Objective To improve the diagnostic level of pulmonany complications of leukemia by analysing imaging characteristics.Methods The imaging findings of pulmonary complications were analysed in 200 cases with leukemia.Results The pathogenic agents of pulmonary complications included:infection of single type of bacteria in 33.5%(67 cases),mixed bacteria infection in 35%(70 cases),fungal infection in 3.5%(7 cases),fungal infection combined with bacteria infection in 5%(10 cases),unknown pathogenic agents in 23%(46 cases).The radiologic findings were as follows:the change of lung markings in 84 cases(42%),lung parenchyma lesion in 116 cases(58%),pleura lesion in 29 cases(14.5%) ,pleural effusion in 19 cases(9.5%), hilum of the lung or mediastina lesion in 40 cases (20%).Conclusion Pulmonary complications of leukemia are mainly pulmonary infection.The diagnosis of this lesion has to combined with clinical data and laboratory test,repeat radiography after treatment is also helpful in differential diagnosis.

Objective To evaluate the value of X-ray imaging in the diagnosis of multiple myeloma.Methods The findings of X-ray plain films of 136 patients with multiple myeloma were retrospectively analysed.Results Abnormal radiological changes were found in 117 of 136 patients (86.03%),of which 84 cases(61.76%) were located in skull,61 cases(44.85%) in spinal column,47(34.56%)in pelvis,51(37.5%)in humerus,41(30.15%)in ribs,29 (21.32%)in femur.In addition,clavical was involved in 15 cases,scapula in 13,radius in 9,tibia in 9,fibula in 4 and ulna in 3.Conclusion X-ray plain film is of important effect on the diagnosis of multiple myeloma.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the strategy of information system in antibiotics usage management. METHODS By inquisition,statistic and analytic methods the antibiotics usage information of the hospitalized patients was recorded with the information system,to realize the realtime monitoring and process management. RESULTS The usage rate of antibiotics decreased from 88.79% to 80.19% and the prophylactic usage rate of the third cephalosporin decreased from 72.34% to 11.25%.The rational usage rate increased from 57.89% to 80.18%. CONCLUSIONS The management method of antibiotics usage with information system achieves obvious effect.

Objective To investigate the early diagnosis and importance of cesarean section in time.Methods Three cases of AFLP treated in our hospital during the past three years were retrospectively studied with emphasis on symptoms,laboratory findings,maternal complications and the action of well-timed cesarean section.Clinical diagnose was proved by postpartum liver biopsy or autopsy.Results The gestational age at onset of the three multiparae was 35～36 weeks.In the early stage,all cases had malaise,nausea,vomit,loss of appetite and epigastric distress followed by jaundice.Laboratory findings included raised transaminases (≤300IU/L)and total serum bilirubin levels.Neither B ultrasonic nor CT examine found fatty liver.Two of them were received cesarean section after obvious complication,and one died with her baby,the other pulled through MSOF,whose twins died of seriously asphyxia.While the third received cesarean section at early stage and was cured with a healthy baby.Conclusion Increasing awarenessespecially in early piagnosis of AFLP cases and termination pregnancy in time,the prognosis of AFLP is obviously improved.

Objective To detect the expression of type Ⅰ collagen, type Ⅲ collagen, prolyl-4-hydroxylases (PH4) and matrix metalloproteinase 1 (MMP-1) in sacral ligament fibroblasts under stress, to understand the collagen synthesis and metabolism in stress situations change. Methods Eight patients who underwent abdominal hysterectomy for uterine benign disease were enrolled in this study. Primary sacral ligament fibroblasts were isolated by explant. After mechanical loading, gene expression of type Ⅰ , Ⅲ collagen, PH4 and MMP-1 were measured. Results Stress of 8% continuing for 24 hours, collagen Ⅰ (1. 13 ± 0.24), collagen Ⅲ (1.05 ± 0. 31) mRNA expression and PH4 expression (1.11 ± 0. 31) compared with static groups (1) showed increasing trends;when the stress were 4% and 12%, collagen Ⅰ (0. 86 ± 0. 26 and 0. 85 ± 0. 25), collagen Ⅲ showed increasing trends (0. 74 ± 0. 29 and 0. 83 ± 0. 38) mRNA expression were decreased. After removal of the stress, in the stress of 4% for 1 hour, collagen Ⅰ (0.79±0.40, 0.97±0.24 and 1.46 ±0.75), collagen Ⅲ (0.86±0.40, 0.99±0.60 and 1.59±0.82) and PH4 (1.11 ±0. 51, 1.17 ±0. 54 and 1.37 ±0. 39) mRNA expression increased gradually. In 8% stress group, collagen Ⅰ mRNA expression (1.16 ± 0. 62, 1.01 ± 0. 51 and 1.05 ± 0. 80) reached the peak in day 1, and collagen Ⅲ (0.99 ±0.69, 1.59 ±0.55 and 1.03 ±0.91) and PH4 (1.05 ±0.31, 1.07 ±0. 80 and 0. 85 ±0. 31) mRNA expression reached the peak in day 2, then decreased. 4% and 8% of the stress with time after the change, MMP-1 mRNA expression have peaked at day 1. Conclusions Moderate stress could contribute to pelvic floor collagen synthesis, too much or too little stress is not conducive to the synthesis of collagen. Collagen Ⅰ and collagen Ⅲ on the stress response may be different, the former have faster reaction than the latter. PH4 were involved in the synthesis of collagen, while MMP-1 may play a role in collagen degradation.

Objective To evaluate the effects of angiostatin on vascular endothelial growth factor expression in human tongue squamous cell carcinoma cells.Methods Subcutaneous xenografts of human tongue squamous cell carcinoma(Tca8113)cell line in BALB/c nude mice were employed and eighteen mice were randomly divided into three groups(6 mice each):the PBS group injected with PBS,the AS group injected with 250 ng purified angiostatin,and the AS group injected with 30 ?g purified angiostatin.Reagents were injected intraperitoneally twice daily and tumor volume was calculated twice weekly for 21 d,then animals were sacrificed and each tumor specimen was divided into two parts after surgical resection.The first part was submitted to both immunocytochemistry for VEGF,VEGFR1,VEGFR2 and CD34,and TUNEL apoptosis assay.The second part was prepared for semi-quantitative RT-PCR analysis of VEGF,VEGFR1 and VEGFR2 mRNA abundance.Results There was an increase of apoptotic index(AI)(P

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of follow-ups on medical compliance behaviors and quality of life of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).Methods One hundred GERD patients who were hospitalized in our department from June 2012 to June 2013 were divided into intervention group (n=50) and control group (n=50) according to the random number table. Both groups received the same drug treatment and conventional nursing during hospitalization.The control group received periodically outpatient follow-ups,while the intervention group received professional follow-ups by trained nurses after discharge from hospital. The compliance behaviors and quality of life in these patients were assessed and statistically analyzed after 6 months nursing intervention or outpatient follow-up.Results With the implement of follow-up in patients with GERD,the intervention group was better than the control group in compliance behaviors,including the decrement of smoking and drinking,strong tea,coffee,having midnight snack and spicy food (P<0.05),but there was no difference in the behavior of staying-up between the two groups.Concerning the quality of life,the intervention group was significantly better than the control group in the 6 items excluding the physical and physiological functions (P<0.05).Conclusion Professional follow-ups can improve compliance behavior and quality of life of GERD patients.

Objective To observe the effect of compound rehmannia on SOD and ATP enzyme in the brain of SAM-P/8 dementia mice and the change of apoptosis neuron cells.Methods SAM-P/8 mice were divided randomly into three groups:experimental group,treatment group and model group.Mice in experimental group were lavaged by compound rehmannia(2ml/day,individual).Mice in treatment group were lavaged by donepezil hydrochloride(400mg/kg,individual),and mice in normal group and model contrast group were lavaged by equal sodium chloride.After 3 weeks,we observed mice′s behavior in every group and investigated the changes of SOD,Na+-K+-ATP enzyme by immunohistochemistry and investigated the changes of apoptosis cells peak by FCM.Results Compound rehmannia could improve learning and memory ability of the SAM-P/8 mice,strengthen SOD,Na+-K+-ATP activity and reduce apoptosis neurons in brain.Conclusion Compound rehmannia can significantly improve the Alzheimer's mice learning and memory ability,strengthen the energy of brain cells,and increase resistance to free radical antioxidant capacity,reduce the neuron apoptosis and has a good relatively protection and care to SAM-P/8 mice brain neurons.
