1.Analysis on the Causes of Unauthorized Dismiss of Hospitalized Gravidas and Countermeasures

Objective:To investigate the causes of unauthorized dismiss of hospitalized gravida and make relevant countermeasures based on clinical features.Method:A self-designed questionnaire is employed to investigate 96 gravidas who dismissed without doctors' authorization during their hospitalization period.Result:Causes of unauthorized dismiss mainly include un-preparation of hospitalization necessities,un-arranged schedule at work,need for love or relegation,and need for comfortable sleeping environment,etc.Dismiss time concentrated after clinical-wards check and completion of medical examination and treatment.Conclusion:Propaganda and instruction aimed at gravidas and behavioral management should be strengthened,and gravidas' mental needs be concerned and rationally satisfied by hospital,in order to realize the aim of patient-centralized medical service.
2.Vascular endothelial growth factor and remedial angiogenesis

Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is the endothelial cell-specific mitogen, facili-tates endothelial cell proliferation, increases vascular permeability and accelerates the formation of new blood vessels role. Angiogenesis is an important physiological and pathological significance of the process. In the human wound healing, inflammation, organ regeneration and tumor growth and metastasis, vascular prolifer-ative diseases, angiogenesis is an important role. Therapeutic angiogenesis is the use of inducible factor or vascular endothelial progenitor ceils, simulates in vivo angiogenesis mechanism, promotes angiogenesis and improves the collateral circulation. In this paper, VEGF and therapeutic ansiogenesis research progress were reviewed.
3.Research progress of heparanase in malignant tumor

Heparanase, an endo- β- D- glucuronidase, that cleaves heparan sulfate chains in heparan sulfate proteoglycans, has recently been found in mammalian. It may play a key role in tumor progression and metastasis. Here we disscuss its molecular structure, biochemical properties, expression in malignant tumor,mechanism in accelerating tumor metastasis and application in heparanase inhibitor.
4.EFFECT OF NIACIN ON EGG PRODUCTION AND LIPID METABOLISM OF LAYING HENS

A total of 96 26-week-old Hisex Bro-wn laying hens were divided into 3 groups (32 each) to investigate the effect of niacin on egg production and lipid metabolism of laying hens. Three levels of dietary niacin were used (0, 20 and 60mg/kg diet) for the 8-week experimental period.Supplementation of dietary niacin caused plasma cholesterol, ?-lipoprotein, triglycerides and free fatty acid to decrease 40.9%, 35.7%, 18.2% and 54.3% respectively and liver fat, muscle fat and abdominal fat to decrease 26.7%, 33.4% and 12.3%, respectively, compared with control. Increasing of dietary niacin resulted in a significantly decreases in plasma estradiol (E2) and the activity of hepatic malate dehydrogenase (MD) to regulate lipid matabolism.All of the results demonstrated that niacin could inhibit the lipid synthesis in hen's liver. Niacin deficiency could caused hen liver fragile and yellow in color, liver cells damaged and further fatty liver syndrome in hens.It is suggested that the supplementation of 20mg niacin/kg of diet is appropriate to laying hens if the basal diet contains 0.20% tryptophan and 23.8mg/kg diet of niacin originally.
5.Effect of strengthen rosuvastatin in the treatment of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in coronary artery disease and the influence on serum inflammatory factor

Objective To observe the effect of strengthen rosuvastatin in the treatment of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in coronary artery disease and the influence on serum inflammatory factor, to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods 176 coronary artery disease patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 88 cases in each group.The control group was given rosuvastatin,10mg/d,qd.The observation group was given rosuvastatin,20mg/d,qd.The LAD and LVEF were detected by color-Doppler before treatment and after 6 months treatment.The fasting blood was exsanguinated for testing BNP,hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6.The incidence rates of sinus rhythm maintenance and embolic events were recorded. Results After treatment,the LAD of the observation group and control group were (41.50 ±4.61)mm and (42.21 ± 5.20)mm respectively,which were significantly lower than before treatment (t=3.959,3.863,all P<0.05),the LVEF were (76 ±6)% and (73 ±5)% respectively,which were significantly higher than before treatment (t =7.744,6.837,all P<0.01),there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups after treatment (t=1.140,0.579,all P>0.05).The BNP,hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 levels of the observation group and control group after treatment were (173.44 ±32.45)ng/L and (203.33 ±42.16)ng/L,(4.54 ±1.34)mg/L and (5.44 ± 1.35)mg/L,(15.34 ±3.26) ng/L and (19.45 ±2.23) ng/L,(10.85 ±0.77) ng/L and (13.27 ±1.23) ng/L respectively,which were significantly lower than before treatment (t=5.855 and 3.533,3.857 and 3.534,6.436 and 4.545,5.743 and 3.925,all P<0.05),the BNP,hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 levels of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group(t=3.546,3.214,3.176,3.414,all P<0.05).The total effective rate,sinus rhythm maintenance rate,embolic events incidence rate of the observation group and the control group were 93.18%(82/88) vs 79.55% (70/88),68.18% (60/88) vs 43.18% (38 /88),2.27%(2/88) vs 18.18%(16/88).The total effective rate,sinus rhythm maintenance rate of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (χ2 =11.965,11.144,all P<0.01),the embolic event incidence rate was significantly lower than the control group (χ2 =12.129,P<0.01).Conclusion Strengthen rosuvastatin can effectively reduce the serum inflammatory factors and BNP,improve left atrial remodeling and left atrial function,the clinical efficacy and prognosis are significantly improved, it is worthy of clinical use in the treatment of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in coronary artery disease.
6.Effects of Commitment to Supervisor to Job Satisfaction among the Police of Liaoning Province:the Mediating Role of Psychological Capital

Objective To explore the relationship between Commitment to Supervisor and Job Satisfaction and investigate the mediating role of psy?chological capital,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving their job satisfaction and promoting physical and mental health. Methods The stratified random sampling method was used to investigate 2 800 police from 7 cities in Liaoning province during the period of August to November 2014(Four questionnaires were carried out under investigation,including questionnaire of personal information,questionnaire of commitment to su?pervisor, questionnaire of psychological capital and questionnaire of job satisfaction),and the effective respondents was 2 193(78.3%). Re?sults Commitment to supervisor was positive associated with job satisfaction(β=0.488,P<0.01),and psychological capital was positive associat?ed with job satisfaction(β=0.552,P<0.01). Commitment to supervisor explained 23.7%of variance in job satisfaction while psychological capital explained 13.6%of variance in job satisfaction. Conclusion Commitment to supervisor and psychological capital have effective predictive value on police’job satisfaction. In addition,the results of study forecast that psychological capital has a mediating effect between commitment tosSupervisor and job satisfaction.
7.The therapeutic effect of gastric bypass operation on non-obese type 2 diabetes

0.05);one week after surgery,the fasting blood glucose level showed a sustained and steady downward trend(P0.05).Conclusions Gastric bypass operation has a good therapeutic effect on type 2 diabetes in the non-obese patients,and this therapeutic effect is not dependent on loss of body weight.

Lentiviral vectors can transduce a wide range of different cell types.It can transduce not only dividing cells but also nondividing cells.It can be the immunotherapy tool for cancer therapy.Lentiviral yeators have several advantages,amongst which long-term expression,low toxicity,high capacity and low antivector immunity,they will play an important role and will attract more and more interest as an immunotherapeutic.Here,we discussed the clinical application and safety of the lentiviruses encoding tumor-associated antigen(TAA).
9.Causes and prevention low rectal cancer after anterior resection of anastomotic leakage

Anus fine of low rectal cancer surgery, can make the quality of Life of patients significantly im-proved,but postoperative anastomotic leakage is still the main complication, its occurrence can lead to in-creased perioperative mortality, prolonged hospitalization, increased cost, causing a great deal to patients suffering. In this paper, we review the causes and prevention of low rectal cancer after anterior resection of anastomotic leakage.
10.Effect of metformin on the expression of Cyclin Dl in human gastric cancer Cells

Objective To investigate the effect of metformin on human gastric cancer line SGC-7901 in vitro, trying to explore the mechanism involved. Methods Human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cell was cultured in vitro, MTT was used to study the effects of metformin on cell growth with different concentration or different time. Western blot was used to investigate the influence of metformin on the expression of Cyclin Dl in cell line . Results The result of MTT showed human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cell was cultured in vitro and was exposed to metformin in different concentration (50 mmol/L, 100 mmol/L) for 24 h,48 h,72 h. The inhibitory rates of 50 mmol/L metformin on the effects of metformin on cell growth was 32.93% ,48.64% and 61.40% and the inhibitory rates of 100 mmol/L metformin on the effects of metformin on cell growth was 35.34% , 75.44% and 88.30%. The proliferation of SGC-7901 cell was inhibited by different concentration (50 mmol/L, 100 mmol/L) metformin and,the inhibitory rates were significantly decreasing compared with the control group(P < 0.05).The inhibitory rate treated with 100 mmol/L metformin was significantly decreasing compared with 50 mmol/L metformin group (P < 0.05). The inhibitory rate treated with metformin at different time(24 h,48 h, 72 h) was significantly different(P <0.05). Metformin could inhibit the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells, with dose and time-related effects. Cyclin Dl expressed in high level in SGC-7901 and metformin significantly decreased the expression of Cyclin Dl, with dose and time-related effects. Conclusion metformin could inhibit the proliferation and lower the expression of Cyclin Dl in human gastric cancer line SGC-7901 in vitro.
