A comparative observation of the quality of human immunoglobulin separated by the Rivanol-coldethanol combination method(R-E),the cold ethanol method(E)and the Rivanol-Ammoniumsulphate method(R-As)was performed.The experimental data and control data are as follows:Purityof immunoglobulin:96.67?0.93%(R-E,n=10);89.20?5.45%(E,n=8)and 96.22?0.67%(R-As,n=6).Proportion of IgG,IgA and IgM:89.26?0. 81%,6.29?0.38% and 1.16?0.28%(R-E,n=10);88.59?4. 87%,0.34?0.21% and 0.15%?0.09%(E,n=8)and 88.90?1.46%,7.08?1.28% and 0.24?0.29%(R-As,n=6)respectively.Proportion of IgG monomers and dimers,polymers,and fragments:95.96?1.38%,3.04?0.73% and 1.02?1.04%(R—E,n=7)and 98.43?0.57%,0.96?0.25% and 0.62?0.33%(E,n=3)respectively.All the preparations separated bythe three methods have been heated for 4 hours at 57℃,with their appearance being unchanged.

Objective: To discuss the clinical features,diagnosis,pathogenesis and treatment of antiepileptic drug hypersensitivity syndrome(AHS).Methods: A retrospective analysis of one case of AHS was focused on his clinical data.Results: About six weeks after carbamazepine treatment the patient presented fever firstly.The highest temperature is up to 39.6℃.Subsequently he developed diffusible red maculopapular rash and swollen superficial lymph nodes.Physical examination found internal organs involvement(mainly liver and lung).Laboratory examinations showed that the leucocyte increased to 54.21?109/L,and the percentage and absolute count of eosinophil rose,while IgG and IgM decreased.The CT of thoracic part showed the lymph nodes of hilum of lung and mediastina swelled together with pleural effusion.A biopsy study of lymph node suggested the reactive hyperplasia which was not equal to lymphoma.The bone marrow smear showed granulocytic cell line hyperplasia and abnormal lymphocyte were observed.After discontinuing carbamazepine in time and applying corticosteroids,the temperature descended rapidly and the swollen lymph nodes recovered soon.Conclusion: AHS is an idiosyncratic reaction.It usually occurs within 2 to 8 weeks after initiation of antiepileptic drug therapy,and typically manifests itself as fever,eruption and internal organ involvements.Pathogenesis is still not definite.Important basis for diagnosis and differential diagnosis depends on clinical manifestations and laboratory examinations.Early recognition of AHS and timely discontinuing of the suspected drugs are the essential therapy.

Objective: This study is explore the risk factors of premature ovarian failure extensively providing valuable information for prevention strategies.Methods: The 1∶2 matched case-control study was conducted.Results: The single-factor conditional logistic regression analysis indicated that marriage condition,the times of induced abortion and another 12 factors were related to POF.Multivariate conditional logistic regression model indicated that marriage condition,the times of induced abortion,smoking,hair dyeing,mood,the influence of eating vegetable,and mumps were relates to POF.Conclusion: Marriage condition,the times of induced abortion,influence of eating vegetable,hair dyeing,mood and mumps were play an important role in the onset of POF.

Objective To investigate the effects of atorvastatin combined with Naoxintong capsules on serum lipid level and hish sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods 82 ACS patients were randomly divided into observation group(10 mg/d of atorvastatin and 4 capsules 3 times of Naoxintong daily,n=41) and control group(20 mg/d of simvastatin daily,n=41).The levels of serum lipid and hs-CRP were detected before and after treatment.Results 8 weeks after treatment,the levels of serum hpid[TC (4.21±0.87)mmol/L,TG(1.99±0.48)mmol/L,LDL-C(2.71±0.83) mmol/L] and serum hs-CRP(5.63±1.38)mg/L in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group[TC(4.89±0.91)mmol/L,TG (2.58±0.52)mmol/L,LDL-C(3.28±0.89)mmol/L],and serum level HDL-C(1.89±0.47)mmol/L was higher than that in control group(1.63±0.45)mmol/L(t=2.55-4.36,P<0.01～0.05).Conclusion Adjuvant therapy of Naoxintong could promote the levels of serum lipid and hs-CRP in patients with ACS.and offer a better therapeutic effect in these patients.

Objective To discuss comfort nursing effect for rehabilitation exercise compliance of hip replacement patients. Methods 76 cases of senile hip replacement patients were retrospecrively analyzed and divided into the control group and the research group with 38 cases in each group, each received rourine nursing and comfort nursing. The nursing effect was compared between two groups. Results The research group was better in nursing satisfaction degree, comfort degree, complications such as infection and prosthesis dislocation and recovery exercise compliance compared with those of the control group. Conclusions Comfort nursing has considered patients' requirement and aiming to these requirements. So it can help patients to elevate the comfort degree, improve prognosis and satisfaction degree.

Objective To analyze the risk factors of acute organophosphate pesticide poisoning intermediate syndrome(IMS ),and discuss the corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods From January 2007 to January 2011,50 cases of patients with acute organophosphate pesticide poisoning were collected as the research object.And we analyzed the risk factors of related intermediate syndrome. Results The incidence rate of acute organophosphate poisoning intermediate syndrome was 10.0％.IMS mainly occurred at age of 20～50 years old,rarely occurred at age of ＜20 and ＞50 years old.The incidence of IMS with oral intake was higher than respiratory poisoning and skin poisoning.The incidence of IMS caused by drugs of moderate toxicity was higher than drugs with high or low toxicity.The incidence of IMS patients who got atropinization within 2 hours was less than those without it.The incidence of IMS patients using aminoglycoside drugs was higher than those not using them. Conclusions Poisoning way,toxicity of toxicant,timely treatment,basic diseases,atropinization within 2 hours,and using aminoglycoside drugs can influence the condition and prognosis of intermediate syndrome caused by organophosphate pesticide poisoning.

An introduction to the contemporary studies on the norms of medical service items pricing in China, and the regulatory role to be played by the Norms of Medical Service Items Pricing in China in the health reform. The paper comes up with the following recommendations for improving the existing pricing system of medical services as follows: 1) "Item-based pricing" is the basis for other medical payments; 2) Training of the trainers in the provinces to ensure correct implementation of the Norms; 3) Establishment of a catalogue for special medical consumables to enhance consumables management; 4) Establishment of a nationwide indexing system for medical service items pricing; 5) In-depth study on the medical payment models satisfying China's specifics; 6) Establishment of clinical treatment norms for individual disciplines; 7) Establishment of a coding system compliant with international standards.

OBJECTIVE To study the dynamics of nosocomial infections(NI) in our hospital in 2005 and to offer basis for reducing NI by surveillance.METHODS Data of internet report in 2005 were investigated.RESULTS The infection rate of NI in 2005 was 4.27%.The respiratory tract ranked the first place(75.2%);NI occurred mainly in Department of Medicine No.2,cadre ward and infection department;totally 85 isolates of bacteria were found,of which Gram-negative ones accounted for 51.76%.CONCLUSIONS The NI rate is connected with following factors such as age,underlying diseases,days in hospital,and the abuse of antibotics.

Objective To achieve the DICOM3.0-based management system for medical image and data. Methods Under the context of Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Visual C++.NET, LeadTools V14.5 development SDK and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 were used to actualize a medical image data management system based on DICOM 3.0 standard. Results This system could store and read the DICOM 3.0 standard -based medical image correctly and establish the corresponding control of authority to different users. Conclusion This system is easy for maintenance and operation with convenient search function.
