The basic medical subjects teaching for international medical students in the local university is a very important component in the medical subjects of the higher education.Our university achieves good teaching effects in reforming the content of the international medical students,renovating in the cultivating syllabus,teaching students in accordance of their aptitude and improving the teaching patterns and methodology.

In this paper, the application of traditional Chinese medicine fumigating and hip bath therapy after anorectal surgery was reviewed, and its current situation was analyzed.

OBJECTIVE To study the dynamics of nosocomial infections(NI) in our hospital in 2005 and to offer basis for reducing NI by surveillance.METHODS Data of internet report in 2005 were investigated.RESULTS The infection rate of NI in 2005 was 4.27%.The respiratory tract ranked the first place(75.2%);NI occurred mainly in Department of Medicine No.2,cadre ward and infection department;totally 85 isolates of bacteria were found,of which Gram-negative ones accounted for 51.76%.CONCLUSIONS The NI rate is connected with following factors such as age,underlying diseases,days in hospital,and the abuse of antibotics.

Objective To achieve the DICOM3.0-based management system for medical image and data. Methods Under the context of Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Visual C++.NET, LeadTools V14.5 development SDK and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 were used to actualize a medical image data management system based on DICOM 3.0 standard. Results This system could store and read the DICOM 3.0 standard -based medical image correctly and establish the corresponding control of authority to different users. Conclusion This system is easy for maintenance and operation with convenient search function.

Objective To investigate the value of T-lymphocyte subsets CD3+ ,CD4+ and CD8+ percentage detection in the diag-nosis of early-onset neonatal sepsis .Methods The neonates born in January 2014 to June 2015 with suspected infection and onset within 7 d were included into this study .The venous blood was collected within 24 h after admission .CD3+ ,CD4+ ,CD8+ lympho-cyte percentage ,C reactive protein and blood routine were detected .The blood culture was performed before the use of antibacterial drugs .The full-term neonates with early onset sepsis confirmed by blood culture were taken as the sepsis group and those of nega-tive blood culture was taken as the local infection group select the blood culture negative for local infection group .At the same time , the hospitalized full-term neonates with hyperbilirubinemia (excluding cases caused by factors such as infection ) served as the con-trol group .The flow cytometery was adopted to detect the samples of above neonatal patients .The lymphocyte subsets CD3+ , CD4+ and CD8+ percentages were observed and compared among 3 groups .Results CD3+ [(40 .3 ± 10 .6)% ] ,CD4+ [(28 .6 ± 11 .2)% ] and CD8+ [(10 .8 ± 2 .6)% ] in the sepsis group were lower than CD3+ [(64 .8 ± 9 .8)% ] ,CD4+ [(48 .9 ± 10 .2)% ] , CD8+ [(17 .6 ± 5 .6)% ] in the local infection group and CD3+ [(62 .6 ± 11 .6)% ] ,CD4+ [(46 .4+13 .6)% ] and CD8+ [(16 .5 ± 7 .3)% ] in the non-infection group ,the differences were statistically significant (P<0 .05);CD3+ ,CD4+ and CD8+ had no statisti-cal difference between the local infection group and non-infection group(P>0 .05) .Conclusion CD3+ ,CD4+ ,CD8+ percentage can be used as an indicator for the diagnosis of early onset neonatal sepsis .

Objective To observe the effect of flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with Yueju pills in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders ( FGID) .Methods According to the digital table ,308 patients with FGID were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,77 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional treatment .The treatment group was divided into 3 groups:group 1:flupentixol and melitracen tablets was added on the basis of routine therapy;group 2:Yueju pills was added on the basis of routine therapy;group 3:patients in this group used conventional treatment combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets and Yueju pills .The period of treatment was 6 week,then their clinical symptoms were compared .Results The effective rate in group 1,2,3 was 79.2%,62.3%,94.8%,respectively,which was significantly higher than 19.4% in the control group(χ2 =54.96, 29.24,89.18,all P<0.05);while compared each treatment group ,the total effective rate in group 3 was obviously higher than that in group 1 ang group 2(χ2 =8.27,24.08,all P<0.05),and the total effective rate in group 1 was higher than that in group 1(χ2 =4.09,P<0.05).Conclusion Flupentixol and melitracen tablets combined with Yueju pills are more effective for treating functional gastrointestinal disorders than that of single drugusing .

An introduction to the contemporary studies on the norms of medical service items pricing in China, and the regulatory role to be played by the Norms of Medical Service Items Pricing in China in the health reform. The paper comes up with the following recommendations for improving the existing pricing system of medical services as follows: 1) "Item-based pricing" is the basis for other medical payments; 2) Training of the trainers in the provinces to ensure correct implementation of the Norms; 3) Establishment of a catalogue for special medical consumables to enhance consumables management; 4) Establishment of a nationwide indexing system for medical service items pricing; 5) In-depth study on the medical payment models satisfying China's specifics; 6) Establishment of clinical treatment norms for individual disciplines; 7) Establishment of a coding system compliant with international standards.

Objective To discuss comfort nursing effect for rehabilitation exercise compliance of hip replacement patients. Methods 76 cases of senile hip replacement patients were retrospecrively analyzed and divided into the control group and the research group with 38 cases in each group, each received rourine nursing and comfort nursing. The nursing effect was compared between two groups. Results The research group was better in nursing satisfaction degree, comfort degree, complications such as infection and prosthesis dislocation and recovery exercise compliance compared with those of the control group. Conclusions Comfort nursing has considered patients' requirement and aiming to these requirements. So it can help patients to elevate the comfort degree, improve prognosis and satisfaction degree.

Objective To investigate the effects of atorvastatin combined with Naoxintong capsules on serum lipid level and hish sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods 82 ACS patients were randomly divided into observation group(10 mg/d of atorvastatin and 4 capsules 3 times of Naoxintong daily,n=41) and control group(20 mg/d of simvastatin daily,n=41).The levels of serum lipid and hs-CRP were detected before and after treatment.Results 8 weeks after treatment,the levels of serum hpid[TC (4.21±0.87)mmol/L,TG(1.99±0.48)mmol/L,LDL-C(2.71±0.83) mmol/L] and serum hs-CRP(5.63±1.38)mg/L in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group[TC(4.89±0.91)mmol/L,TG (2.58±0.52)mmol/L,LDL-C(3.28±0.89)mmol/L],and serum level HDL-C(1.89±0.47)mmol/L was higher than that in control group(1.63±0.45)mmol/L(t=2.55-4.36,P<0.01～0.05).Conclusion Adjuvant therapy of Naoxintong could promote the levels of serum lipid and hs-CRP in patients with ACS.and offer a better therapeutic effect in these patients.

Image-guided radiotherapy(IGRT) is a new radiation technique ,following the three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT)and intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT).It is the important means to improve the accuracy and assure the quality of radiotherapy.IGRT develops and popularizes very quickly,and has superiority in treatment.
