Journal of Environment and Health 1993;0(03):-
Objective Artificial mineral water pills were made by loading many kinds of trace elements into the ceramic carrier.Pure water could be mineralized after dipping the pills into the water. To assess the possible hazardous effects on the human health induced by the pills,a series of hygienic and toxicological experiments on the pills were carried out. Methods Acute oral toxicity test, micronucleus test of mice bone marrow cells, sperm abnormality test in mice and Ames test were con-ducted.Contents of trace elements, heavy metals and radioactivity in the mineralized water were determined according to the examination methods in Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water and Examination Methods for Drinking Natural Min-eral Water. Results The contents of trace elements, heavy metals and radioactivity in mineralized water met the requirements of GB5749-1985Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water and GB8537-1995Sanitary Standard for Drinking Natural Mineral Wa-ter.Mineral pills were classified as actually non-toxic and the results of micronucleus test of mice bone marrow cells, sperm ab-normality test in mice and Ames test were negative. Conclusion Mineralized drinking water treated by artificial mineral pills were safe.

Objective:To investigate the relationship of the changes of peripheral bloos T cell subsets and NK cell with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL).And to investigate the change of the cell immune function of NHL and chronic lymphadenitis. Methods:Peripheral blood T cell subsets,NK cell with NHL,chronic lymphadenitis patients and 50 normal controls were detected quantitatively with FCM.Results:Compared with the normal controls, the number of CD3~+,CD4~+T cell,CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio markedly reduced, while those of CD8~+T cells increased. These were no significant changes in NK cell.Compared with the group of chrnic lymphadenitis, the number of CD8~+T cell,NK cell markedly increased, while these were no significant changes in CD3~+,CD4~+T cell and reduction of CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio. Conclusion:NHL patients cell function was suppressed. The detection of T cell subsets and NK cells are clinically valuble on the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of NHL.

Objective To investigate the effects of atorvastatin and trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) effect and influence on blood lipid levels. Methods Selected 103 CHD patients treated in our hospital from March 2013 to January 2016, were randomly divided into observation group (n=57) and control group (n=46), the observation group was given atorvastatin combined with trimetazidinetreatment, control group was given trimetazidine treatment, compared the two groupstherapeutic, blood lipid levels etc. Results The curative effect of observation group was significantly better than that of the control group ( P <0.05 ) , markedly effective was 54.39%, effective was 38.60%; The observation group after treatment blood lipid levels were lower than before treatment ( P <0.05 ); The control group after treatmenttotal cholesterol ( TC ) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) compared with before treatment decreased (P<0.05), and three glycerol (TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C) difference had no statistical significant compared with before treatment; The observation group after treatment TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C were lower than the control group (P<0.05);Observation group after treatment the duration of exercise, induced angina pectoris attack time and ST segment down 1 mm time were (624.59 ±90.15)s, (470.29 ±44.20)s and (455.04 ±82.05)s, significantly longer than that in control group (P<0.05);Observation group after treatment superoxide dismutase (SOD) was (87.82 ±8.84)U/mL, significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and malondialdehyde (MDA)was (4.02 ±0.70)nmol/mL, was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine treatment CHD curative effect is better, can reduce the level of blood lipid and oxidative stress, is worthy of clinical use.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2016;32(4):453-456
Objective:To investigate the effects of Porhyromonas endodontalis(P.e)liopolysaccharide(LPS)on the expression of IL-23mRNA and protein in mouse osteoblasts MC3T3-E1 and the role of phosphatidylinositol 3-Kinases (PI3K)signaling pathway in this process.Methods:MC3T3-E1 cells were treated with different concentrations of P.e LPS for different hours,or pretreated with LY294002,a special PI3K inhibitor. The IL-23 mRNA and protein expression levels were detected by real-time PCR and Western blot respectively. Results:The level of IL-23 mRNA increased in MC3T3-E1 cells with the increase of concentration and the treatment time of P.e LPS(P <0.05).The IL-23 protein expression was increased by P.e LPS in a time dependent manner(P <0.05).The mRNA and protein of IL-23 decreased(P <0.05)after pretreatment with LY294002.Conclusion:P.e LPS can induce the expression of IL-23 mRNA and protein in MC3T3-E1 cells, and the PI3K signaling pathway may play a part in this process.

Routine supervision on hospital infection control was normally fed back on paper-based media, plagued by low efficiency and poor traceability.A feedback process developed with Workflow technology, can loop the entire process ranging from routine supervision to identifying loopholes,to hospital infection and joint development of correctional measures clinically, all the way to implementation of infection control practice and sustained improvement. The closed-loop PDCA cycle management features greater efficiency and traceability in hospital management of its infection control, and builds a quality improvement model featuring close communication between infection control department and clinical departments.

Objective To investigate the value of CT virtual endoscopy(CTVE) and multiple plane(reconstruction)(MPR)for preoperative staging of rectal cancer. Methods Forty-five patients with rectal(cancer) were examined by CTVE and MPR to determine the preoperative staging, and the reselts were compared with CT.Results For evaluation of intramural invasion, the accuracy rate of CTVE and MPR was 86.7%(39/45),pelvic CT was 66.7%(30/45)(P
9.Experimental study on the viscoelasticity of aorta ascendens.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2003;20(1):38-40
We carried out the stress relaxation and creep experiments on the aorta ascendens of five fresh dead bodies of normal chinese men who had died from impetuous trauma on the head. The stress relaxation and creep data and curves of the aorta ascendens were obtained. Then regression analysis was performed to get the reduced stress relaxation and creep functions. Finally, we analyzed and discussed the results of the experiment.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2015;14(10):1077-1080
Objective On the background of the clinical skills competition for national medi-cal students in the higher medical colleges and universities, to investigate medical students' mastery of hand hygiene knowledge and skills, explore the effective methods of teaching, and improve the medical students' hand hygiene compliance and accuracy in clinical practice. Methods 90 medical students at a tertiary-level teaching hospital clinical practice stage were randomly selected for the study, and performed hand hygiene theoretical knowledge and practical skills training in special education. Special teaching investigation was made before and after training, to investigate the students' hand hygiene compliance rate in clinical practice. And the correct rate of hand hygiene were examined and medical students' hand hygiene compliance rate and correct rate were compared before and after the special teaching and training. Statistical analysis was made by using chi square test 2. Results After theory teaching and additional special skills training the students' hand hygiene compliance and accuracy were improved significantly (79.00%vs. 35.50%, P=0.000). The correct rate of hand hygiene was also significantly higher than before training (92.22% vs. 61.11%, P=0.000). Conclusion Hand hygiene knowledge and skills training can significantly improve the medical students' hand hygiene compliance and accuracy in the clinical practice, and is conducive to the prevention of the spread of infection in hospitals, and then reduce the incidence of hospital infection.
