Objective To investigate the effects of Thalidomide(THD)on transdifferentiation of human fetal lung fibroblast(HFL-F) to myofibroblast(MF) induced by Transforming Growth Factor-?1(TGF-?1) and the effects on trans differentiated MF.Methods HFL-F to MF trans-differentiation was induced with 5 ?g/L TGF-?1.The effect of 50 ?g/L THD on HFL-F to MF transdifferentiation was evaluated by measuring hydroxyproline(HYP) content with alkaline hydrolysis colorimetry,?-smooth muscle actin(?-SMA) protein with Western Blot,?-SMA and collagen Ⅲ(COL Ⅲ) mRNA with semiquantitative RT-PCR.Results THD inhibited TGF-?1 induced up-regulation of HYP and COLⅢ mRNA expressions(all P0.05).For HFL-F treated with 5 ?g/L TGF-?1 for 96 h,THD inhibited COLⅢ mRNA expression(P

Objective To recognize the existing problems of master of nursing specialist students during clinical practice.Methods Eight master of nursing specialist students from 4 general hospitals in Changchun city were selected as respondents.Data were collected by focus group interview and analyzed by qualitative research method.Results Three formed themes included feeling of great pressure in clinical practice,existing problem in clinical practice teaching and assessment.Conclusions School and hospital need cooperate to carry out a training on competence of nurses,establish a comprehensive supervised clinical practice teaching and a assessment system with nursing features.

Objective To explore the interventional treatment method for complex and refractory lymphatic malformation in children.Methods The clinical data of 78 cases with complex and refractory lymphatic malformation during January 2013 to January 2016 in our department were retrospectively analyzed.The lesions involved the neck in 28 cases,maxillofacial regions in 19 cases,the chest and armpit in 8 cases,the limb in 7 cases,the pelvic cavity and retroperitoneal space in 6 cases,the superior mediastinum in 3 cases,the hypogloeeis in 3 cases and scrotum or perineum region in 4 cases.All the children underwent ultrasound or MRI imaging studies preoperatively.The interventional procedures included:(1) Percutaneous puncture of the LM for sclerotherapy.The lesions were punctured with 20 G needle under the guidance of DSA or ultrasound and the correct positions were confirmed with angiography.The liquid of the lesions was extracted as far as possible.The dosage of sclerosing agents was adjusted according to the size of lesion.The dose of Laurolacrogol injection was 1/10—1/5 of the amount of the liquid in the lesions and the maximum of Laurolacrogol foam was ≤8 ml(20 mg).The dose of Pingyangmycin was ≤ 8 mg.(2) The drainage catheter placement and sclerotherapy.Percutaneous catheter drainage under ultrasound guidance or by surgery was conducted.The liquid in the lesions was drained by retaining the catheter for 1-4 weeks,and sclerotherapy was applied for several sessions during this period.(3) Treatment for one time a week,2 times a session.The interval of every two sessions was 4 weeks.The sclerosing agents included:Laurolacrogol Injection or Pingyangmycin for the lesions with high tension,Laurolacrogol foam for the lesions with low tension,Pingyangmycin for the microcystic lesions.Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS20.0 software.Results A total of 208 sessions of sclerotherapy for 78 LM patients were performed and average session was (3.0±0.8).Nine patients used Lauromacrogol foam,23 patients used Lauromacrogol Injection,39 patients used pingyangmycin,while combined treatment was conducted in 7 patients.Laurolacrogol injection was used in 20 cases,Pingyangmycin in 29 cases and combination therapy in 5 cases for the high tension lesions in the neck,maxillofacial,chest and armpit.The low tension lesions of pelvic cavity and retroperitoneal space in 6 cases and of superior mediastinum in 3 cases were placed with draining catheters,and treated with sclerotherapy with Laurolacrogol foam.Three cases with hypogloeeis LM was neonates,who were treated with Laurolacrogol injection.The lesions on the limb and scrotum or perineum region were almost microcystic,were treated with Pingyangmycin in 9 cases and with combination therapy in 2 cases.The total curative rate was 97.4％ (76/78),total effective rate was 100％ (78/78).Imaging examinations showed that the cavities were closed or only a small amount of residual sclerotic lesions were present.Clinical examinations showed that the surface masses almost disappeared.The follow up period was 6 months to 2 years.There were no serious complication and adverse reactions occurred.Conclusions Interventional treatment is a safe,effective,and minimally invasive treatment for the complex and refractory lymphatic malformation.In order to receive the best treatment effect,we should use targeted therapy for different region and type of LM.

Aim To explore the effects of heat stress on TNF-?-induced fever and the content of cAMP in rat hypothalamus. Methods ①We examined the peak time of HSP70 expression in hypothalamus after heat stress; ②We studied the change of TNF-?-induced fever and the content of cAMP in hypothalamus after heat stress. Result The maximum expression of HSP70 in hypothalamus was attained at 12 h after heat stress. Heat stress limited TNF-?-induced fever and decreased the content of cAMP in hypothalamus. Conclusion Heat stress can inhibit TNF-?-induced fever in rats, and this effect may be related with the inhibition of cAMP synthesis induced by high expression HSP70 in hypothalamus.

OBJECTIVETo detect potential mutations of chloride channel l (CLCN1) gene in a family affected with myotonia congenita.

METHODSClinical data of the proband and her parents and brother was collected. The coding regions of the CLCN1 gene were subjected to PCR and Sanger sequencing.

RESULTSTwo missense mutations (c.937G>A and c.1205C>T), which were respectively located within exons 8 and 11 of the CLCN1 gene, were identified in the proband. The mother and father of the proband were found to harbor the c.937G>A and c.1205C>T mutation, respectively, whilst neither mutation was found in her brother.

CONCLUSIONThe novel missense CLCN1 mutations probably underlie the disease in this family. These have enriched the spectrum of CLCN1 mutations and may facilitate further research on this disorder.

Breast cancer is the most common malignancy in women,which not only brings serious harm to female health but also substantially increased the burden of social medical care.Therefore it is necessary to adopt effective treatment strategies to control the social harm caused by cancer.Radiotherapy plays a critical role in the adjunctive therapy of breast cancer,which significantly reduces the risk of local recurrence and improves the long-term survival of breast cancer patients.In recent years,intraoperative radiotherapy has become a research hotspot in breast conserving surgery treatment,and is gradually applied in clinic with the advantage of mild side effect and shortening the patients′later treatment time.

Objective: To determine the heterogeneity for caries prevention service preferences among children in Anhui Province, so as to provide reference for the promotion and popularization of caries prevention services for school age children. Methods: Based on a discrete selection experiment, a face to face questionnaire survey was administered using a multi stage sampling method among 785 parents with children 3-12 years of age who were hospitalized in the stomatology clinics of 7 prefectures and cities in Anhui Province from October 2021 to October 2022. A mixed Logit model was used to evaluate caries prevention service preferences for children. Results: Four discrete choice experiment attributes included in the study were statistically significant for choice preference ( P <0.05). Compared with the control group, parents with a high school education or above preferred caries prevention services with 70%-<80% preventive effectiveness, 2-<5 and <2 km from the service point, and a high service cost ( β =0.38, 1.66, 1.64, 0.00); female parents preferred preventive services with 70%-<80% preventive effectiveness and a high service cost ( β =0.35, 0.01 ); parents of children <7 years of age preferred services with 70%-<80% preventive effectiveness ( β =0.75); parents of children with oral health preferred preventive services during winter and summer vacations ( β =-0.28); parents of children with caries preferred preventive services with a high cost per denticle ( β =0.00)( P <0.05). Conclusions Parents with different education levels, gender, child age, and oral health status have heterogeneity in dental caries prevention service preferences. The provision of targeted and precise services can improve the participation and coverage of caries prevention services for school age children.

Objective:To explore the correlation between subjective well-being and social support in patients with advanced gynecological malignant tumors.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2020, convenience sampling was used to select 125 patients with advanced gynecological malignant tumors admitted to the First Ward of Gynecology of Zhuji People's Hospital as the research object. The patients were investigated using the Newfoundland Scale of Happiness (MUNSH) and the Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) . A total of 125 questionnaires were distributed, 125 valid questionnaires were recovered, and the valid recovery rate was 100%.Results:Among 125 patients with advanced gynecological malignant tumors, the total scores of SSRS and MUNSH were (30.69±10.98) and (30.49±7.81) respectively. There were statistically significant differences in the social support scores of patients with advanced gynecological malignant tumors with different age, education level, monthly income and marital status ( P<0.05) . There were statistically significant differences in the subjective well-being scores of patients with advanced gynecological malignant tumors with different age, education level, monthly income, marital status and with or without underlying diseases ( P<0.05) . There was a positive correlation between MUNSH total score and SSRS total score in 125 patients with advanced gynecological malignant tumors ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The subjective well-being and social support of patients with advanced gynecological malignant tumors are highly correlated, and are affected by factors such as the patient's age, education level, monthly income, and marital status, so targeted intervention is required.

Objective:To investigate the effects of ear holographic tongbian scraping on the constitution, related symptoms and immune function of the population with Qi-deficiency.Methods:From April 2020 to June 2020, 80 subjects judged as Qi-deficiency by the "Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution test" in Suzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine were recruited offline and online. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. On the basis of online health education, the control group received online health education, while the experimental group was given ear holographic tongbian scraping, once a week, 4 times as a course of treatment, a total of 3 courses. Related symptom scores, Qi-deficiency transformation scores, peripheral blood CD4 + proportion, CD8 + proportion, CD4 +/CD8 + ratio were compared between two groups. Results:Totally 38 cases were included in experimental group and 34 cases in control group. After intervention, symptom scores of fatigue, shortness of breath, easy to catch a cold, laziness to speak, low voice and Qi-deficiency transformation scores were 3.26 ± 0.76, 2.92 ± 0.82, 3.08 ± 0.82, 2.66 ± 0.97, 2.71 ± 0.80, 46.16 ± 17.96 in experimental group and 4.12 ± 0.41, 3.76 ± 0.55, 3.50 ± 0.56, 3.65 ± 0.65, 3.18 ± 0.67, 56.88 ± 10.80 in control group, the differences were statistically significant ( t values were -6.02 - -2.51, all P<0.05). Peripheral blood test results also showed that the proportion of CD8 + was 24.76(19.92, 28.23)% in experimental group and 27.19(24.39, 31.57)% in control group, the difference was statistically significant ( Z=-2.25, P<0.05). Conclusions:Ear holographic tongbian scraping can regulate the Qi-deficiency constitution and improve the immune function of people with Qi-deficiency.

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of Mismatch ratio in computed tomography perfusion(CTP)and dif-fusion weighted imaging(DWI)to assess the lesion outcome after treatment in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods Whether there were any differences in clinical and imaging data of AIS patients were analyzed retrospectively between the Mismatch ratio＞1.2 group and the Mismatch ratio≤1.2 group,and between the hemorrhagic transformation group and the non-hemorrhagic transformation group.Results The age of onset and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of AIS patients in the group with Mismatch ratio＞1.2 were greater than those in the group with Mismatch ratio≤1.2.The Mismatch ratio＞1.2 group had lower incidence of hyperlipidemia,new infarct foci,and higher hypercoagulability,cerebral hemorrhage,as well as large cerebral infarction.The NIHSS score was higher in the hemorrhagic transformation group than the non-hemorrhagic transformation group,and the incidence of large cerebral infarction and digital subtraction angiography(DSA)thrombectomy was higher in the former than in the latter.Multifactorial logistic analysis showed that age,NIHSS score,and hyperlipidemia were independent risk factors for AIS patients with Mismatch ratio＞1.2 and large cerebral infarction was an independent risk factor for hemorrhagic transformation.Conclusion The Mismatch ratio in CTP is correlated with age,NIHSS score,and hyperlipidemia in patients with AIS and large cerebral infarction is correlated with hemorrhagic transformation.
