5.Quality Evaluation of Zhenhuang Capsules by HPLC Fingerprint
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2013;(9):66-67,68
Objective To establish the fingerprint for evaluation of Zhenhuang Capsules (Scutellaria Extract, Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma, et al). Methods The fingerprint was established by HPLC with photodiode array detector (PADA). The mobile phase was methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid (gradient elution), column temperature was at 35 ℃, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and detection wavelength was at 280 nm. Results There were 15 common peaks appeared in the HPLC-PADA fingerprint which was defined by Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM (Version 2004A) published by Committee of Pharmacopoeia of China. The similarity of 11 batches examples with the control was more than 0.99. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and sensitive, with good reproducibility. It is suitable for quality evaluation of Zhenhuang Capsules.

Herald of Medicine 2001;(6):351-352
Objective:To explore the combined treatment rigimen of gonococcal prostatitis. Methods:The combined treament of improving remedy of antibiotics was used by taking orally the Chinese medicine and herb medicine demibain in 54 cases of patient with gonococcal prostatitis. compared with controlled group. Results:The curing rate of combined treatment group was 74.1%, being higher significantly than that of controlled group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The combined treatment is better than the controlled group in curing gonococcal prostatitis and preventing recurrence.

Chongqing Medicine 2014;(12):1491-1493
Objective To understand the basic information and differences in the AIDS-related knowledge ,attitude ,behavior and knowledge acquisition between the medical students and the non-medical students to provide the related basis for formulating the ra-tional health education strategy in the colleges and universities .Methods The questionnaires of the AIDS-related knowledge ,atti-tude ,behavior and knowledge acquisition were used to perform the survey on 440 college students including 220 medical students and 220 non-medical students .The SPSS19 .0 software was adopted to analyze the survey results .Results The statistical differ-ences existed between the the medical students and the non-medical students in the average scores of the AIDS-related knowledge and attitude questionnaires(P<0 .05) .The propability of premarital sexual behavior was 3 .96% in the medical stedents and 7 .62%in the non-medical students .The main routes for obtaining the AIDS knowledge in the medical students and the non-medical students were newspapers ,magazines ,televisions and movies .The most popular routes were televisions and movies .Conclusion Colleges and universities should team up with families for conducting the AIDS education through the way that the college and uni-versity students really enjoy ,especially for the non-medical students on the non-transmission route knowledge ,the attitude towards the patients/infected individuals with AIDS and the prevention knowledge .
8.The effect of low-dose dopamine on splanchnic oxygen delivery/oxygen consumption on in rabbits SMAO shock
Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1994;0(01):-
Objective: To study the effect of low-dose dopamine on splanchnic DO_2/VO_2.in rabbit SMAO shock Method:Twenty rabbits were randomly devided into two groups:group A with dopamine, group B as control group. In group A dopamlne was infused at a rate of 5?g?kg~(-1)?min~(-1). SMAO shock model was induced in both groups. Cardiac output index(Cl),portal venous blood flow index (QpvI),mean arterial pressure (MAP),arterial. artiaI and portal venous blood gas analysis.arterial and portal venous serum lactate concentrations(ALT,PLT), total oxygen delivery/oxygen consumption (TDO_2/TVO_2), splanchnic oxygen delivery/oxygen consumption (SDO_2/SVO_2). oxygen extraction ratio(O_2ER) were measured respectively. Result: QpvI, SDO_2,SVO_2 were higher in group A than those of group B (P0.05). CI,MAP, TDO_2/TVO_2 decreased. TO_2ER and SO_2ER increased in both of groups during shock, but without significant differences between both groups. Conclusion: Low-dose dopamine has beneficial effects by increasing portal venous blood perfusion and improving splanchnic oxygenation during SMAO shock in rabbits. but no effects on systemic oxygenation of shock.
9.Injury apoptosis effects of Endoplasmic reticulum stress on the pancreatic β-cell
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2010;33(4):228-230,234
As one of the most sensitive cells of endoplasmic reticulum stress, pancreatic βcells have an abundance of endoplasmic reticulum .It is the adaptive response of pancreatic β cells under Endoplasmic reticulum stress conditions.Internal and external factors in the environment such as oxidative damage, lipid toxicity and the effect of cytokines in the endoplasmic reticulum could breake the steady-state,resulting in barriers to folding or misfolding of protein, thereby to trigger endoplasmic reticulum stress.Serious and lasting stress will lead to β cell apoptosis, involved in a variety of metabohc diseases as well as a variety of diseases. This article gives a review on the injury effects of multi-factor induced endoplasmic reticulum stress on the pancreatic β-cell
10.Role of circadian rhythm change in the pathogenesis of obesity and diabetes
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2011;27(10):793-795
Increasing clinical evidence shows that modern lifestyle interrupting circadian rhythm contributes to the prevalence of obesity and diabetes.Recent genetic animal models further support the interaction of circadian rhythms and metabolic state.Circadian clock is not limited to be in central nervous system, and is also present in nearly all cells of the body, which constitute hierarchically circadian systems. The molecular circadian clock is evolved to allow organisms to anticipate and prepared for predictable, daily changes in the environment and regulates cellular and tissue function by driving patterns of gene expression and enzymatic activity. At present, basic science in this field has progressed at an extraordinary pace and is expected to continue unraveling the mechanisms linking circadian clocks to metabolism, which is important for understanding the pathophysiology of metabolic diseases such as obesity and diabetes, and provides a conceptual basis for the prevention and therapeutics of these diseases.
