technology and equipments exhibit broad application prospects,which is an ideal method to re-place the conventional space sterilization using formaldehyde and ozone.

The current prevalence of myopia has been as high as 27.65%～53.80%among adolescents in Chinese schools.The major reasons are too much near-work activity and lack of outdoor activity for a long time.In order to reduce the prevalence of myopia in Chinese adolescents,we suggest that Chinese students should have 3.5 hours outdoor activity everyday,including 30 minutes travel between home and school,1 hour outdoor activity between classes,1 hour outdoor sport class at school,and 1 hour outdoor activity after school.

Objective To investigate the possible mechanism of Gongqing Granule(Granule for Clearing the Uterus) on shortening the duration of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion.Methods The 120 unwanted pregnancy women within 49d of intrauterine gestation were randomly divided into three groups.Gongqing Granule combined with mifepristone and misoprostol was administered orally in Group A(treatment group).Qianzhi Capsule combined with mifepristone and misoprostol was administered orally to Group B(control group),and only mifepristone plus misoprostol was administered orally to Group C(blank group).Other 40 women(Group D,induced abortion group),were treated with vacuum aspiration for abortion.Chorionic villi and decidual tissue were collected and expression of Bax and Bcl-2 were detected by immunohistochemical method and Bax mRNA and Bcl-2 mRNA by situ hybridization.Results The expression of Bax,Bcl-2,Bax mRNA and Bcl-2 mRNA was found in all groups.The expression of Bax and Bax mRNA in the treatment group was higher than those in the control group,then the blank group,and then induced abortion group.While the expression of Bcl-2 and Bcl-2 mRNA of the treatment group was lower than those in the control group,then the blank group,and then induced abortion group(P
