Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Chinese herb Fructus Ligustri lucidi , providing theoretic evidence for its exploitation and utilization. Methods: Chemical constituents of Fructus Ligustri lucidi were isolated and purified by solvent extraction and chromatography; their structures were identified by physiochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of the fruits and identified as oleanolic acid(Ⅰ), luteolin 7 O ? D glucoside(Ⅱ), quercitrin(Ⅲ), ? sitosterol 3 O ? D glucoside(Ⅳ), p hydroxyphenethyl ? D glucoside(Ⅴ), D mannitol(Ⅵ) and hexitol(Ⅶ). Compounds Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅶ were obtained from this plant for the first time. Conclusion: Seven compounds have been obtained from the title plant, which provides a base for its future use.

Objective To observe and study the influence state of ulinastatin for multi system function state of patients with acute abdomen during the the perioperative period. Methods 60 patients with acute abdomen treated with operation in our hospital during the time of October 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into control group ( conventional perioperative treatment group ) 30 cases and observation group(conventional treatment and ulinastatin group)30 cases, then the liver function, renal function, gastrointestinal function and immune function related indexes of two groups before the operation and at second, fifth and seventh day after the operation were detected and compared. Results The liver function, renal function, gastrointestinal function and immune function related indexes of two groups before the operation were compared ,,while the liver function, renal function, gastrointestinal function and immune function related indexes of observation group at second, fifth and seventh day after the operation were all significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05),those detection results of two groups after the operation all had significant differences. Conclusion The ulinastatin can effectively protect multi system function state of patients with acute abdomen during the the perioperative period,so its application value in these surgical patients is higher.

The article searched ancient literature from pre-Qin to Qing Dynasty, researched the character meaning, implication of physique and spirit, and the historical evolvement process of view of physique-spirit unity(ghost theory-sporadic physique and spirit theory-systemic view of physique-spirit unity-view of physique-spirit unity combined with Chinese medicine)so that the view of physique and spirit can be applied to medical domain preferably, which will help the clinic diagnosis and treatment.

Objective: To observe influence of different risk factors on prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and normal myocardial perfusion imaging outcome. Methods: A total of 99 CHD patients with normal myocardial perfusion imaging outcome were selected.Left ventricular function indexes were measured by gated resting myocardial imaging in resting and stress state. All patients received telephone follow-up until natural death (died of other causes) or fatal or non-fatal heart attacks, or the termination of the experiment after 45 months.Cox proportion risk regression model was used to analyze risk factors of fatal and non-fatal heart attacks. Results: A total of 15 cases died during the 45-month follow-up.Mean all-cause mortality per year was 5.05%.Fatal heart attacks occurred in nine cases (9.09%), and non-fatal heart attacks occurred in 21 cases (21.21%).Cox proportion risk regression analysis indicated that smoking and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) <50% were risk factors for fatal heart attacks (HR=4.887, 3.365, P=0.043, 0.002), while diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, smoking and LVEF<50% were risk factors for non-fatal heart attacks (HR=2.215~4.544, P<0.05 all). Conclusion: Incidence rate of cardiovascular events is higher in CHD patients with normal myocardial perfusion imaging.Smoking and impaired heart function suggest poor prognosis in these patients.

It is an important part of curriculum resources for network curriculum. An excellent network curriculum can enhance the quality of curriculum resources. In our teaching practice of health management,we designed and constructed network curriculum according to the characteristics of subjects and demand of our students based on the public net platform of health management.

Objective To investigate the value of double-balloon endoscopy (DBE) and multi-slice CT enteroclysis (MSCTE) in diagnosis of Crohn's disease (CD) in small intestine. Methods DBE and MSCTE were performed in 71 patients with suspected Crohn's disease in small intestine. The two methods were compared in terms of diagnosis, extents of disease, existance of complications and activity of the disease according to the pathologic findings and the outcome of follow-up. Results The diagnostic yields of DBE and MSCTE were comparable with no significant difference (χ2=2.29, P> 0.05). The positive and negative likelihood ratios were 22.5 and 0. 022 in DBE respectively, and were 1.6 and 0. 240 in MSCTE respectively. The results of DBE was consistent with MSCTE in diagnosis of mild bowel stenosis, but was inconsistent with MSCTE in diagnosis of moderate-severe bowel stenosis (χ2=11.298, P=0.001). The concordance of two methods in diagnosis of disease activity was 95.8%. Conclusions The first choice in diagnosis of small bowel CD is DBE. The combination of two methods will be helpful in diagnosis and evaluation of CD severity.

Objective To establish the decision tree model of Yang deficiency syndrome and clinical conventional indexes in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods Syndrome decision and clinical indexes collection from 249 type 2 diabetes mellitus patient were observed and analyzed.Tree structure model were built to summarize the correspondence between Yang deficiency syndrome and clinical conventional indexes based on T test, nonparametric analysis, and Spearman correlation analysis. Results The Yang deficiency syndrome accounted for 31.33% of 249 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. The accuracy identification rate of tree structure model of Yang deficiency syndrome with four core index, such as LPa、FT3、TSH、FINS was 84.74%,the sensitivity and specificity were 74.36% and 89.47%.Conclusion Decision tree model can identify Yang deficiency syndrome of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients clearly and more intuitive.Decision tree model can provide the chance of syndrome objective.
