Ocean is a unique and excellent resource that provides a diverse array of intriguing natural products. Marine natural products have demonstrated significant and extremely potent biological activities and have captured the attention of natural products chemists in the past few decades. It is increasingly recognized that a wealth of fascinating natural products and novel chemical entities will play a dominant role in the discovery of useful leads for the development of pharmaceutical agents and provide useful probes to lead to breakthroughs in a variety of life-science fields. This article focused on the research progress of chemistry of marine natural products in recent five years.
2.Effectiveness of temperature and activating instrument on smear layer removal

Objective:To compare the efficacy of six different irrigation techniques on smear layer removal.Methods:60 single-rooted teeth were prepared.The root canals were irrigated with NaOCl at 20 ℃ or 60 ℃,and activated with side-vented needle,pas-sive ultrasonic irrigation (PUI)and EndoActivator (EA)irrigation techniques respectively.Then teeth were randomly divided into 6 groups(n =1 0):20 ℃-PUI group,20 ℃-EA group,20 ℃control group,60 ℃-PUI group,60 ℃-EA group and 60 ℃ control group.Smear layer was observed under thermal field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM)and scored according to the cri-teria specified by Hulsmann M.Results:The smear layer removal effect in 60 ℃ groups was better than that in 20 ℃ groups (P <0.05),and better in 20 ℃-EA and 20 ℃-PUI groups than in 20 ℃ control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:The temperature of NaOCl is the main factor influencing the smear layer removal,NaOCl at 60 ℃ is more effective than that at 20 ℃.
3.Flushing methods, temperature and flushing time of sodium hypochlorite affect the clearance effect on the smear layer of root canal

BACKGROUND:In root canal preparation, the clearance effect of sodium hypochlorite for root canal irrigation on the smear layer is associated with the contact time and contact area of irrigation fluid, the amount of irrigation fluid, irrigation fluid temperature, irrigation fluid concentration, flushing methods and so on. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clearance effect of 3% sodium hypochlorite on the smear layer of root canal under different flushing methods, flushing temperature and flushing time. METHODS:Totaly 180 isolated front teeth with single root were colected and root canal preparation was conducted using motorized ProTaper. The root canal was flushed with 3% sodium hypochlorite. According to different flushing methods, these root canals were randomly and evenly divided into root canal active flushing group, passive ultrasound swished group and side opening flushing needle group. According to the flushing temperature and the flushing time after replacing a file, each group was randomly divided into six subgroups: 20℃ 30 seconds group, 20℃ 60 seconds group, 37 ℃ 30 se group. The clearance effect on the smear layer of root canal was observed using scanning electron microscope. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The general clearance effect on the smear layer in the root canal active flushing group was better than that in the passive ultrasound swished group and side opening flush acupuncture group (P< 0.05). At the same time, the clearance effect on the smear layer in the 60℃ group was better that that in the 37 ℃ group and 20℃group (P < 0.05). At a certain temperature, the clearance effect on the smear layer in 60 seconds group was better than that in the 30 seconds group (P < 0.05). The clearance effect on the smear layer in the 1/3 root cap zone was better than that in the 1/3 root and 1/3 apical root zone (P < 0.05). These results show that the best clearance effect on the smear layer can be achieved as folows: 3% sodium hypochlorite irrigation at 60℃ for 60 seconds.
4.The influence of sucrose concentration environment on the inhibition of Streptococcus oligofermentans on Streptococcus mutans

Objective:To investigate the inhibition of Streptococcus oligofermentans(So)on Streptococcus mutans(Sm)and the hydro-gen peroxide(H2 O2 )producibility by So under different sucrose concentration environment.Methods:The inhibition of So on Sm was observed by plating method under different sucrose concentration environment.The initial synthesis rates and production of H2 O2 by So were determined by 4-aminoantipyine-horseradish peroxidase method.Results:Under 500 mmol/L of H2 O2 ,the inhibition of So on Sm was not observed.Under the other sucrose concentration environment,the inhibition of So on Sm was as following:50 mmol/L >0 mmol/L and 1 mmol/L(P <0.05);the initial synthesis rates of H2 O2 by So under different sucrose concentrations were as following:50 mmol/L >0 mmol/L and 1 mmol/L >500 mmol/L(P <0.05);the total production of H2 O2 by So:0 mmol/L and 1 mmol/L >50 mmol/L >500 mmol/L(P <0.05).When So was inoculated before Sm,the inhibition of So on Sm was stronger than that when the two species were inoculated at the same time.Conclusion:The capability of the inhibition of So on Sm and the production of H2 O2 by So are influenced by sucrose concentration.
5.Efficacy and safety offemoral head replacement through the direct anterior approach assisting by the traction tablefor femoral neck fracture in the elderly

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety off emoral head replacement(FHR)assisting by the traction table in direct anterior approach(DAA)for the treatment of femur neck fractures in gerontal patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 79 elderly patients who under went FHR for femoral neck fractures from March 2019 to July 2020.A total of 42 patients underwent FHR through DAA by using traction table were assigned to the observation group and 37 patients receiving FHR through the PLA to the control group.The perioperative data,follow-up results and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group was significantly superior to the control group in intraoperative blood loss(P<0.05),where as the former was inferior to the latter in preoperative preparation time(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in anesthesia time and operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group resumed first postoperative standing time,partial-weight bearing walking time and full-weight bearing walk-ing time significantly earlier than control group(P<0.05).Harris score at 1 month after the operation in the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),whereas which became not statistical significant between the two groups in 6 months and 1 year(P>0.05).No significant difference was found between the two groups for the incidence of complications(P>0.05).Conclusion DAA-FHR assisting by the traction table for the treatment of femur neck fractures in the elderly was effective and safe,but the preoperative preparation time was longer.
6.Finite element analysis of optimal fixation method for femoral neck fracture with different reduction conditions

BACKGROUND:The traditional fixation method for femoral neck fractures is three hollow screws inverted triangle fixation,and the optimal fixation method for femoral neck fractures that have not achieved anatomical reduction is inconclusive. OBJECTIVE:To compare the biomechanical properties of cannulated screws internal fixation for sub-capitated femoral neck fracture with different reduction qualities based on finite element analysis. METHODS:The three-dimensional digital model was reconstructed using CT data of the proximal femur from a healthy male volunteer.The femur was modeled to sub-capitated femoral neck fractures.Fracture models were divided into anatomical reduction group,coxa vara group,and coxa valgus group.All fracture model groups were transferred using the standard group,screw depression group,and screw elevation group.A vertical downward stress of 1 400 N was applied to the femoral head at the top of the acetabulum.The displacement and stress distribution of the femur and internal fixator under different fixation methods were observed,and the maximum stress and displacement of the femur and fixator were compared. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)For anatomical reduction femoral neck fracture,the peak stress of fixation in the standard group,screw depression group and screw elevation group was 41.35,31.27 and 43.32 MPa,respectively.The maximum peak stress of the femur was found on the screw elevation group(28.58 MPa),and the standard group had the maximum peak displacement.(2)During hip varus,the stresses in the three subgroups were relatively dispersed and even.The peak stress of the femur in the standard group was the smallest,but the peak displacement was the largest.The stability of fixation might be poor.The peak displacement of the femur in the screw depression group was the smallest.(3)In the hip valgus,obvious screw stress concentration appeared in the screw depression group,and the peak displacement was the largest among the three subgroups,and an in-out-in phenomenon appeared.The peak stress of the screws in the screw elevation group was the largest among the three subgroups,but the peak displacement was the smallest.(4)It is concluded that for sub-capitated femoral neck fractures that are completely anatomically reduced,it is recommended to use standard inverted triangular nails for fixation.When the hip varus and hip valgus occur within the allowable range of the reduction standard,it is recommended to use the inverted triangle screw to fix it by rotating the corresponding angle in the same direction as the hip varus or valgus.
7. An analysis of the evaluation results of symptom checklist 90 for occupational females in different industries

Objective:
To evaluate the mental health of occupational females in different industries.
Methods:
We investigated the psychologic status of Chinese occupational females using symptom checklist 90. And statistical software was applied to analyze results of symptom checklist 90.
Results:
There were 41, 166 effec-tive questionnaires. The number of positive questionnaires was 14 361, and the positive rate was 34.89%. The positive rate of obsessive-compulsive factor was 24.07%. The positive rate of somatization factor was 16.12%. The positive rate of depression was 15.50%. The median positive item number was 20 (IQR: 34) , and the median split of positive symptoms was 2.11 (IQR: 0.37) . There were differences in the positive rate of SCL-90 scale among different age groups, different regions and different industries, the difference was statistically significant (
8. Prevalence of reproductive system diseases among female workers in a city and related occupational influencing factors: an analysis of 9944 cases

Objective:
To investigate the prevalence of reproductive system diseases among female workers in a city and related occupational influencing factors.
Methods:
From June to September, 2016, a cross-sectional survey was used to select 9 944 female workers from six districts of Beijing and then a face-to-face questionnaire survey was performed. Univariate analysis using chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to investigate the risk factors for reproductive system diseases.
Results:
The age of 9944 female workers ranged from 18 to 65 years (mean 35.53±9.52 years) , and among them, 7 351 (73.92%) were married. The overall prevalence rate of reproductive system diseases among these 9944 female workers during the past three months was 28.29%, and the prevalence rates of hyperplasia of mammary glands, vaginitis, and hysteromyoma were 15.54%, 11.25%, and 6.77%, respectively. Objective:
To investigate the status of abnormal menstruation in female nurses in a comprehensive hospital in Beijing, China and related influencing factors.
Methods:
In July 2016, a cross-sectional survey was performed, and a self-administered questionnaire was used to investigate the status of menstruation and occupation in female nurses in a comprehensive hospital in Beijing. The chi-square test and a multivariate logistic regression analysis were used for statistical analysis.
Results:
A total of 892 female nurses were investigated, and among them, 485 experienced abnormal menstruation within the past three months, resulting in an abnormal menstruation rate of 54.37%.
