1.ZHU Lian's New Acupuncture Academic System and acupuncture science initialization.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(11):1199-1202
Acupuncture scientization was a consensus of most of acupuncture scholars who had long-term perspectives in the 20th century, among them Ms. ZHULian was the important one. Ms. ZHU Lian built a systemic new acupuncture" academic structure in practice and theory aspects. At the same time, as the main architect of Institute of Acupuncture-moxibustion of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ms. ZHU Lian was the first one who began to carry out the acupuncture clinical trail and laboratory experiment in modern way, which meant "acupuncture therapy" was transformed into "acupuncture science" by Ms. ZHULian's endeavor.

Objective To explore the feasibility and proper time of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)for the treatment of gallstones complicated with acute biliary pancreatitis(ABP).Methods From January 1999 to August 2007,72 patients with gallstones complicated with ABP were treated with LC in our department.Among the patients, early LC was performed on 56 cases when their symptoms of pancreatitis were relieved, elective LC was carried out in 8 patients, while emergent LC was required in the other 8 patients because of failure of conservative treatment. Results The LC was successfully completed in all the cases with a mean operation time of 63 min(30-135 min),and a mean blood loss of 50 ml(20-230 ml).Intraoperative cholangiography was carried out in 5 patients,4 of them were diagnosed as having stones in the lower common bile duct, and were then cured by endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)and endoscopic sphincterotomy(EST)after LC.Only one patient was converted to open surgery. No perioperative death,or postoperative biliary hemorrhage or leakage occurred in this series. After the operation, pathological examinations revealed multiple small or sand-like stones in the resected gallbladders. The patients were followed up for 2 months to 8 years(mean 19 months);during this period,no recurrent pancreatitis or cholelithiasis was found. Conclusions LC is feasible and safe for patients with gallstones complicated with acute pancreatitis at early stage if perioperative treatments has been properly carried out.Preoperative MRCP,intraoperative cholangiography, and postoperative EST are essential auxiliary techniques for the treatment.

AIM: To probe into the role of 1,4,5-trisphosphate inositol(IP3) and bcl-2 gene expression in inhibiting hepatocellular carcinoma of nude mice by genistein.METHODS: Animals with hepatocellular carcinoma were treated with genistein 1 mg?kg-1?d-1(ip) for 3 weeks. The volume and weight of tumaor were measured.IP3,bcl-2 mRNA,Bcl-2 protein were assayed by IP3- Birtrak assay,RT-PCR,Western blotting, respectively.RESULTS: The tumor volume and weight of animals treated with genistein were lower than those in control(42.7mm3?27.8mm3 vs 52.3mm3?26.5mm3,42.7mg?27.8 mg vs 91.3mg?31.4 mg).IP3 content was lower than that in control [(13.4?1.4)nmol/g protein vs(35.3?6.6)nmol/g protein].bcl-2 mRNA expression was lower in group treated with genistein than that in control(RI which was the gray degree multiply area of bcl-2 / the gray degree multiply area of ?-actin 0.48?0.02 vs 0.56?0.15).Bcl-2 protein expression was lower in group treated with genistein than that in control(RI 1.69?0.52 vs 1.37?0.48).CONCLUSION: Genistein inhibits growth of transplanted hepatocellular carcinoma in nude mouse liver by reducing IP3 production and down-regulating bcl-2 gene expression.

In the paper,in vitro degradation of DL polylactic acid (PDLLA) film was studied.Regulation and tendency of degradation were showed by molecular weight regulator and monomer ration mass lossing.Degradation mechanism was discussed in light. It was thought that degradation of PDLLA in vitro was a simple hydrolysis reaction. The hydrolysis reaction was self catalytic reaction caused by terminal carboxyl group.

Chinese Journal of Digestion 2008;28(9):594-599
Objective To observe the prokinetic effect of domperidone on esophagus and lower esophageal sphincter (LES), and compare its effect with that of mosapride and cisapride. Methods In vivo experiments: forty rats were divided into control, domperidone, mosapride, and eisapride groups. Strain gauges were planted in proximal esophagus, distal esophagus and LES to record the activities of esophagus and LES in conscious rat. In vitro experiments: in the thermostatic muscle bath, the prokinetic effect of domperidone, mosapride, and cisapride on the contractility of rat muscle strips from esophagus body and LES were recorded by tone-transducers. Results In vivo experiments, ① In the interdigestive period of resting conscious rats, only mild contraction activities were recoded in esophagus bodies. In LES, typical interdigestive migrating motor complex (MMC) with phase Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ was recorded. The contraction amplitude of LES was much greater than esophagus body. ② Domperidone significantly enhanced the contraction of esophagus body and LES. The mean contraction amplitude of proximal esophagus, distal esophagus, and LES increased by 63.24%±7.17%, 75.54%±5.27%, and 85.81%±6.02%, respectively, compared with controls. The prokinetic effect showed a dose-effect relation. Mosapride at the same dosage increased the mean contraction amplitude of proximal esophagus, distal esophagus, and LES by 29. 71%±4.15%, 40.15%±3.30%, and 35.24%±5.36%, respectively, compared with controls. The prokinetic effects of mosapride on esophagus and LES were much less than domperidone. Cisapride at the same dosage increased the mean contraction amplitude of proximal esophagus, distal esophagus, and LES by 59.84%±6.55%, 70.11%±5.62%, and 75.13%± 5.10%, respectively, compared with controls. The prokinetic effects of cisapride were similar as domperidone. In vitro experiments. ① Domperidone perfusion could significantly increase the contraction of esophagus body and LES muscle strips by 87.74%±7.65% and 92.44±7.17%, respectively, compared with Krebs-Ringer (KR) solution perfuslon. Mosapride at the same dosage increased the mean contraction amplitude by 35.42%±5.02% and 31.12%±4.32%, respectively, compared with KR controls. The prokinetic effects of mosapride were much less than domperidone. Cisapride of the same dosage showed a similar prokinetic effect as domperidone. ② Atropine and tetrodotoxin could block the prokinetic effects of domperidone on esophagus and LES. Conclusions Domperidone can significantly enhance the esophagus body contraction and LES motility. The effects of domperidone are similar as cisapride and much greater than mosapride. The prokinetic effects of domperidone on esophagus and LES are not only through well-known dopaminergic receptor blockade, but also through the cholinergic nerves of the enteric nervous system.
