Objective To examine the consistency between asthma children's self-assessment health-related quality of life and their proxies' assessment, to give theoretic basis of clinical treatment for asthma children. Methods Parents and asthma children completed the PedsQLTM 4.0 Generic Core Scales and PedsQLTM 3.0 Asthma Module during an outpatient visit or in the hospital. Wilcoxon signed rank test and ICC were used to compare the difference between asthma children's self-report and their proxies' report. Results The findings indicated that neither the total scores nor domain scores (except physiological domain) between asthma children's self-reports and proxies' reports (parents most of all)showed inconsistency. The value of ICC was not less than 0.7 except physiological dimension and showed consistency. Some different information in several domains was founded by the scores after layered by age. Conclusions There are consistency between children's self assessment of health-related quality of life and their proxies' assessment based upon results of PedsQLTM scale.

Objective: To explore change of hemoglobin (Hb) concentration, the relationship between anemia and left ventricular function and the influence of anemia on prognosis in patients with diastolic heart failure (DHF). Methods: According to NYHA classification, a total of 176 DHF patients were divided into class Ⅱ group (n=78), class Ⅲ group (n=50) and class Ⅳ group (n=48), then Hb level and morbidity rate of anemia were analyzed in each group. According to diagnostic standard of anemia, patients were divided into anemia group (n=58, , occupied 33.0%) and non anemia group (n=118, occupied 67.0% ). Left ventricular diastolic function, mortality rate and rehospitalization rate during follow-up were compared and analyzed between two groups. Results: Along with cardiac function class rose (from class Ⅱ to class Ⅳ), Hb level showed a decreasing trend [(130±6) g/L vs. (108±4) g/L vs. (96±12) g/L], while morbidity rate of anemia gradually rose (8.97% vs. 36.0% vs. 68.8%), P<0.05 all in anemia group；Compared with non-anemia group, there were significant rise in percentages of patients with coronary heart disease (55.1% vs. 65.5%), levels of creatinine [(87.6±39.2) μmol/L vs. (113.7±59.8) μmol/L] and N terminal pro B type natriuretic peptide [NT-proBNP, (578.0±136.7) pg/ml vs. (886.0±174.8) pg/ml], and early-diastolic peak velocity deceleration time [(137±15)ms vs. (196±13)ms], and significant reduction in mitral early/late diastolic peak flow velocity [E/A, (0.87±0.32) vs. (0.62±0.29)], P<0.05 all. Compared with non-anemia group, there were significant rise in mortality rate (9.3% vs. 20.7%) and rehospitalization rate (18.6% vs. 32.8%) in anemia group during follow-up, P<0.05 all. Conclusion: DHF patients often complicate with anemia. Along with heart failure aggravates, their morbidity rate of anemia rises, and anemia may aggravate cardiac diastolic dysfunction. Mortality rate and rehospitalization rate rise in DHF patients complicated with anemia.

Objective To investigate the value of carotid and lower limbs arteries atherosclerosis in prediction of intracranial atherosclerosis combined with type 2 diabetes (T2DM). Methods Seventy-four patients with T2DM received the carotid artery , lower limbs arterial color Doppler ultrasound and cranial MRA examination. The data was analysised by Pearson correlation and Binary Logistic methods. Results With the increasement of degree of peri-arterial atherosclerosis , the intracranial arteriosclerosis was in a trend of increase. The correlation coefficients, OR values and AUC of LLAS and CAS + LLAS for intracranial atherosclerosis were 0.28 (P < 0.05) and 0.33 (P < 0.05), 0.14 (P < 0.05) and 9.28 (P < 0.05), 70.30% (P < 0.05) and 70.60% (P < 0.05), respectively. The cut-off point of LLAS and CAS + LLAS was lever 2. Conclusion The LLAS and CAS + LLAS with T2DM are independent risk factors for intracranial atherosclerosis , owning certain forecast values.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the reliahility and validity of the chronic HBV-infections related stigma scale.MethodsThe initial items and construct of the scale were developed according to theoretical analysis and interviews of experts and patients.A total of 151 patients with chronic HBV-infection were administered by convenient sampling method in this pilot study. The reliability and the validity of the scale were then evaluated.ResultsThe response rate of the scale was 94.5％.The Cronbach α coefficients of all dimeusions ranged from 0.75-0.87.The results of correlation analysis showed that there were higher correlation coefficients ( r ranged from 0.62-0.86) between items and their hypothesized subscales than those with other subscales ( r ranged from 0.14-0.55).The scale distinguished between patients with low subscale scores ( the subscale scores were ( 1.89 ±0.30 ),( 1.86 ± 0.29 ),( 1.96 ± 0.23 ),( 2.29 ± 0.45 ),( 1.59 ± 0.42 ) independently) and those with high subscale scores(the subscalc scores were (3.62 ±0.44),(3.99 ±0.41 ),(3.79 ±0.37),(4.13 ±0.34),(3.10 ±0.53 ) independently) (P ＜ 0.01 ).Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the main indices of goodness of fit CFI was 0.94,NNFI 0.92,RMSEA 0.087.ConclusionThe chronic HBV-infections related stigma has good psychometric properties regarding to reliability and validity.

Objective To evaluate postprandial pharmacokinetics and bioequivalence of two preparations of cefdinir capsules in Chinese healthy volunteers. Methods In a two-way cross-over study, 24 healthy male volunteers were divided into two groups randomly and a single dose of cefdinir capsules of test and reference preparation were administered orally, respectively.The concentration in plasma was determined by LC-MS/MS. Pharmacokinetic parameters and bioequivalence were calculated and evaluated by DAS. Results The main pharmacokinetic parameters of test and reference were as follows: AUCt (4.35±1.09) μg??h??mL-1 and (4.12±1.22) μg??h??mL-1, AUC0-∞(4.53±1.12) and (4.53±1.73) μg??h??mL-1, t1/2 (1.74±0.29) h and (2.13±1.65) h, tmax(4.44±0.86) h and (4.54 ±1.16) h, Cmax(900±250) ng??mL-1 and (876±269) ng??mL-1 . Conclusion The test and reference preparation of cefdinir capsules are bioequivalent.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the difference of the threshold of auditory steady-state evoked responses (ASSR) in awake and sleeping. METHOD: Fifteen adults (30 ears) with normal hearing were selected to ASSR test. ASSR parameters: carrier frequency (CM)are 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 6.0 kHz, modulation frequency (FM) are 46.81 Hz. The test was performed in two different status (in awake and sleeping). RESULT: In awake, the thresholds of ASSR with FM of 46 Hz are significantly lower than 81 Hz (P < 0.01); In sleeping, the thresholds of ASSR with FM of 81 Hz are lower than 46 Hz above 2 kHz CM (P < 0.05), which thresholds were close to pure tone. CONCLUSION To select low modulate (46 Hz) frequency in awake, and use high modulate (81 Hz) frequency in sleeping. When perform ASSR test, the test values are closer to the actual hearing threshold.

Objective The molecular etiology of hearing impairment in Guangdong District has not been thor-oughly investigated.SCL26A4 gene mutation and relevant phenotype were analyzed in this study.Methods The coding exons of SLC26A4 were analyzed in 59 EVA cases.Those SLC26A4 gene mutations patients were examined by temporal bone CT.Results Fifty-nine cases were SLC26A4 mutations deafness patients,and 21 cases (35. 59%)and 38 cases (64.41%)patients with SLC26A4 biallelic allele (compound homozygous or heterozygous)and monoallelic gene mutation,including 16 cases of SLC26A4 gene IVS7-2 A> G homozygous mutations,2 cases of 2168A>G homozygous mutations and 3 cases of IVS7-2A>G,2168 A > G compound heterozygous mutations in children with CT showing bilateral enlarged vestibular aqueduct or other types of inner ear malformations.Thirty-one patients were IVS7-2A>G heterozygous for SLC26A4 mutation and seven 2168 A > G heterozygous muta-tion.Four patients with SLC26A4 gene mutations were confirmed to have enlarged vestibular aqueduct with Mondini dysplasia.Two patients with normal phenotype ,and others were enlarged vestibular aqueduct.Conclusion Muta-tions in the SLC26A4 gene with enlarged vestibular aqueduct patients were frequently found in Guangdong District.IVS7-2A>G mutations rate were highest,followed by 2168 A > G.We established the new strategy that detects SLC26A4 mutations prior to the temporal bone CT scan to find enlarged vestibular aqueduct and inner ear malforma-tion patients .

Objective To compare the diagnostic value of ultrasound,molybdenum target,magnetic resonance(MRI)and single examination for breast cancer.Methods From January 2017 to February 2018,100 patients with suspected breast cancer in Lishui Central Hospital were selected in the study.All patients were detected by ultrasound,mammography and MRI three ways for diagnosis.The results were verified with postoperative pathologic results as the standard.The diagnosis accuracy of three ways for breast cancer were analyzed.Results The detection accuracy of three ways joint detection in patients with breast cancer was the highest(91.00％),which was significantly higher than that of ultrasound(63.00％),mammography(72.00％)and MRI(72.00％)in single mode,the differences were statistically significant(χ2 =22.364,20.154,16.032,all P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonography,molybdenum target X ray and MRI have their respective advantages in the process of breast cancer differentiation and diagnosis,and the detection rate can be significantly improved if combined use.

Objective Investigate the behaviors of cerebral ischemic rats after treatment with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs).Methods Bone marrow was collected and BMSCs were separated and cultivated.Twenty-four adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were performed transient(2 hours) middle cerebral arterial occlusion(MCAO) and then divided into treated group(n=12) and control group(n=12).All rats received corresponding behavioral training before surgery,15 ?L hBMSCs(2?1010cells/L) and D-hanks(15 ?L) were injected into the brain cortex after 24 h of MCAO.Morris water maze test,NSS,Rotarod test and adhesive-removal test were performed serially and cyclically from the 4th day after transplantation.Results Since the 8th day after transplantation,the mean escape time and the mean swimming distance of treated group significantly are shorter than control's in Morris water maze test(P
