Objective To compare the efficacy of Si Wu particles to treat young women with chronic attachment inflammation.Methods70 young women with chronic attachment inflammation in department of gynecology from January 2015-July 2016 were grouped by Lottery method.Two groups were treated with levofloxacin and metronidazole, observation group was another given Si Wu particles.To analyze treatment efficacy between two groups.ResultsAfter treatment, total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment, whole blood high-viscosity, whole blood low-viscosity and plasma viscosity of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).After the third week of treatment, TCM syndrome points of observation group was lower than control group (P<0.05).Adverse reactions and recurrence rate of observation group were lower than control group, but no statistical significance.ConclusionSi Wu particles can improve efficacy to young women with chronic attachment inflammation.

Objective To investigate clinical effects and safety difference of cholesterol absorption inhibitor associated with atorvastatin for high dose on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and poor lipid controlling. Methods 240 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and poor lipid controlling were chosen and randomly divided into 3 groups including group A (80 patients)with atorvastatin for conventional dose,group B (80 patients)with atorvastatin for high dose and group C (80 patients)with atorvastatin for high dose associated with ezetimibe for cholesterol absorption inhibitor;and the compliance rate of total cholesterol (TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),serum lipids before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reaction of 3 groups were compared. Results The compliance rate of TC of group A,group B and group C were separately 40.00%(32/80),62.50%(50/80)and 96.25%(77/80);the compliance rate of LDL-C of group A,group B and group C were separately 51.25%(41/80),81.25%(65/80)and 98.75%(79/80);the compliance rate of TC and LDL-C of group C was significant better than that of group A and group B (χ2 =58.28,27.83,48.13,13.61,all P<0.05).The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C of group A after treatment were separately (5.35 ±1.26)mmol/L,(2.10 ±0.83) mmol/L,(2.85 ±0.93)mmol/L and (1.23 ±0.67)mmol/L;the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C of group B after treatment were separately (4.97 ±1.02)mmol/L,(2.05 ±0.81)mmol/L,(2.47 ±0.86)mmol/L and (1.20 ± 0.65)mmol/L;the levels of TC,TG,LDL -C and HDL -C of C group after treatment were separately (3.84 ± 0.82)mmol/L,(1.74 ±0.56)mmol/L,(2.06 ±0.71)mmol/L and (1.24 ±0.52)mmol/L.The levels of TC,TG and LDL-C of group C after treatment was significant better than group A and group B (F=3.80,4.94,4.21,all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in level of HDL-C among 3 groups after treatment(P>0.05).The incidences of adverse reaction of group A,group B and group C were separately 1.25%(1/80),3.75%(3/80)and 2.50%(2/80);there was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reaction among 3 groups(χ2 =1.03,P>0.05).Conclusion Cholesterol absorption inhibitor associated with atorvastatin for high dose on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and poor lipid controlling can efficiently control blood lipid levels,improve compliance rate of blood lipids,and did not increase the risk of adverse reaction.

ObjectiveTo explore the multidrug resistance(MDR) reversal activity of a novel compound liposome doxorubicin(PLD) and its mechanism.MethodsMTT assay was used to evaluate MDR reversal activity of PLD in P-gp expressing tumor cell lines,KBv200 and MCF-7/ADR.ResultsPLD had a strong reversal in vivo activity,recognized the strong reversal activity than verapamil reversal activity,in 5.0μmol/L concentration of multi-drug resistant cell KBv200 increased sensitivity to vincristine of 45 times.KBv200 PLD-dependent increased in intracellular concentration of rhodamine accumulation(0,2.5,5.0,10μmol/L).Mainly to its cardiac toxicity,bone marrow suppression and hair loss and other side effects were significantly reduced.ConclusionPLD was an efficient modulator,mainly through the continuous accumulation to tumor tissue,tumor local drug concentration,enhanced anti-tumor activity,

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Bupleurum injection external application applied to female genital condyloma accuminatum cases. [Methods] From January 2010 to June 2013,we studied 60 female genital condyloma accuminatum cases in the outpatient department of our hospital, these cases were randomly divided into two groups:group A(Bupleurum injection group) and group B(ShuRun suppository, namely a-2a interferon suppository group), the clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed. [Results] After treatment, group A,30 cases in al ,9 cases had complete recovery,12 cases had some effect,9 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 70%; group B,the total of 30 cases,6 cases had complete recovery, 7 cases had some effect, 17 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 43.3%, group A in the treatment of female genital condyloma acuminatum had better effect than the group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of two groups al reduced effectively.The recurrence rate had no obvious difference between the two groups(P>0.05). [Conclusion] Bupleurum injection for treating female genital condyloma acuminatum has better clinical efficacy, can be considered for clinical use.

Objective To determine the association of anomalies of female reproductive system with that of urinary system. Methods Two hundred and eighty-nine cases, including 59 with congenital vaginal inclined septum syndrome, 135 with septate uterus, 4 with unicornuate uterus, 13 with rudimentary horn of uterus, 58 with congenital absence of the uterus and vagina, 14 with imperforated hymen, and 6 with atresia of vagina, treated during the past 4 years, were analysed retrospectively. Results Anomalies of urinary system were more frequently found in patients with anisomerous anomalies of reproductive system(85. 53% , 65/76 cases). In 59 cases of congenital vaginal inclined septum syndrome, 43 had ipsilateral renal agenesis, 2 had one single pelvic kidney, 1 had bilateral horseshoe kidneys, 1 had left-side horseshoe kidney, 1 had one pair of renal pelvis and renal calices with ureters incorporated at middle and inferior segments on both sides. Ipsilateral renal agenesis was also seen in patients with rudimentary horn of uterus(14/14 cases) and unicornuate uterus(4/4 cases). However, there was no urinary system malformation seen in septate uterus patients (0/135 cases), imperforated hymen (0/16) and atresia of vagina (0/4 cases). Only 1 case of congenital absence of the uterus and vagina associated with ipsilateral renal agenesis. Conclusion Anomalies of reproductive ducts associated with renal malformations, especially anisomerous anomalies of reproductive system are not unusual. Early recognition and diagnosis is very important to prevention and treatment of such diseases.

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical value of ultrasonography in the detection of median nerve in diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN).MethodsMedian nerve was detected in 70 healthy adults (control group) and 43 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (diabetes mellitus group) by color Doppler ultrasonography.The type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were divided into two groups according to the duration of the disease:＜ 10 years group (26 cases) and ≥ 10 years group( 17 cases).And they were divided into two groups according to the random plasma glucose (RPG):RPG ＜ 15 mmol/L group(28 cases) and RPG≥ 15mmol/L group ( 15 cases).The nerve cross section area (CSA) was taken at the level of the pisiform.Results The median nerve in diabetes mellitus group had decreased echogenicity and increased color in it.The CSA of the median nerve in diabetes mellitus group was significantly higher than that in control group [ ( 10.3 ± 2.1 )mm2 vs. (8.3:± 1.7) mm2 ] (P ＜ 0.01 ).The C SA of the median nerve in ≥ 10 years group was significantly higher than that in ＜10 years group [ ( 12.3 ± 2.0) mm2 vs.( 10.2 ± 2.6) mm2] (P ＜ 0.01 ).The CSA of the median nerve in RPG ≥ 15 mmol/L group was significantly higher than that in RPG ＜ 15 mmol/L group [ ( 11.7 ± 1.8) mm2 vs.(9.6 ± 2.7 ) mm2 ] (P ＜ 0.01 ).ConclusionColor Doppler ultrasonography examination may reveal morphology of median nerve and is useful for the diagnosis of DPN.
