AIM:To study the HPLC fingerprints and to establish a sensitive and specific method for controlling the quality of Herba Ephedrae. METHODS: HPLC method was set up,using CLCphenyl column(5 ?m 4.6 mm?150 mm) with gradient elution, the mobile phase was comprised of acetonitrile and phosphoric acid(0.1%),the UV detection wavelength was at 215 nm,with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. RESULTS: There were 17 common peaks in the fingerprints of Herba Ephedrae based on 10 habitats.Sum of peak areas was larger than 90% total area. The similarity was compared and the HPLC fingerprints was set up. CONCLUSION: The quality of Herba Ephedrae can be controlled effectively by HPLC fingerprints.
4.The effect of embryo aspiration and fetal cardiac activity area injection in transvaginal pregnancy multi -fe-tal reduction
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(2):217-219
Objective To evaluate the safety and effect of embryo aspiration and fetal cardiac activity area injection of transvaginal pregnancy multi -fetal reduction for women with early pregnancy. Methods Retrospective a-nalysis of 120 cases with transvaginal early pregnancy multi -fetal reduction was conducted. The pregnancy outcome of the two ways was analyzed and evaluated. Results Among 120 cases,55 cases were treated with fetal cardiac activity area injection,65 cases were treated with embryo aspiration.Fetal cardiac activity area injection group:gestational age (48.7 ±9.1)d,postoperative infection abortion rate:12.7% (7 cases),rate of premature babies:5.5% (3 cases). Embryo aspiration group:gestational age (46.9 ±4.2)d,postoperative infection abortion rate:6.2% (4 cases),rate of premature babies:3.1% (2 cases),the difference between postoperative infection abortion rate was statistically sig-nificant (P =0.02).Virgiria Apgar score (P =0.41),neonatal weight(P =0.70),fetal malformation rate (P =0.24),neonatal move to NICU rate (P =0.83),the differences were not statistically significant. Conclusion During the early stage embryo aspiration is a safe method for the multi -fetus reduction, the pregnancy outcome is better than fetal cardiac activity area injection.
5.Testing method for electromagnetic field induced by electrical potential therapy equipment
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2015;36(5):127-129
The testing conditions and devices in the standards of China and foreign countries were summarized. The testing method was analyzed for the electromagnetic field induced by electrical potential therapy equipment. The safety range was proposed for the electromagnetic field of the tester, and then the risk was reduced greatly to the patient.

Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(01):-
AIM: To develop a new identification of crude drug Herba Ephedrae. METHODS: Using the method of X-ray diffraction fourier fingerprint patterns for the analysis and calculation of 12 habitats of Herba Ephedrae. RESULTS: The standard X-ray diffraction fourier fingerprint pattern of Herba Ephedrae was obtained with 26 peaks. CONCLUSION: The identification and quality control of Herba Ephedrae can be accomplished with X-ray diffraction fourier fingerprint patterns analysis.

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2016;40(3):170-172
Objective]The article summarizes the H-hypertension's clinical experience by professor He Jia. [Methods]From following professor He Jia clinical studies, summarize professor He Jia from different ages, the treatment by applying the method of tonifying qi by stasis H-hypertension qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome differentiation thinking and clinical experience, and for proven cases.[Result]The professor He Jia considers the method of Buqi Zhuyu as the basic therapeutic principle, with pathogenesis of qi deficiency and blood stasis in the collaterals. And also to make up for points and syndromes differentiation from youthes and older, in the young and middle-aged people and see blood stasis into collaterals, the treatment of blood stasis by the main, the old people see more Qi deficiency into the network, to make up for the deficiency of Qi.Her clinical medicine is characterized in paying equal attention to the Qi and blood, Buqi Zhuyu, using opportunely insect medicine,Soufeng Tongluo, using the mineral medicine, Ziyin Qianyang along with the disease change, with good effect.[Conclusion]Professor He Jia for H-hypertension treatment of qi deficiency blood stasis unique insights, obtains good effect, often with fellow mutual information.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2001;14(1):22-24
Objectives: To observe the efficacy of semiconducted laser photocoagulation on diabeticretinopathy(DR). Methods: Retrospective analysis of 206 eyes from 140 patients receiving semiconducted laser photocoagulation therapy for DR. Results:One hundred and eleven eyes were treated with PRP, 95 eyes were treated with mild-PRP. Visual acuity was increased by 1~3 lines in 82 eyes(35%), not changed in 94 eyes(46%) and decreased in 30 eyes(19%). On Fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) 3 months later, new vessels shrinked and retinal edema recovered in most cases, but in 10 eyes, new vessels and small nonperfusional areas still could be seen after the treatment, which was treated again. Conclusions: Timely and proper laser photocoagulation is an important treatment for DR, FFA is an essential guidance for this procedure.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2001;14(1):15-17
Objectives:To observe the efficacy of doubling frequency laser for central retinal vein occlusion. Methods:Twelve cases(13 eyes) of central retinal vein occlusion were treated with doubling frequency laser,4 eyes underwent panretinal photocoagulation, 9 eyes underwent regional retinal photocoagulation. The treatment varied from 1~3 times. Two cases received supplemental photocoagulation after reexamination. Fundus fluorescein angiography was performed in all the cases before and after the treatment and the results were compared. Results:Laser spots were regular in perfusion area, pigment epithelium atrophy was mild and no fluorescein leakage was found at the border of nonperfusion area in the 9 eyes receiving regional photocoagulation treatment. Among the 4 eyes treated with panretinal photocoagulation, 2 eyes revealed neovascular atrophy at the posterior pole area; no fluorescein leakage was found and cystoid macular edema subsided. Another 2 eyes revealed neovascular regression and a little fluorescein leakage which needed supplemental photocoagulation. No neovascular increasing, perfusion area expanding or fluorescein leakage worsening were seen. Conclusions:Laser therapy does not increase the central visual acuity but it dose help the absorption of retinal edema, hemorrhage and exudation, prevent the occurrence of proliferative vitreoretinopathy or neovascular glucoma and is protective to the present visual acuity.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2014;46(4):259-261
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics, treatment, and evaluation of the prognosis of syndrome of inap-propriate anti-diuretic hormone (SIADH) in lung-cancer patients. Methods:We review the clinical data of six lung cancer cases, includ-ing four small cell lung cancer, one adenocarcinoma, and one squamous cell carcinoma, with SIADH complication. All six cases were treated in our hospital over the past three years. Results:Patients with various serum sodium levels were provided different therapeutic regimens. Symptoms of fatigue and nervous system disorders, plasma sodium, urine sodium, and plasma osmotic pressure were alleviat-ed. Conclusion:SIADH is a common complication of lung cancer, particularly in small lung cancer cases. Electrolyte disturbances indi-cate poor prognosis, high mortality rate, and delay in treatment because of clinical interest. After a final diagnosis has been made and ap-propriate treatment has been administered, clinical symptoms were relieved and blood sodium levels were quickly and significantly im-proved in these patients.
