BACKGROUND: Anterior and lateral columns of the femoral head integrity and stability have been reported to present a positive correlation with the prognosis of the osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) and efficacy of hip preserving. China-Japan Friendship Hospital Classification stressed that the retention of the anterior and lateral columns of the femoral head was of great importance to avoid the femoral head collapse, but there is little reported on its three-dimensional (3D) digital model.OBJECTIVE: To explore the method of establishing highly-simulated 3D model of China-Japan Friendship Hospital Classification for ONFH.METHODS: 3D reconstruction of normal and necrotic femoral head was established according to the CT and MRI of individuals with normal femoral head. A healthy adult male volunteer was selected and his CT image was collected; three adult male patients with types L1, L2 and L3 ONFH were selected, whose MRI images were obtained, respectively. 3D solid models were established based on CT and MRI data on Mimics 15.0, Geomagic Studio 13, Geomagic Design X, Solidworks2014 and Abauqus6.14 software. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: A highly-simulated 3D model of L type ONFH was established, including the corticaland cancellous bones of ilium and proximal femur, articular cartilage, necrotic articular cartilage, muscles, joint capsuleand ligaments. It clearly showed the spatial structures of L type ONFH, by which different surgical programs could be compared in a virtual environment for selecting an appropriate treatment strategy to improve the success rate of hip preserving. The highly-simulated 3D model paves ways for surgical simulation and biomechanical analysis.

Objective This study aims to examine expression of Caveolin -1 in non smoking cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and to discusses the relationship between expression of Caveolin -1 and the Epidermal growth factor receptor mutations .Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to determine the Caveolin -1 ex-pression and ARMS-qPCR was used to measure EGFR mutations in 40 cases of lung cancer tissue .The clinical pathological characteristics and correlations in patients were analyzed .Results The expression of Caveolin -1 in human lung cancer was significantly lower than that in normal lung tissue ,and negatively correlated with EGFR mutations ,which was statistically significant .Conclusion Caveolin -1 expression is negatively correlated with EGFR mutations in non-small cell lung cancer and related to the histologic type .Caveolin-1 may be a molecu-lar target for diagnosis and judgment of NSCLC .

Objective To evaluate the effect of the Parasep? feces centrifuge tube method on detecting schistosome eggs. Methods A total of 803 residents aged from 6-65 years were selected in 2 schistosomiasis endemic villages Jiangling Coun-ty Hubei Province and their stool samples were collected and detected parallelly by the Kato-Katz technique nylon silk egg hatching method and Parasep? feces centrifuge tube method at the same time. Results Among the 803 people 15 cases were found of schistosome egg positive and the positive rate was 1.87%. The positive rates of the Kato-Katz technique nylon silk egg hatching method and Parasep? feces centrifuge tube method were 0.75% 1.49% and 1.12% respectively. The schistosome eggs got with the Parasep? feces centrifuge tube method were clear and easy to identify. Conclusion In low endemic areas of schistosomiasis the Parasep? feces centrifuge tube method can be used as schistosomiasis japonica etiology diagnosis method.

Objective To investigate the basic information and psychological stress of senile gravida . Methods Totally 198 cases of senile gravida (age of due date ≥35 years old) in the outpatient were surveyed , and the survey included general information and pregnancy stress scale , etc.According to the score index , the stress level of pregnant women was graded and was analyzed by univariate analysis .Results The score of stress in senile gravida was ( 73.56 ±14.31) points, and was in the severe level .The score of “stress caused by ensuring the health and safety of maternal and child” was the highest .Univariate factor analysis of variance showed that:age, family income, complications of pregnancy , parity, abortion experience were all factors that would increase the pressure of senile gravida .Conclusions The psychological stress of senile gravida is great , and mostly is from worries of health and safety of maternal and child , so the nurses should strengthen the antenatal psychological counseling , to help them survive the pregnancy .

Objective To understand the spatial distribution characteristics of wild feces in schistosomiasis endemic areas of Jiangling County,Hubei Province and further explore the source of infection efficiently,so as to provide the evidence for the development of corresponding monitoring and response technology. Methods In 2011,the fresh wild feces were investigated every two months in the selected 15 villages by the severity of historical endemic in Jiangling County. The schistosome miracidi-um hatching method was used to test the schistosome infection of the wild feces. The descriptive analysis and spatial analysis were used for the description of the spatial distribution of the wild feces. Results Totally 701 wild feces samples were collected with the average density of 0.0556/100 m2,and the positive rate of the wild feces was 11.70%(82/701). The results of the re-gression analysis showed a positive spatial correlation between the positive rate of wild feces and the rate of human infection,the area with infected Oncomelania hupensis and the number of fenced cattle,and the corrected R2 of the model was 0.58. Conclu-sion The infection rate of wild feces is positively correlated with the rate of human infection,area with infected O. hupensis and number of fenced cattle in space in Jiangling County,so the prevention and control measures could be conducted according to the spatial distribution of the positive wild feces.

Objective To investigate the learning curve of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography ( CEUS) in sentinel lymph node( SLN ) of breast cancer and provide a theoretical basis for leaners to learn SLN CEUS . Methods The multi-center study of SLN CEUS in breast cancer" was planned by Sichuan Cancer Hospital . According to the uniform inclusion and exclusion criteria , 511 patients with complete clinical data and follow-up results from 9 hospitals in Multi-center were included in this study . According to the inspection time ,the patients were divided into 3 groups named as group A ( 170 patients) ,group B ( 170 patients) and group C ( 171 patients ) ,respectively . The basic clinical data ,ultrasound imaging data , intraoperative and postoperative pathological findings of all patients were recorded . With the accumulation of cases examined ,analysis was performed to find the learning curve of the SLN CEUS examination time , SLN CEUS detection rate ,SLN CEUS surface marking accuracy rate and SLN CEUS diagnosis rate ,the learning curve was analyzed . Results ① There was no statistical significant difference in patients ages , tumors sizes ,tumors locations ,SLNs numbers and LCs numbers among the three groups( all P > 0 .05) . ②As the number of cases examined increases ,the examination time was reduced gradually ,but SLN detection rate ,surface marking accuracy and SLN diagnostic coincidence rate were increased gradually( F = 151 .75 , 1 .96 ,7 .49 ,5 .50 ; P = 0 .000 ,0 .143 ,0 .001 ,0 .005 ) . Conclusions The skill of the doctor is improved gradually when learning SLN CEUS . With the number of the cases increase ,the operating time of SLN CEUS is shorted ,and the SLN detection rate ,surface marking accuracy and SLN diagnostic coincidence rate of SLN-CEUS are gradually increased . It has an important clinical significance for beginners to learn the SLN CEUS technology .

Background With the large-scale production and application of carbon black nanoparticles (CBNPs), occupational and general exposure is obviously increasing. Related studies have shown that exposure to CBNPs can induce oxidative stress, inflammation, and DNA damage. Objective To establish a CBNPs-induced malignant transformation (C-BEAS-2B) model of human lung epithelial cells (BEAS-2B) and explore the role and mechanism of circCCDC138 in the malignant transformation process. Methods At 0, 10, 20, 40 and 80 μg·mL⁻¹ CBNPs concentrations, cell viability was detected by CCK8 assay. BEAS-2B cells were exposed to 20 mg·mL⁻¹ CBNPs for three months, and a malignant transformation model of BEAS-2B induced by CBNPs was constructed. The migration and invasion abilities of the cells were detected by cell scratch and Transwell assays. The expressions of circ-CCDC138 in BEAS-2B and C-BEAS-2B were detected by qRT-PCR, and its stability was verified by a digestive resistance test. A cell model with interference or overexpression of circCCDC138 was constructed, and the expression of circCCDC138 in the cells was detected by quantitative reverse transcription-PCR. The cell cycle and apoptosis were determined by flow cytometry. Western blot was used to analyze the expression of p53 protein. Results The CBNPs used in the experiment were spherical particles with a chain-like structure. In the 20 μg·mL⁻¹ CBNPs group, the reduction in the viability of BEAS-2B cells was relatively small (10%). Compared with the control cells, the 20 μg·mL⁻¹ CBNPs group showed more obvious cell migration and invasion at 24 h and 48 h, indicating that the exposure to CBNPs induced early malignant transformation of BEAS-2B cells (P<0.01). The circCCDC138 expression in C-BEAS-2B was upregulated in a time-dependent manner after exposure to CBNPs. Compared with the C-BEAS-2B cells, the C-BEAS-2B cells over-expressing circCCDC138 exhibited arrested S phase progression (36.9%) and apoptosis resistance (P<0.01), along with down regulation of p53 protein expression in the cells (P<0.01), while the C-BEAS-2B cells interfering with circCCDC138 showed the opposite results (P<0.01). Conclusion BEAS-2B cells exposed to CBNPs (20 μg·mL⁻¹) have significantly enhanced migration and invasion abilities, showing early malignant transformation characteristics. In addition, circCCDC138 is highly expressed in C-BEAS-2B cells with RNase R digestive resistance and increases in a time-dependent manner with CBNPs exposure. More importantly, circCCDC138 may promote the induction of malignant transformation of cells by inhibiting p53 protein expression.

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the influencing factors that cause occupational stress among female workers in a large electronic manufacturing enterprise. METHODS: A total of 1 081 female workers from a large electronic manufacturing enterprise were selected by the cluster random sampling method. The Chinese version of Job Content Questionnaire and Effort Reward Imbalance Questionnaire were used to assess occupational stress and its influencing factors were analyzed.RESULTS: Among 1 081 female workers,70. 95% and 19. 43% of them showed high level of occupational stress of job demand-control( JDC) model and effort-reward imbalance( ERI) model,respectively. Educational level with senior high school and above,assembly line working and exposure to occupational hazards were risk factors for high occupational stress of JDC model in female workers( P < 0. 01). The risk of high occupational stress ERI model in female workers with junior high school educational level and below was higher than that of senior high school educational level and above( P < 0. 01).CONCLUSION: The occupational stress rate of female workers in this electronic manufacturing enterprise is high. The main occupational stress model is JDC model. The main influencing factors of JDC model are educational level,operation mode and status of occupational hazard exposure.
