OBJECTIVE: To study the active fractions from Antipyretic analgesics powder.METHODS:The active fractions were extracted from Antipyretic analgesics powder by supercritical-CO2 fluid extraction technique, separated and purified by molecular distillation(MD) technique. The active fractions were selected with the analgesic effect as index.RESULTS: The active fractions obtained showed remarkable analgesic effect.CONCLUSION: The result serves as a theoretic basis for the development of the active fractions-based new drugs.
2.Sinomeuine and sodium ferulate prevent complement-induced granulocyte aggregation
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(01):-
Complement-induced polymorphonuclearcytes (PMN) aggregate in microvasculature of vital organs, produce microemboli, and block microcirculation blood flow. Activated PMN release oxygen free radicals, prostaglandins and proteases, in turn, damage endothelial and parenchyma cells. This is an important factor in pathogenesis of multiple system organ failure. We have found that Sinomeuine and Sodium Ferulate prevented PMN aggregation induced by activated complement. Adding the drugs into PMN suspension treated with cytochalasin B, the zymosan activated plasma, PMN aggregation was prevented. The changes of light transmission were smaller than those of control without drugs recorded with platelet aggregometer. The 50% of PMN aggregation inhibition with Sinomeuine was 0.76mg/ml (1.gmmol/L), and 0.82mg/ml (3.8mmol/L) with Sodium Ferulate.

Objective To study the effect of noise on the ability of learning and memory of mice, and observe the effect of herba Houttuyniae injection on the change of the ability of learning and memory in noise condition, and then analyses the mechanisms. Methods To choose suitable mice and divide into groups, applying Y-maze and colorimeter to determine the content of MDA and the enzyme activity of SOD, AChE and NOS of mice brain. Results Learning group in Y-maze, noise cause the ability of noise group (12.1±1.20) decrease(P<0.01) compared with the control group(15.1±1.45), but herba Houttuyniae injection can reverse the ability of the mice, the correct frequency is much higher(P<0.01)in herba Houttuyniae group(14.9±1.60). The results is same in the memory group, in Y-maze, noise cause the memory ability of noise group (5.20±1.40) decrease(P<0.01) compared with the control group(6.30±1.32), but herba Houttuyniae injection can reverse the memory ability of the mice, the correct frequency is much higher(P<0.01)in herba Houttuyniae group(6.10±1.10). Either learning or memory group mice, noise can decreased the activity of SOD and NOS of mice brain(P<0.01), but the content of MDA and the ability of AChE elevated(P<0.01). herba Houttuyniae injection can change the effect of noise to mice, the activity of SOD and NOS of mice brain elevated(P<0.01) and the content of MDA and the ability of AChE decreased (P<0.01). Conclusion herba Houttuyniae injection can prevent the ability of learning and memory of mice which decreased by noise, and have the effect of intoxication.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2005;9(7):150-151
BACKGROUND: Medical order-obeying behavior(MOOB) in patients with essential hypertension(EH) cau directly affect the progression and prognosis of the disease. What factors, in turn, affect MOOB?OBJECTIVE:To analyze factors affecting MOOB in EH patients.DESIGN: Cross-sectional study.SETTING: Foreign Guests Ward of Qindu Stomatological Hospital, Fourth Military Medical University of Chinese PLA.PARTICIPANTS: A total of 205 patients with EH were admitted into the Foreign Guests Ward of Qindu Stomatological Hospital, Fourth Military Medical University of Chinese PLA from January 1998 to August 2000. Inclusion criteria: In accordance with WHO diagnostic criteria for hypertension. Exclusion criteria: Diabetes and other cardiovascular diseases. Altogether 164 patients with the mean age of (51 ± 5) years, 122 men and 42 women , accorded to the inclusion criteria.METHODS: The 164 patients were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire concerning MOOB in EH patients; patients' sex, educational level, family economic conditions, disease duration and other factors affecting MOOB were observed.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Factors related to the patients' MOOB.RESULTS:53.0% (87/164) patients followed the medical orders and persisted in exercise therapy, 58.5 % ( 96 / 164 ) patients followed reasonable diet, 51.6% (32/164)patients quitted smoking and alcohol drinking, 82. 3% (135/164) received regular recheck-up, 64.6% (106/164) followed the medicinal treatment prescribed. Sex did not influence MOOB significantly. The rate of medical-order disobedience was higher in illiterate people and those with education below junior middle school level, but lower in those with education above senior middle school level(x2 =7.25, P < 0.01) . The disobedience rate was lower in patients with the mean income of > 500 yuan/month than in those with < 500 yuan/month(x2 = 39.4, P < 0.01),and was also lower in patients with disease duration < 1 year than those with disease duration > 1 year (x2 =5.66, P < 0.05).CONCLUSION; Medical order-obeying behavior in EH patients is poor, and it is significantly influenced by patients' educational level, family economic conditions and disease duration.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2004;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE To improve the knowledge of pulmonary aspergillosis. METHODS We analyzed the clinical features of 17 cases of pulmonary aspergillosis inpatients from May 1994 to Apr 2006 in our hospital retrospectively. RESULTS Sixteen cases were infected out of hospital,1 case was infected in hospital. The correct diagnostic rate of pulmonary aspergillosis was only 21.4% in the patients infected out of hospital,70.6% cases infected out of hospital were misdiagnosed to as tuberculosis or lung cancer. CONCLUSIONS The misdiagnosed reasons are that the some doctors are short of perceptual knowledge of aspergillosis and pulmonary aspergillosis confuses easily with TB and cancer and other underlying diseases.
