Objective: To develop titanium posted keeper removable magnetic attachment and to decrease its influence on magnetic resonance imaging(MRI). Methods: Pre fabricated soft magnetic alloy pin cap keeper(PSAPK), casting non precious alloycoping keeper(CNPAK), casting precious alloy coping keeper(CPACK), titanium post keeper(TPK) and titanium post(TP) were prepared and applied on the maxilla of a volunteer, MRI was taken and measured. Results: ①The attachments producing artifacts in MRI from the biggest to the smallest were listed in following rank: PSAPK, CNPAK, CPACK, TPK and TP. ②After removing the keeper from titanium post keeper, the post had no artifact on MRI. ③The artifact was the smallest taken with SE sequence. Conclusion: Titanium post keeper is an effective way to solve the artifact problem and will bring benefits to the patients who need MRI examination of head.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1995;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the relationship between transient ischemic attack(TIA) and intracranial or extracranial artery stenosis. Methods Digital subtraction angiography (DSA) was further used in 56 cases with cerebral artery stenosis from 68 TIA patients after examinations of B ultrasound of neck, transcranial color doppler(TCD) and cardiac ultrasound. Results 6 cases were shown stenosis or occlusion in middle cerebral arteries(MCA), 21 cases were shown stenosis or occlusion in arteria carotis interna,8 cases were shown stenosis in subclavian arteries and 28 cases were shown stenosis or occlusion in vertebral arteries or basal arteries. 44 cases with TIA were related to stenosis of large arteties, 16 cases of which were intracarotid TIA, and 28 cases were vertebrobasilar TIA; 18 cases were embotic TIA, 15 cases of which were intracarotid TIA, and 3 cases were vertebrobasilar TIA. 4 casea were lacunar TIA; and 2 cases were related to vascular spasm. Conclusions Most patients with TIA have cerebral artery stenosis. There is a positive correlation between TIA and intracranial or extracranial artery stenosis.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsule Combined with activating blood circulation to remove stasis to treat uterine fibroids. Methods 84 patients with uterine fibroids from June 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group, 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsule, and the experimental group was treated with blood activating and Stasis Removing Therapy on this basis of treatment. The patients were followed up for three months, and the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.6%,which was significantly better than the control group(76.1%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);through the change of single symptom in two groups, it was found that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group; The improvement rate of anemia, vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The average volume of uterine fibroids in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling Capsule Combined with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis therapy has obvious effect and less adverse reaction. It can be used and popularized in clinic.

To review the research of block copolymer micelles as delivery system for poorly soluble(antineoplastic) carrier over the last 10 years, including the composition, preparation methods and factors which influence the loading efficiency, physicochemical properties, and targeting characteristics of block copolymer micelles.Block copolymer micelles are self-assembled structures formed from amphiphilic block copolymers by dispersing in aqueous media. The hydrophilic blocks of the copolymer form the outer shell of the micelle, while the hydrophobic blocks form the inner core, and the proper coreshell micellar architecture was constituted.Block copolymer micelles have a whole set of unique properties, such as small sizes, narrow particle size distribution, high drug loading capacities, and available disposition characteristics in the body.Block copolymer micelles have been found as promising drug carriers due to making poorly soluble antineoplastic lysis, toxicities and side effects decrease, bioavailability increase, and targeting the drugs to specific sites in a passive way or attaching ligands in an active way, which can be specifically(recognized) by receptors onto the surface of copolymers.

Objective To investigate the risk factors associated with feeding intolerance in very low birth weight infants (VLBWI) and to investigate the beneficial factors for preventing feeding intolerance. Methods Retrospectively analysis was carried out in 151 VLBWI cases in our hospital from January 2005 to November 2010.Logistic regression analysis was performed to find the risk factors of feeding intolerance. Results The overall rate of feeding intolerance in VLBWI was 47.7 % (72/151).Dysporia and infection were associated with feeding intolerance in VLBWI (Wald x2 =7.748 and 4.555,P =0.05 and 0.033 respectively).Gender, multifetation were not associated with feeding intolerance(Ps >0.05).Conclusion The feeding intolerance is associated with dysporia and infection in VLBWI.
