Objective To analyze the efficiency of mifepristone combined with norethindrone in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding of peri-menopause. Methods 56 patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding of peri-menopause were randomly divided into two groups, the study group(30 cases) and the comparision group(26 cases). The patients in the study group were treated with mifepristone in small doses combined with norethindrone. And the patients in the comparision group were treated only with norethindrone. Before treating, all the patients were observed and measured symptom of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, blood routine,the function of liver and ren.the en-dometrial thickness and pelvic by ultrasonography. Through hysteroscopy or uterine curettage of diagnosis, en-dometriums were measured by pathology. Results 26 cases in the study group were evaluated as effective,2 cases as obviously effective,and 2 cases as no effective. In the comparision group, 10 patients were evalutated as effective,8 patients as obviously effective,8 patients as no effective. Objective To investigate the laparoscopic treatment of ki-67 inguinal hernia in children compared with traditional surgical superiority.Methods Sixty cases of pediatric hernia clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,divided into two groups,one group was treated with traditional surgical (n =30),and another using laparoscopic surgery(n =30).Compare the difference of surgical results,postoperative recovery,and postoperative complications.Results Laparoscopic surgery over traditional surgery in operative time,blood loss,postoperative pain,postoperative ambulation time,gastrointestinal recovery time,hospital stay time comparison,P ＜ 0.05,there is a significant difference; postoperative pain,scar,postoperative complications,recurrence rate,etc.Compare,P ＜ 0.05,there are significant differences.Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery over traditional surgery in shorter operative time,less bleeding,postoperative pain,postoperative ambulation earlier,gastrointestinal recovery time is short,shorter hospital stay,wound scar subtle,fewer complications,recurrence rate low,so the treatnent of pediatric inguinal hernia laparoscopic surgery has the advantages of minimally invasive.

Objective To explore the influence of family function on health behaviors of stroke patients and the mediating effects of depression.Methods From September 2011 to April 2012,101 stroke survivors from a certain hospital in Guangzhou were investigated with Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile Ⅱ (HPLP Ⅱ),Family Assessment Device (FAD) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS).Results The mean score of overall health behavior was (2.27±0.36).The mean score of overall family function was (2.18±0.25).The score of overall depression was (37.39±7.94),which was higher than normal people.And the incidence of the stroke survivors' depression state was 29.5％.There was a correlation between family function,depression and health behavior.The depression totally mediated the influence of problem solving on health behaviors.The depression partially mediated the influence of communication,affective responsiveness,behavior control on health behaviors,and their mediating effects were 32.1％,37.4％,26.1％.Conclusions The promotion of family function and the reducing of depression can be regarded as the in-tervention to improve their health behavior.

Objective To investigate the scale and educational-level composition of nursing education in Guangdong Province,identify the issues in the development process,and provide suggestions accordingly.Methods Data on the scale and education level of nursing education were obtained from the Ministry of Education of China.Results Scale of nursing education at three levels for entering nursing (secondary diploma,advanced diploma,and baccalaureate degree) expanded rapidly during 2006～2010 in Guangdong,with 25.6 thousand recruitments totally in 2010,which as 2.05 times as in 2006.The portion of students recruited in secondary diploma programs had increased gradually,resulted in 83.53％ in 2010 (9.41％ for recruitments in advanced diploma programs and 7.06％ for baccalaureate degree programs).179 and 16 students were recruited in master's and doctoral programs in Guangdong,respectively,during 2006～ 2010.Conclusions The current scale and composition of nursing education in Guangdong should be improved according to the dynamic supply-need relationship of nursing workforce.Initial nursing education should be upgraded by increasing the recruitments of advanced diploma and baccalaureate programs and decreasing the recruitments of secondary diploma programs,expand graduate education,and ensure the quality of education.

Objective To investigate the feasibility and applicability of free airbags,free fixed totally extraperitoneal laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair (TEP) treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods In Baotou Medical College,Department of General Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital,the 40 cases of patients confirmed with inguinal hernia surgery were choosed from Jan.2010 to Dec.2012 as the observed object,depending on the surgical methods.Divided the cases into the TEP group and the open surgery group to observe statistics including postoperative pain,extent of gastrointestinal function recovery time,the time of bedside movement,the number of days of hospitalization,the incidence of postoperative complications,hospital fees indicators.Results The operation time of TEP group was about 20 minutes longer than the open group and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the open group,TEP group' s postoperative pain was milder,postoperative feeding time,the time of bedside movement and postoperative exhaust time were earlier,hospital stays were shoter,incidence of postoperative complications was lower,the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The difference was not statistically significant in hospital costs(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion TEP inguinal hernia greater advantages compared with traditional open surgery,may be appropriate to carry out in my area.

Objective To explore the relationship between self-efficacy and health behavior among stroke survivors.Methods Self-efficacy for Managing Chronic Disease 6-item Scale and Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile II were used to measure 96 stroke survivors’ self-efficacy and health behaviors.Pearson correlation analysis was used for the analysis of correlation.Results The mean score of overall health behaviors was (2.41±0.33).Pearson’s correlation coefficient between self-efficacy and health behavior was 0.36 (P<0.05).Conclusions The health behaviors of stroke survivors were at the intermediate or lower level and their self-efficacy was at the intermediate level.In order to help stroke survivors to improve their health behaviors,self-efficacy should be enhanced by specific health education.

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and value of azo steen,montelukast sodium combined with levocetirizine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 150 cases with chronic urticaria admitted in department of dermatology of Hubei Zhongshan Hospital were divided into A,B and C group,each group had 50 cases. Patients in group A were received montelukast sodium and levocetirizine treatment,which in group B were received montelukast sodium and azo steen treatment,group C were received above three kinds of drug treatment. Total effective rate,adverse reaction and safety in three groups were observed and compared. Results Total effective rate of group C was significantly higher than A and B group(P<0.05), and the safety of group C were better than A and B group(P<0.05 ),too. The occurrence of adverse reaction in group C was significantly less than that in group A and B (P <0.05 ).Conclusion Azo steen,montelukast sodium combined with levocetirizine has good efficacy in treatment of chronic urticaria. It can relieve itching wheals and other symptoms in a short time,with less adverse reaction.

Objective To investigate the current situations in stroke-prevention knowledge and influential factors in hypertensive patients from the communities of Guangzhou.Methods 94 hypertensive patients visiting the community health service centers in Guangzhou participated in the survey using stroke-preventing knowledge questionnaire.Results The total score on the stroke-preventing knowledge was(62.70±18.39).By stepwise regression analysis,those female and well-educated scored higher. The score on monitoring the blood pressure was the lowest(43.09±25.77).There were mistakes in medication,physical exercises and living habits.Conclusions The hypertensive patients in the communities in Guangzhou lack of stroke-preventing knowledge.In the stroke-preventing education,those male patients as well as those with less education deserves more attention.

Objectives To study the correlations between stroke-preventive knowledge,health belief and health behaviors in community hypertensive patients.Methods The questionnaire of SPKQ,CHBMS and HPLPⅡwere used to take the investigation among 94 hypertensive patients from a community hospital in Guangzhou.Results The total score on SPKQ was 62.70±18.39 and the average scores on CHBMS and HPLPⅡwere 3.51±0.24 and 2.48±0.37,respectively.The stroke-preventive knowledge was positively correlated with health belief,health motivation and self-efficacy(r=0.289,P<0.01;r=0.246,P<0.05;r=0.350 (P<0.01,respectively).The health motivation was positively correlated with health behaviors(r=0.304,P<0.01)and the seriousness negatively correlated with health behaviors(r=-0.279,P<0.01).Conclusion Medical staff should provide much more stroke education with community hypertensive patients and promote patients’health motivation and self-efficacy of health belief in stroke prevention,help patients understand stroke seriousness,establish and sustain healthy lifestyles.

OBJECTIVE To discover diversity of X gene sequences of hepatitis B virus isolates in hepatitis B induced liver cirrhosis patients and HBV carriers.METHODS DNA fragment including X gene sequences of hepatitis B virus was amplified,sequencing PCR products was preformed.The PCR products of three liver cirrhosis patients and three HBV symptomless carriers were cloned into pGEMT Easy vectors.Positive clones with target sequences were selected out for sequencing.Sequence comparison was made to find the identity.RESULTS A comparison of T1762/A1764,G1719T,T1727G/A,G1730C and T1753C mutations in a core promoter between the liver cirrhosis patients and the HBV carriers showed that the HBV isolates from the former had higher frequencies of mutation than the latter.The X promoter region of the HBV isolates from the liver cirrhosis patients showed higher frequencies of mutation than the isolates from the HBV carriers.Additionally,the homology between clones of X gene from one individual with liver cirrhosis averages 91.3-99.7%,that of HBV carriers averages 96-100%.CONCLUSIONS The core and X promoter region of the HBV isolates from the liver cirrhosis patients show the higher frequencies of mutation than the isolates from the HBV carriers.There are HBV quasispecies which possess great variation in the liver cirrhosis patients.
