Objective:to offer details as clear as possible to be material evidence for Forensic Medicine from the images which were obtained in bad conditions burying in the strong back and can’t be identified by human vision . Methods:using zadeh-x transformation to mine useful information hiding in the dark back. We implement the zadeh-x transformation by VC++ programming on computer,achieving the lower layer image mining in Forensic medicine pictures whose foreground is different from its background. Results:we have realized the lower layer image mining in pictures burying in black ground,electrophoresis graph,vehicle brand and clothing character. Moreover, we have compared the result with the picture dealing by histogram equipoise. Conclusion:The lower layer image mining in Forensic Medicine has been achieved by VC++ programming in this article. Its result is distinctly better than the result dealing by histogram equipoise. Further more,it can mine some information that histogram equipoise can’t do.

Objective To explore the early surgical treatment for sleep apnea in children with the influence of mental development,provide important basis for children with sleep apnea early surgery.Methods 40 children with sleep apnea underwent bilateral amygdala and/or adenoidectomy (observation group).The Chinese wechsler intelligence scale for children (C-WYCSI) was used for preoperative and postoperative 6 months of intelligence tests,including language IQ and operation IQ test two parts,a total of 11 points.Operation IQ but also contain visual analysis test(VA) and two categories,including geometry test (GD).According to the 1 ∶ 1 matching selection of the same gender,and age(± 3 months),family condition was quite healthy check-up preschool children comparing 40 cases as control group.Results Observation group preoperative total intelligence quotient (IQ),verbal IQ,IQ operation was 82,81,83,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group 101,101,101 (t =4.131,3.952,3.842,all P ＜ 0.05).Postoperative total intelligence quotient(IQ),verbal IQ and operation IQ 98,98,99,respectively,were in normal range,with no statistically significant difference were observed in the control group (all P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Children with sleep apnea early surgical treatment can improve children mental development.Children with sleep apnea early,breathing and surgical indications should be early surgical treatment.

Objective To discuss the role of naso-carbon in the protection of parathyroid during surgery. Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into the two groups,Injecting 0.1-0.2mL nano-carbon in the thyroid during a thyroid surgery.When the thyroid and surrounding lymph tissue were stained,then the thyroid surgery should be continued,the non-stained tissue should be protected.Results There were 6 cases with hypocalcemia in the con-trol group and 2 cases in the observation group(χ2 =13.87,P<0.05).5 cases with PTH decrease in the control group and 1 case in the observation group(χ2 =14.53,P<0.05).7 parathyroid glands were examined in the control group,while none in the observation group(χ2 =127.54,P<0.05).Conclusion Using naso-carbon during the thy-roid surgery,parathyroid gland cannot be stained black.The parathyroid gland can be easily identified and preserved.

Objective To develop a mental maturity test for adults.Methods On the basic of correlative theories,the structure of Adults Mental Maturity was established by using interview and exploratory factors analysis. The reliability and validity of this test were examined. Results Through exploratory factor analysis the test was of six factors self-insight, social cognition, emotion management, social contact style, adapting ability, loving ability. The reliability of test was 0.621～0.853, and the retest reliability was 0.431～0.831. Conclusion The test of mental maturity for adults is of better reliability and validity, and can be used in practice.

ObjectiveTo investigate the methods of treatment and effect in suppurative perichondritis of auricle.Methods27 cases with suppurative perichondritis of auricle were mentioned with sensitive antibiotic treatment in the whole and partly of the body.Carve and extradite the cases of abscess till entire debridement.ResultsAfter follow-up for 6 to 12 months,all 27 cases of auricles were preserved without feeling of causalgic.The efficient rate was 100％.Although 5 cases of auricle's shape were shrinked,the others preserved a good shape of auricle.The relief rate was 81.5％.ConclusionThe effective way of treating suppurative perichondritis of auricle was using sensitive antibiotic and entire debridement.

Objective To explore the effect of social medical treatment in improving the quality of life for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 32 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were mentioned with social medical treatment (including psychological treatment,family visit,family tend,social healing service,etc).The result was measured by using the SQOL-NPC.and the different stages of the results were compared.Results All the patients were tracked in 2 years.All the scores were mark down in a table.Conclusion After analyzing the results,it was found that social medical treatment played an important role in improving the quality of life for patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of biological amniotic membrane for otoscpic repair of traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane. Methods Otoscpic repair was performed on the patients with tympanic membrane perforation which was not healed for 6 months. The efficacy was observed postoperatively. Results The success rate of the procedure was 97.37%, except that one patient was not healing by first intention due to wound infection. Conclusions Biological amniotic membrane is definitely efficacious in the surgical repair of perforation of tympanic membrane. Otoscpic sugical repair is less invassive and has a higher success rate.

Objective To explore the influence of glucose-lowering rate on left ventricular function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods One hundred and thirty-two cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus and 135 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease (T2DM+CHD)received intensive glucose lowering therapy. Then, after measuring left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and E/A ratio, the variation was analyzed. Results LVEF was significantly higher than that before intensive therapy in T2DMsubgroup with glucose-lowering rate less than 6 m mol · L-1 · d-1( P＜0.05 ). So was T2DM+CHD subgroup with glucose-lowering rate less than 4 mmol· L-1 · d-1 (P＜0.05). LVEF was significantly lower than that before intensive therapy in T2DM+CHD subgroup with glucose-lowering rate greater than 4 mmol · L-1 · d-1( P＜0. 05 ),while by the end of following up for 3 months, LVEF stepped up and no significant difference was observed between subgroups ( P ＞ 0. 05 ). The E/A ratio stepped up in both subgroups after intensive therapy ( P ＜ 0. 05 ).Conclusions For T2DM patients with coronary heart disease, excessively fast glucose-lowering rate may impair left ventricular function. Long-term good control of blood glucose restores the impaired left ventricular function causes by excessively fast glucose-lowering rate. After intensive therapy, left ventricular diastolic function finally improves in both subgroups regardless of the glucose-lowering rate and coronary heart disease.

In this paper, a new conception pressure displacement wave of vascular wall (PDWVW) and a novel method for diagnosing the vascular disease early were proposed for the first time in accordance to the principle of Frank elasticity of vascular wall; moreover, an original diagnostic equipment noninvasive diagnostic system of human vascular wall, was developed. The feasibility and practicability of the method and equipment assessed in the clinical experiment are also presented.

Objective: To understand the influence of junior middle school students health literacy on knowledge, belief and behavior of COVID-19 in rural areas of Jiangxi Province, and to enhance junior middle school students ability to deal with public health emergencies. Methods: Stratified cluster random sampling was used to investigate the health literacy, knowledge level and behavior of COVID-19 protection of 4 311 grade 7 to grade 8 students in rural areas of Jiangxi Province; Chi square test and Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the correlation between junior high school students health literacy and COVID-19 protection knowledge, belief and behavior. Results: The rate of health literacy of junior middle school students in rural areas was 18.21 %( n =785), the reported rate of intermediate level was high ( n =2 454, 56.92%), and the reported rate of junior high school students at a low level of health literacy was 24.87%( n =1 072). The rate of junior middle school students in rural areas with good COVID-19 protection knowledge was 63.49%, the rate of positive protection attitude was 74.25%, and the rate of good protection behavior was 85.36%; Rate of COVID-19 protection knowledge ( OR=4.85, 95%CI =3.80-6.18) and positive rate of protection attitude of high level health literacy ( OR=44.07, 95%CI =24.57-79.05), protective behavior possession rate ( OR=25.99, 95%CI = 19.67-34.35) were higher than those with low level of health literacy( P <0.01). Conclusion Health literacy is associated with COVID-19 protection knowledge, belief and behavior in rural junior high school students of Jiangxi Province, the findings provide direction for junior middle school students to improve their ability to deal with public health emergencies.
