2.The effect of embryo aspiration and fetal cardiac activity area injection in transvaginal pregnancy multi -fe-tal reduction
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(2):217-219
Objective To evaluate the safety and effect of embryo aspiration and fetal cardiac activity area injection of transvaginal pregnancy multi -fetal reduction for women with early pregnancy. Methods Retrospective a-nalysis of 120 cases with transvaginal early pregnancy multi -fetal reduction was conducted. The pregnancy outcome of the two ways was analyzed and evaluated. Results Among 120 cases,55 cases were treated with fetal cardiac activity area injection,65 cases were treated with embryo aspiration.Fetal cardiac activity area injection group:gestational age (48.7 ±9.1)d,postoperative infection abortion rate:12.7% (7 cases),rate of premature babies:5.5% (3 cases). Embryo aspiration group:gestational age (46.9 ±4.2)d,postoperative infection abortion rate:6.2% (4 cases),rate of premature babies:3.1% (2 cases),the difference between postoperative infection abortion rate was statistically sig-nificant (P =0.02).Virgiria Apgar score (P =0.41),neonatal weight(P =0.70),fetal malformation rate (P =0.24),neonatal move to NICU rate (P =0.83),the differences were not statistically significant. Conclusion During the early stage embryo aspiration is a safe method for the multi -fetus reduction, the pregnancy outcome is better than fetal cardiac activity area injection.

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2016;40(3):170-172
Objective]The article summarizes the H-hypertension's clinical experience by professor He Jia. [Methods]From following professor He Jia clinical studies, summarize professor He Jia from different ages, the treatment by applying the method of tonifying qi by stasis H-hypertension qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome differentiation thinking and clinical experience, and for proven cases.[Result]The professor He Jia considers the method of Buqi Zhuyu as the basic therapeutic principle, with pathogenesis of qi deficiency and blood stasis in the collaterals. And also to make up for points and syndromes differentiation from youthes and older, in the young and middle-aged people and see blood stasis into collaterals, the treatment of blood stasis by the main, the old people see more Qi deficiency into the network, to make up for the deficiency of Qi.Her clinical medicine is characterized in paying equal attention to the Qi and blood, Buqi Zhuyu, using opportunely insect medicine,Soufeng Tongluo, using the mineral medicine, Ziyin Qianyang along with the disease change, with good effect.[Conclusion]Professor He Jia for H-hypertension treatment of qi deficiency blood stasis unique insights, obtains good effect, often with fellow mutual information.

Herald of Medicine 2015;(4):440-444
Objective To investigate the effects of nuciferine on hyperlipidemia in mice and to clarify the molecular mechanism. Methods Mice were divided into three groups according to the diet: normal control group ( n=10 ) , model control group (n=10), and the intervention group (n=10). The normal control group was treated with common diet (ANI-76A feed:12. 4% fat, 68. 8% carbohydrate, 18. 8% protein). The model control group was induced with high fat diet (37. 1% fat, 42. 4% carbohydrate, 20. 5% protein). The intervention group was supplemented with 0. 5% nuciferine based on high fat diet. The mice were allowed free access to food and water for a total of 10 weeks. Several indices were analyzed in the 3 groups, including the body weight, serum lipid, lipid metabolism key enzyme, oxidative stress and metabolic pathway. Results Our results suggested that the high-fat diet-induced animal models developed obesity and dyslipidemia (P<0. 05). The body weight [(33.97±3.46) g vs. (27. 62±2. 87) g] and the serum lipid[(2. 73±0. 26) g vs. (1. 91±0. 21) g] were significantly decreased in the intervention group compared to the model control group (P<0. 05), except for the hypertriglyceridemia (P>0.05).Theactivityofhepaticlipidmetabolismkeyenzymes[(4.15±1.26) U·mL-1vs.(9.01±1.34) U·mL-1] andthe activity of hepatic lipase and lipoprotein lipase[(8.12±3.07) U·mL-1 vs.(13.48±3.75) U·mL-1] were elevated.Oxidative stress was also affected by nuciferine (P<0. 05). Mechanism study suggested that lipid synthesis genes (like SREBP-1c, FAS, SCD-1 and PPAR gamma mRNA) were up-regulated by high fat diet (P<0. 05), and the lipid oxidation metabolism genes, PPARαand CPT-1a mRNA, were down-regulated (P<0. 05), while the intervention group treatment reversed these changes (P<0. 05). Conclusion Nuciferine can improve hyperlipidemia, which might be related to the regulation of enzyme activity, oxidative stress and the changes of lipid synthesis and oxidative metabolism.

Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2016;25(8):581-584
Objective To analyze the application of root angioplasty in the crown lengthening surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients that corresponding to criteria from January 2013 to December 2015 in repair outpatients of our hospital were selected and received retrospec-tive study, and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to different surgical methods with 40 ca-ses in each group. The observation group was given root angioplasty and crown lengthening surgery, while the control group was only given crown lengthening surgery. Check-up was performed at 6 weeks postoperatively and 3 weeks after restoration, the condition of root surface cov-ered by the gum,the condition of gingival recession of the restoration and the subjective satisfaction of the patients were observed. Results The average coverage of the observation group was 91. 3%,which was significantly more than 55. 3% of the control group (P<0. 05). The a-mount of the gum covering of the observation group was (3.1 ±1.3)mm,which was significantly larger than (1.9 ±1.0)mm of the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion Root angioplasty can guarantee blood supply, reduce the damage, but the indication range is small, and it is influenced by many factors, and needs to incorporate the ideas of all sides when used in clinic.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(11):-
Objective: To observe the curative effectiveness of laser therapy in 114 cases(120 eyes) posterior capsular opacity after intraocular lenses implantation in children. Methods: When the after-cataract appear, laser therapy should be performed as soon as possible.Under conscious condition, enable the children to cooperate maximally;short effect and mild mydriatic to dilate the pupil,a 4 mm diameter transparent zone in central was made allowing for satisfactory visual performance;Began with low energy(0.4 MJ) and increased progressively according to individual reaction, total energy was 20-30 MJ every time. Results: All the eyes' visual acuity recovered to the best level prior to posterior capsular(opacity) occurrence, corrected visual acuity 0.1-0.4 in 58 eyes,0.5-0.8 in 54 eyes,1.0 in 8 eyes.90 percent were succeed in one laser shot,no intraocular lenses damage was found in slit lamp microscope examination. Conclusion: laser can resect the posterior capsular opacity effectively, improve the visual function of the affected eye.Assisted with amblyopia treatment, laser capsulotomy play an important role in visual function reconstruction in these patients.
