[摘 要] 目的：研究芳香烃受体（AHR）在乳腺癌中的表达及其对乳腺癌细胞增殖、凋亡和药物敏感性的调控机制。方法：通过GEPIA数据库数据分析乳腺癌组织及癌旁组织中AHR的表达水平，探讨其与患者生存期的关联。利用基因敲低和过表达技术构建AHR表达变化的乳腺癌细胞，采用CCK-8实验、细胞计数和流式细胞分析等方法评估AHR对细胞增殖、凋亡和药物敏感性的影响，通过免疫印迹法验证相关分子机制。此外，利用AHR激动剂6-甲酰基吲哚并[3,2-B]咔唑（FICZ）研究外源性激活AHR对乳腺癌细胞多柔比星（DOX）敏感性的影响。结果：GEPIA数据库数据分析结果显示，乳腺癌组织中AHR呈明显低表达（P < 0.05）；对155例乳腺癌患者的生存期进行统计分析也显示AHR低表达与不良预后呈正相关（P < 0.05）。敲低AHR促进细胞增殖（P < 0.05），过表达则能抑制其增殖（P < 0.05）并促进其凋亡（P < 0.05）。外源激活AHR能增强乳腺癌细胞对DOX的敏感性（P < 0.05）。AHR可与MYC基因启动子结合，抑制MYC表达（P < 0.05），从而影响乳腺癌的进展。结论：AHR在乳腺癌中通过调控MYC表达影响细胞增殖和凋亡，外源激活AHR可能成为提高乳腺癌细胞对DOX敏感性的治疗策略。

Objective To investigate the effects of different fractions of inspired oxygen administered during general anesthesia on post-operative recovery in patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair and hysterectomy in a sub-plateau region.Methods Clinical data of 111 patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair and hysterectomy under general anesthesia were collected from the People's Hospital of Datong Hui and Tu Autonomous County between April 2022 and November 2023.Based on the concentration of inhaled oxygen during general anesthesia,patients were randomly divided into three groups:100%oxygen(n=36),80%oxygen(n=38),and 60%oxygen(n=37).Respiratory-related parameters,including arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),and oxygenation index(OI),were compared among the three groups before anesthesia induction,30 min after pneumoperito-neum,and 1 d after surgery.Postoperative pulmonary complications,incision infections,first gastrointestinal exhaust time,and length of hospitalization were recorded.Postoperative delirium and cognitive function were also assessed.Results At 30 min after pneumoperi-toneum induction,the OI in the 60%oxygen group was higher than that in the 100%oxygen group(P=0.009),whereas there was no sta-tistical difference in OI between the 80%oxygen and 100%oxygen groups(P>0.05).PaO2 and OI were lower(P<0.05)and PaCO2 was higher(P<0.05)in all groups on the 1st day after surgery than before the induction of anesthesia.PaO2 and OI were higher in the 80%oxygen group than in the 100%oxygen group(all P<0.05).PaO2 and OI were higher in the 60%oxygen group than in the 100%oxygen and 80%oxygen groups(all P<0.05).PaCO2 was lower in the 60%oxygen group than in the 100%oxygen group(P<0.001).The first gastrointestinal exhaust time was shorter in the 60%oxygen group than in the 100%oxygen group(P=0.019).No postoperative incision infections were observed in any of the three groups,and there were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications,length of hospitalization,incidence of postoperative delirium,and cognitive dysfunction among the three groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion During general anesthesia for patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia repair and hysterectomy in a sub-pla-teau region,appropriately reducing the concentration of inspired oxygen(60%)is beneficial for postoperative respiratory and gastrointes-tinal function recovery without increasing the incidence of incision infections,postoperative delirium,and cognitive dysfunction.

Recently, returning straw to the fields has been proved as a direct and effective method to tackle soil nutrient loss and agricultural pollution. Meanwhile, the slow decomposition of straw may harm the growth of the next crop. This study aimed to determine the effects of rumen microorganisms (RMs) on straw decomposition, bacterial microbial community structure, soil properties, and soil enzyme activity. The results showed that RMs significantly enhanced the degradation rate of straw in the soil, reaching 39.52%, which was 41.37% higher than that of the control on the 30th day after straw return. After 30 d, straw degradation showed a significant slower trend in both the control and the experimental groups. According to the soil physicochemical parameters, the application of rumen fluid expedited soil matter transformation and nutrient buildup, and increased the urease, sucrase, and cellulase activity by 10%‒20%. The qualitative analysis of straw showed that the hydroxyl functional group structure of cellulose in straw was greatly damaged after the application of rumen fluid. The analysis of soil microbial community structure revealed that the addition of rumen fluid led to the proliferation of Actinobacteria with strong cellulose degradation ability, which was the main reason for the accelerated straw decomposition. Our study highlights that returning rice straw to the fields with rumen fluid inoculation can be used as an effective measure to enhance the biological value of recycled rice straw, proposing a viable solution to the problem of sluggish straw decomposition.

High fluoride exposure induces not only skeletal damage such as dental fluorosis and skeletal fluorosis, but also injury on the cardiovascular system. In this article, we elaborated on the effects of high fluoride exposure on cardiovascular diseases such as heart injury, vascular sclerosis, hypertension and hyperlipidemia by reviewing domestic and foreign literatures in the last decade. We analyzed the damage effects and mechanisms of high fluoride exposure from the perspectives of population epidemiology, animal experiments and in vitro cell experiments, and proposed that prospective cohort studies on the effects of high fluoride exposure on cardiovascular system damage should be further strengthened. This paper provides a scientific basis and new ideas for the prevention and treatment of endemic fluorosis and cardiovascular diseases.

Objective: To investigate lunch supply of public primary school canteens in Zhejiang Province, and to provide a basis for the scientific guidance of school lunch. Methods: During May to Jun. and Sept. to Oct. in 2019, lunch food supply was weighed and recorded and the number of diners in 44 public primary school canteens were summarized. Each investigation lasted for one week. Results: Food was mainly based on the taste of the students (40.91%) in the school canteen. About 45.45% of the schools referred to the Nutrition Guidelines of School Meals for students meals when making recipes in the school canteen. The supplies of cereals, vegetables, fruits, livestock and poultry meat, fish and shrimp, eggs, milk, soybean nuts, vegetable oil and salt were 109.05, 118.01, 0, 63.96, 9.25, 11.31, 0, 10.68, 10.47, 2.54 g. The supply of vegetable oil was basically the same as the recommended amount ( P >0.05). The supplies of energy, protein, calcium, iron, zinc, vitamin A, vitamin B 1, vitamin B 2, vitamin C, dietary fiber were 820.84 kcal, 32.79 g, 164.18 mg, 7.84 mg, 4.71 mg, 23.07 μgRAE, 0.41 mg, 0.35 mg, 20.47 mg, 2.34 g, 37.56% of energy from fat and 48.47% of energy from carbohydrate. The supply of vitamin B 1 was basically the same as the recommended amount ( P >0.05). There were no significant differences in all kinds of food and nutrients between urban and rural primary schools ( P >0.05). Conclusion Lunch supply is not optimistic in public primary school canteens in Zhejiang Province, with unreasonable structure and fails to agree with current nutritional recommendations. It is suggested that the scientific guidance of students meals should be carried out according to the survey results combined with the characteristics of local diet.

Objective To comprehensively evaluate the health education effects of iodine deficiency disorders in different areas of Tianjin, and to provide a reference for improving the quality of iodine deficiency disorders health education. Methods The rank sum ratio method (RSR), TOPSIS and fuzzy combination were used to comprehensively evaluate the effect of health education intervention on iodine deficiency disorders in 16 areas of Tianjin. Results The evaluation results of RSR, TOPSIS and fuzzy combination method ranked N, D, and E areas in the last three places, while G, F, and P areas ranked first, second, and third. Combined with the RSR method, it was shown that in the evaluation of the effects of iodine deficiency health education interventions in 16 areas, the health education effect in G, F and P areas was classified as superior, the health education effect in D ,E and N areas was classified as inferior, and other areas were moderate. Conclusion The fuzzy combined RSR-TOPSIS method avoided the limitation of using either RSR or TOPSIS alone and made the conclusion more objective and accurate, and provided comprehensive quantitative results for the health education of iodine deficiency diseases in different areas of Tianjin. This fuzzy combination method objectively evaluated the intervention effect of health education in different areas, which provides a reference for improving the quality of health education for iodine deficiency disorders.

Objective: To investigate the association between dietary selenium intake and hypertension among Zhejiang residents . Methods: By multistage stratified random sampling method,four urban sites and two rural sites out of Zhejiang Province,four communities or villages out of each site,then 20 households out of each community or village were selected,and all the family members of the selected households were recruited as participants. The questionnaire of Chinese Health and Nutrition Survey was used to collect information about socio-demographic characteristics and dietary selenium intake. The blood pressure,blood lipid and other data were collected via physical examination. A multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between dietary selenium intake and hypertension . Results: A total of 1 222 participants with complete dietary selenium intake data were included for analysis. The number（%）of participants with selenium intake higher than the level of estimated average requirement（EAR）,between the levels of EAR and recommanded nutrient intake （RNI）,between the levels of RNI and upper intake（UI）and higher than the level of UI were 729 （59.66%）,151（12.36%）,341（27.91%）and 1（0.01%）,respectively. There were 283 （30.53%）patients with hypertension out of 927 participants examined. The mean amount of selenium intake in patients with hypertention was（43.06±20.96）μg/d,which was significantly lower than（51.56±30.06） μg/d in non-hypertention participants（P<0.05）. After adjusting for age,body mass index,total cholesterol,triglyceride and diabetes mellitus in the multivariate logistic regression model,dietary selenium intake significantly reduced the risk of hypertension（OR=0.985,95%CI：0.978-0.993） . Conclusion About 60% of residents in Zhejiang Province had lower dietary selenium intake than estimated average requirement. Higher selenium intake was associated with lower risk of hypertension.

Objective To investigate the infection status of soil-borne nematode in rural areas of Jianhe County of Guizhou Province and to provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control measures.Methods In 2016,according to "the Implementation Plan of Soil-Borne Nematode Surveillance in Jianhe County",five surveillance sites were set up in Jianhe rural areas,and 200 permanent residents over 3 years old at each monitoring site were selected to collect fecal samples.The eggs of intestinal nematodes (Ascaris,Hookworm,Trichuris,etc.) in samples were detected with the Kato thick smear method,and the enterobius vermicularis was looked for using the transparent adhesive paper anal swab method.Results A total of 1 000 human fecal samples were tested,and 169 persons were identified to be positive for Ascaris,Hookworm,and Trichuris,and the infection rate was 16.90％ (169/1 000),in which the infection rates of Ascaris,Hookworm and Trichuris were 13.80％ (138/1 000),2.00％ (20/1 000) and 1.10％ (11/1 000),respectively,and Tapeworm and Liver fluke were not detected.The infection rates of soil-borne nematode in male and female were 14.09％ (72/511) and 19.84％ (97/489),respectively,and the difference between genders was statistically significant (x2 =5.88,P ＜ 0.05).The infection rates of soilborne nematode in the ages group of 0-,18-,41-and ≥66 were 18.94％ (50/264),13.18％ (29/220),15.12％ (52/344) and 22.09％ (38/172),respectively,but the differences were not statistically significant (x2=7.03,P ＞ 0.05).Hookworm infection was not found in the group of 0 to 17 years old.The prevalence rates of soil-borne nematodes in primary school and below,junior high school,high school and secondary school education were 18.52％ (138/745),14.83％ (31/209),and 0 (0/46),respectively,and the differences in educational levels were statistically significant (x2 =11.39,P ＜ 0.05).A total of 174 children aged 3 to 9 years old were tested for enterobius vermicularis,18 were infected,and the infection rate was 10.34％ (18/174).Conclusions The situation of soilborne nematode infection is still severe in rural areas of Jianhe County.It should be strengthen health education and improve the knowledge of nematode diseases control among the population.

In order to observe the effect of the immune and weight of chickens after use the attenuated vaccine with low dose of chicken infectious anemia virus (CIAV). In this study, the effects of low dose of CIAV on the weight of SPF chickens and NDV antibody production were observed by simulated experiments. The results showed that 10 EID50 and 5 EID50 CIAV per plume attenuated NDV vaccines were used to cause the weight loss of SPF chickens. Compared with the use of the non contaminated vaccine group, it has significant difference. And NDV antibody levels compared with the use of the non contaminated groups also decreased after use the vaccine with two doses of CIAV contaminated. It has significant difference. A certain proportion of CIAV antibody positive was detected at the beginning of the second week after use the NDV vaccine with two doses of CIAV contaminated. The detection of a high proportion of CIAV nucleic acid was detected in the first week after the use of a contaminated vaccine. The results of the study demonstrate the effects of CIAV pollution on the production and immune function of SPF chickens, and it is suggested that increasing the detection of viral nucleic acid can help save time and improve the detection rate in the detection of exogenous virus contamination by SPF chicken test method.

Objective To study the CT and MRI features of primary middle ear carcinoma invading jugular foramen.Methods CT and MRI images of 7 patients with surgically and pathologically confirmed primary middle ear carcinoma invading jugular foramen were analyzed retrospectively,including high resolution CT (HRCT) scan in 6 cases,CT enhancement scan in 1 case and MR plain and enhancement scan in 7 cases.Results On HRCT,the soft tissue lesions mainly located in tympanum,tympanic sinus,the deep of external auditory canal and jugular foramen,and irregular “moth-eaten” bone destruction could be seen,including the destruction of jugular foramen in 7 cases,eustachian tube in 7 cases,facial nerve canal in 4 cases,carotid artery canal in 4 cases,external auditory canal wall in 3 cases,auditory ossicles in 2 cases,vestibular window and horizontal semicircular canal in 1 case.CT plain scan showed the density of soft tissue mass was uniform in 4 cases with CT value of 30-55 HU,and heterogeneous in 2 cases,in which small pieces high density lesions could be found.CT enhancement scan in 1 case revealed moderate and homogeneous enhancement.On MR plain scan,the soft tissue masses with hazy margins could be seen,and compared to the gray matter of brain,the lesions were isointense or slightly hypointense on T1 WI and isointense or slightly hyperintense on T2 WI.The signal was homogeneous in 5 cases and inhomogeneous in 2 cases with small pieces of hypointensity both on T1WI and T2WI.After enhancement,the lesions were enhanced moderately and homogeneously in 5 cases and inhomogeneously in 2 cases with small pieces of nonenhanced area.MRI also showed the erosion of carotid artery in 4 cases,sigmoid sinus in 1 case.Conclusion The primary middle ear carcinoma can invade the jugular foramen area extensively,which may lead to misdiagnosis.HRCT can precisely depict the bone destruction and the invasion of the important anatomic structures in the primary middle ear carcinoma,and the destruction of eustachian tube can help to reduce misdiagnosis.MRI can more clearly show the extent of tumor and the mass signal and enhancement pattern.
