After a description of the development in Chinese minority medicine and medical documents, the class (R29) for Chinese minority medical documents offered in Chinese Library Book Classification,5th edition was analyzed. The limitations for the classification of Chinese minority medical documents offered in Chinese Library Book Classifi-cation,5th editionwere pointed out, including no classes for the modern researches and subjects in Chinese minority medical documents , with strategies put forward for adding classes in R29 for Chinese minority medical documents in Chinese Library Book Classification,5th edition.

Chronic cough is one of the common symptoms of pediatric respiratory. The diagnosis of chronic cough is complicated, and the curative effect is not clear. At present, studies on chronic cough in children are still in the preliminary stage. This article summarized the etiology, pathogenesis and clinical treatment of chronic cough.

Objective To observe the effect of auricular-plaster therapy on non-incisional pain from post-laparoscopic surgery.Methods Sixty patients with non-incisional pains from laparoscopic surgery were divided into experimental group (n=30) and control group (n=30).The patients of control group after laparoscopic surgery were routinely given the oxygen inhalation for 6 hours and encouraged to do off-bed activity earlier.Besides the above-mentioned treatment,the patients of experimental group were additionally given auricular-plaster therapy.The patients of two groups were compared in terms of pain intensity and duration.Result The pain duration in the experimental group was significantly shorter and the pain density was significantly lower than that of the control group (bothP<0.05).Conclusion Auricular-plaster therapy can significantly reduce the duration and intensity of non-incisional pain from gynecological laparoscopy.

Objective To investigate the changes of peripheral blood lymphocyte function in the children patients with acute phase of Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP),and to explore its significance in the diagnosis and therapy of HSP.Methods The peripheral blood lymphocytes subsets CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,CD19+ and NK cells(CD16++ CD56+) were detected in 51 children patients with acute phase of HSP and 40 children undergoing physical examination by flow cytometry(FCM Results Compared with the control group,the counts of peripheral blood CD4+,CD4+/ CD8+and NK cells CD16++ CD56+) in the acute stage of the HSP group were significantly decreased(P<0.01),while the proportions of CD8+ and CD19+cells were significantly increased(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion The immunity dysfunction exists in the children patients with acute phase of HSP.The peripheral blood lymphocyte function detection has an important significance for the early diagnosis and treatment of HSP.

How to expand and deepen the educational function of library of college and university of traditional Chinese medicine by giving play to its strong points was analyzed in the new model of students'independent study , and measures to improve the information literacy and comprehensive literacy of students were elaborated, such as developing teaching reference books database, performing guidance for different readers, carrying out different activities that make entertainment a medium of education , in order to help students to acquire special knowledge outside of classroom .

Objective To establish mice models of Kawasaki disease by Lcatobacillus casei cell wall extract(LCWE) ,in order to provide experimental materials for follow-up study .Methods LCWE group was given LCWE 0 .1 mL per mouse(containing 200 mg LCWE) via abdominal intramuscular injection .PBS group was given 0 .1 mL PBS per mouse .Orbital blood samples were collected respectively at the 1st ,3rd and 28th day after administration .The heart ,lung ,liver ,kidney ,spleen and other organs tissue samples were collected for pathological section ,HE staining .The histopathological changes were investigated ,and the routine blood test was proceeded .Results The WBC of LCWE group showed a trend of rising at the 1st ,3rd and 28th day after administration .PLT and MPV of LCWE group increased at the 3rd day after administration ,which returned to normal levels at the 28th day after adminis-tration .The pathological section showed the blood vessel walls of heart tissue enlargement ,surrounded and infiltrated by inflamma-tory cells infiltration ,the atheromatous plaque in blood vessels occasionally .Conclusion The study established mice model of Ka-wasaki disease successfully .

Objective To explore the expression feature of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) 1010001N08Rik in hyperoxia-induced bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD) and predict the mechanism that 1010001N08Rik might be involved in the occurrence and development of BPD by a series of bioinformatics analysis.Method The sequence,genomic position and structure characteristics of 1010001N08Rik were acquired from UCSC genome browser,and its target gene was predicted by Ensemble database.We successfully established the animal model of BPD by making newborn C57BL/6J mice exposed to 95％ concentrations of ambient oxygen for seven days.The expression of 1010001N08Rik and Gata 6 were detected using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR).Student's t test was used to compare their expression levels during the BPD process.Result The relative expression of 1010001N08Rik in BPD process at d1,d3,d5,d7 was 1.21 ± 0.33,2.02 ± 0.41,2.95 ± 0.45,4.20-± 0.48 respectively,and there were significant difference between adjacent time points (P ＜ 0.05).The relative expression of Gata 6 mRNA was 0.92 ±0.30,1.10 ± 0.31,0.86 ± 0.24,0.45-± 0.08 respectively,and there was significant difference between d5 and d7 (P ＜0.05).1010001N08Rik had highly conserved property among different species.The chromosomal regions of 1010001N08Rik existed transcriptional factors binding locations and epigenetic regulation clues,and its possible candidate target gene was Gata 6.Conclusion The expression of 1010001N08Rik increased during the formation process of BPD.Bioinformatics analysis and preliminary experiment results suggested that 1010001N08Rik might participate in the process of BPD by down-regulating Gata 6 expression.

Biomedical research involving human body needs to be reviewed and oversight by the Institute Review Board (IRB) is the important international rule,aimed to protect human subjects.Ethics,however,may limited the freedom and innovation of medical research.It is an important task for the medical researchers on how to make the medical research to meet the demands of ethics,to avoid the risk,and to promote the innovation for the better development of the medical research.

Objective To compare the effects of three different doses of letrozole(LE) on the promoting ovulation and pregnancy situation.Methods A total of 92 infertility patients with type Ⅱ ovulation disorder in this hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were divided into three groups.The first group and second group were respectively given LE 2.5 mg/d and 5.0 mg/d from 3 d of menses for 5 d.The third group took LE 20 mg at draught on 3 d of menses.On the HCG injection day,follicle maturity time,number of mature follicles,ovulation rate,luteinized unrupture follicle syndrome (LUFS) and pregnancy rate were observed.Results The follicle maturity time,number of mature follicles,ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy rate on HCG injection day had no statistically significant difference among the three groups (P＞0.05).The incidence of LUFS had statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The promoting ovulation effect and clinical pregnancy rate have no difference among 3 different LE doses,but the occurrence rate of luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome(LUFS) in the 2.5 mg/d group is higher,therefore in the practical work,the medication administration mode may be selected according to the actual situation.

Calreticulin (CRT) is a multifunctional molecule in both intracellular and extracellular environment. We have previously found that a recombinant CRT fragment (rCRT/39-272) could modulate T cell-mediated immunity in mice via activation and expansion of CD1d(hi)CD5⁺ B cells as well as induction of CRT-specific regulatory antibodies. Antibody secreting cells (ASCs) are terminally differentiated B cells responsible for producing antibodies to participate in positive immune response as well as immune regulation. In this study, we demonstrate that rCRT/39-272 differentiates murine CD1d(hi)CD5⁺ B cells into ASCs marked by increased expression of plasma cell-associated transcription factors and production of polyreactive antibodies against DNA and CRT in vitro. Intraperitoneal administration of rCRT/39-272 augmented differentiation of CD1d(hi)CD5⁺ B cells into ASCs in naïve mice or mice with experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis. Thus, we propose that ASC differentiation and subsequent antibody production of CD1d(hi)CD5⁺ B cells are key steps in CRT-mediated immunoregulation on inflammatory T cell responses.
