Objective To explore the relationship between Commitment to Supervisor and Job Satisfaction and investigate the mediating role of psy?chological capital,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving their job satisfaction and promoting physical and mental health. Methods The stratified random sampling method was used to investigate 2 800 police from 7 cities in Liaoning province during the period of August to November 2014(Four questionnaires were carried out under investigation,including questionnaire of personal information,questionnaire of commitment to su?pervisor, questionnaire of psychological capital and questionnaire of job satisfaction),and the effective respondents was 2 193(78.3%). Re?sults Commitment to supervisor was positive associated with job satisfaction(β=0.488,P<0.01),and psychological capital was positive associat?ed with job satisfaction(β=0.552,P<0.01). Commitment to supervisor explained 23.7%of variance in job satisfaction while psychological capital explained 13.6%of variance in job satisfaction. Conclusion Commitment to supervisor and psychological capital have effective predictive value on police’job satisfaction. In addition,the results of study forecast that psychological capital has a mediating effect between commitment tosSupervisor and job satisfaction.

Objective To observe the curative effect on non-obese type 2 diabetes and the effect on change of glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) of gastric bypass operation. Methods Thirty-two cases of gastric ulcer with non-obese type 2 diabetes were suffered gastric bypass operation. Plasma glucose concentrations, insulin and GLP-1 were measured respectively in fasting and postprandial conditions before operation and in week 1, 2, 3 and month 1, 3, 6 after gastric bypass operation, and the body mass index (BMI), homeostasis model assessment ? cell function index (HBCI) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c, the index was detected only before operation and in month 3, 6 after operation) were also measured. The turnover of the diabetes condition in the 6th month after surgery was observed. Results Compared with the levels before operation, the fasting and postprandial plasma glucose levels were descending (P0.05). Objective: To review the clinical effect of early enteral nutrition in patients with carcinoma of esophagus after operation.Methods: Nutrient canal was indwelt through Fresubin(TP) was given through the nasal-intestinal tube in 120 cases with carcinoma of esophagus after operation.Results: The complications such as anastomotic leakage,lung infection and incisional infection in the patients receiving early enteral nutrition were much less than those in control group.No death occurred.The time for bowel function recovery was much shorter.Conclusion: Early enteral nutrition can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve the nutrition,decrease the occurrence of complications and raise the successful rate of operation in operative patients with esophagus carcinoma.

Objective: To observe the effects of early enteral nutrition(EEN) on incidence of postoperative complication in gastric cancer patients. Methods: 150 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into early enteral nutrition group (n=82) and non-early enteral nutrition (N-EEN) group (n=68). The patients in group EEN were given enteral nutrition after operation, and the patients in group N-EEN were given total parenteral nutrition support. The postoperative complications were recorded. The serum albumin, prealbumin and transferrin were measured on postoperative day 1, 5 and 9. The serum level of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), bilirubin, blood urea nitrogen(BUN), creatinine, glucose, cholesteroland triglyceridewere monitored. Results: The complications occurred in 21patients. 5 of these patients belonged to EEN group and the other belonged to N-EEN group. Objective:To elucidate the role of ERK1/2 MAPKs signal transduction in the protective effects of ischemic preconditioning during liver transplantation. Methods: Twenty-four rats were equally randomized into 4 groups: sham control (group A); liver transplantation (group B); ischemic preconditioning+liver transplantation (group C), and MEK inhibitor intervention+ischemic preconditioning+liver transplantation (group D). Serum AST and ALT were detected after operation and cellular ultrastructures were observed by transmission electron microscopy. Liver tissue ERK1/2 MAPKs phosphorylation activities were evaluated through determining ERK-1 protein phosphorylation by Western blotting. Results: Serum ALT and AST activity in group B and group D was significantly higher than those in group A, and remained normal in group C. Liver tissue ERK1/2 MAPKs phosphorylation activity increased significantly in group C, and the activation effect was inhibited in group B and D. Cellular ultrastructure was obviously damaged in group B and group D, and the damage was prevented in group C.Conclusion: Ischemic preconditioning has a protective effect on transplanted liver cells in which ERK1/2 MAPKs pathway plays a pivotal role.
