1.Effect of static magnetic field on intracellular calcium concentration of osteoblast cell
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(03):-
Objective:To observe the proliferation and the free intracellular calcium ion concentration of osteoblast under the effect of static magnetic field and discuss the possible mechanism of the static magnetic field on promoted the proliferative function. Methods: The MTT assay was used to measure the rate of the proliferation on different magnetic field intensity(0, 0.026, 0.044, 0.090 T)and action time(24, 48, 72 h).The fluorescence double wavelength spectrophotometer was used to measure the concentration of intracellular calcium ion. The data obtained were analyzed for ANOVA and t-test using SPSS 11.0 software package. Results: Osteoblasts in group 0.044 T appeared significant proliferation within 48 h(P
2.Mechanism of Tributyltin-Induced Apoptosis
Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
Extensive use of tributyltin (TBT) has caused serious environmental pollution, which is harmful to human and other organisms. As a cytotoxic chemical, an important mode for TBT effects on the cells is to induce apoptosis. The present paper mainly reviewed the mechanism by which TBT induces apoptosis at low concentration.

2 months) was 93%(14/15); both 1- and 2-year local control rates were 83%; and 1- and 2-year survival rates were 72.9% and 62.5%, respectively. The median survival time was 32 months. Three patients had distant metastasis. Five patients died of lung metastasis (1 case) or multiple organ failure (4 cases). No complication or side-effect was observed in the patients, except skin ulceration in one patient. Conclusions Interstitial implantation of ~(125)I seed combined with or without external beam radiation therapy is convenient, effective, safe, and minimally invasive for soft tissue tumor, especially for metastatic or recurrent tumors.

Objective To evaluate the result of radiotherapy for primary cardiac neoplasm. Methods A patients with primary malignant mucinous Schwannoma in th left ventriclular wall had been treated by conservative surgery. He,then, received fast neutron radiotherapy one year after wards. Radiotherapy was given through opposing anterior and posterior fields of 7.8 cm?7.8 cm. The total radiation dose was 1?004.95 ncGy with 11 fractions of 100 ncGy in 48 days. Results The function of the patient's heart recovered after treatment. The patients has been followed for 5 years without evidence of recurrence or distance metastased. Conclusion Fast neutron radiotherapy is effective in the treatment of primary cardiac neoplasms by surgery combined with postoperative radiotherapy. It could improve the prognosis of patients with primary cardiac neoplasms.

Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology 1993;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the signaling transduction mechanisms of inhibiting effect of radiation on vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC).Methods Cell culture in vitro and semi quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT PCR) were used to observe the dynamic change of VSMC focal adhesion kinase(FAK) on the mRNA expression level and result of the control group as compared to those of the irradiation ones at 2.5,10,15,20 Gy.Results Dose of 2~20?Gy irradiation down regulated the expression of FAK mRNA. At hour 48 after 2~20?Gy irradiation, the FAK mRNA expressions were all less than the control ones(F=364.21,P

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of breeze heat treatment with site blood circulation for abdominal purpura allergic acupoint application therapy. Methods 96 patients were randomly divided into treatment and control group ,with 48 people in each. Both groups received traditional Chinese medicine with conventional therapy. Control group was given oral medicine treatment and acupoint application while the treatment group was given enema treatment. Clinical parameters observed includes degree of symptoms released ,the number of days in hospital and laboratory test results. Results The number of days in treatment group and hospital stay significantly decreased compared with control group (P<0.05). In terms of laboratory tests, the degree of improve?ment of the treatment group than the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Treatment of dispersing heat blood circulation acupoint sticking with the treatment for abdominal type allergic purpura can sig?nificantly improve symptoms and laboratory tests ,with no obvious adverse reactions.

Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2017;33(1):180-183
Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma is an uncommon malignant tumor, and its incidence has been increasing in the recent 30 years. Since patients have no specific clinical manifestations in early stage, the diagnosis of this disease is often very difficult, with a low rate of radical resection in late stage and poor prognosis. Therefore,as for patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, early screening and diag-nosis is of vital importance.Imaging examination is an important method for the diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, and when com-bined with laboratory markers and pathological examination,it can increase diagnostic rate and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis. It is im-portant in clinical practice to select reasonable methods based on the patient′s actual condition.

AIM: To observe the effect of mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) combined with fibronectin as pulp capping agents. METHODS: The 48 pulps of 4 cats were exposed mechanically and then capped directly with MTA, MTA combined with fibronectin, calcium hydroxide, fibronectin and starch as control. After 12 weeks observation, the experimental teeth were extracted and observed with scanning electronic microscope. RESULTS: In calcium hydroxide group and MTA group, specimens showed irregular dentin bridge structures along the pulp-MTA interface. In MTA combined with fibronectin group, continuous and complete dentin bridge structures were found along the pulp-MTA interface, the crystalline-like structures were in direct contact with the dentin wall of pulp chamber, the exposed pulp sites were closed by the dentin bridge. In fibronectin and starch group, no reparative dentin was observed. CONCLUSION: The present experiment indicated that MTA combined with fibronectin was an effective pulp-capping material and may have potential for clinical application. [

Objective: To study the role of adrenomedullin(ADM) in normal early pregnancy. Methods: Plasma concentrations of ADM were measured in 30 normal early pregnancy and 10 non-pregnant women by radioimmunoassay. The expression of ADM?ADM mRNA and ADMR mRNA in villus of normal early pregnancy were determined by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization respectively. Results: The plasma concentration of ADM in normal early pregnancy was significantly higher than that of normal non-pregnant women (P
