Objective:To design a system of computing and storing wound area. Methods:Visual C++6.0 platform has been used to develop the application.With image processing and by means of ADO, the wound area can be calculated and stored in the Access 2003 databse. Results:The system has achieved the expected effect which can be proved by measuring animal model and saving reaults. It can calculate the wound area and save the relative information fast. Conclusion:This system is qualified for computing and storing wound area and can search the information stored as well. Not only can it provide doctors with accurate information,but also bring patients convenience.

Objective To analyze drug resistance data of Enterococcus faecalis and Enterococcus faecium,submitted by member units of Chongqing bacterial drug resistance monitoring network,and to provide the basis for our city effective application of antimicrobial agents and the reference.Methods Target bacteria identification and drug susceptibility test were performed by member units,according to the national technology scheme of bacterial drug resistance monitoring network and the results were determined according to standards published by Clinic and Laboratory Standard Institute(CLSI) in 2015.WHONET5.6 software was used to analyze drug susceptibility,and drug resistance difference was analyzed by using SPSS21.0 software.Results A total of un-repeated 1 811 strains of Enterococcus faecalis and 1 601 strains of Enterococcus faecium,accounting for 13.1% of all positive strains.The resistant rates of the two kinds of bacteria to vancomycin were 0.5% and 1.8%,to rinathiazole amine were 2.5% and 0.5% respectively.Tigecycline resistant strains were not founded.The resistant rate of Enterococcus feaclis to ouinupristin/dalfopristin was 90.1%,to tetracycline was 78.8%,to high concentration of gentamicin was 43.0%,to penicillin,ampicillin and nitrofurantoin was less than 7%.Except ouinupristin/dalfopristin and tetracycline,the resistant rate of Enterococcus faecium to the other drugs were significantly higher than Enterococcus faecalis(P<0.05).Strains isolated from children and adult patients,Intensive Care Unit(ICU) and un-ICU patients were with differences of drug resistance(P<0.05).Conclusion Most of Enterococcus infection could be caused by Enterococcus faecalis and Enterococcus faecium.Monitoring of drug resistance might be helpful for rational and effective usage of antimicrobial agents.

Objective:To evaluate effects of traction arch combined with protraction on dental and skeletal changes in patients with Angel Ⅲ malocclusion in mixed dentition.Methods:Seventeen patients with Angle Ⅲ malocclusion were selected and treated with traction arch combined with protraction. Cephalometric radiographs were taken 6 months before the initiation of treatment, at the initiation of treatment and 6 months after treatment.Cephalometric analysis was used to examine the dental and skeletal changes.Results:Significant changes of maxillary anterior displacement and mandibular downward and backward rotation were observed in the seventeen patients:SNA increased 2.6?,A point moved forward 3.1 mm. The overjet correction of anterior teeth was 5.2 mm, 63% of the overjet correction was due to skeletal changes and 37% due to dental changes. Conclusion:Traction arch combined with protraction is a simple and effective apparatus in the treatment of Angle Ⅲ malocclusion.

[Objective]To investigate the osteogenic ability in vivo of mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs).[Method]Ten-fifteen ml bone marrow aspirates were harvested from the iliac crest of sheep and enriched for MSCs by density gradient centrifugation over a Percoll cushion(1.073 g/ml).After cultured and proliferated,the tissue-engineered bones were constructed with these cells and seeded onto porous 13-tricalcium phosphate ceramics(13-TCP).Then,the constructs were implanted into left metatarsus defect(21 mm in length)of 8 sheep as an experimental group.Porous ?-TCP composed with bone marrow was implanted into defects of same size and position in 8 sheep as a control group.Sheep were sacrificed in the 6th,12th,and 24th week postoperatively,and the implanted samples were examined by radiograph,histology,and biomechanical analysis.[Result]New bone tissue was observed either radiographically or histologically at the defect area of experimental group as early as the 6th week postoperatively;but was not observed in the control group.Because of the new bone formed in a direct manner without progression through a cartilaginous process intermediately,osteoid tissue,woven bone and lamellar bone,occurred earlier in the experimental group than in the control group,in which the bone defects were repaired in a "creep substitution" manner.At the 24th week,radiographs and biomechanical tests revealed an almost complete repair of the defect in experimental group,but only a partial repair in the control group.[Conclusion]MSCs have good reproductive activity not only in vitro,but also in vivo.The new bone formed in a direct manner without progression through a cartilaginous process intermediately when MSCs were transplanted in vivo.The results demonstrated that MSCs was an excellent seed cells for bone tissue engineering.

Sepsis has poor prognosis, and its pathogenesis is not clear. Chemokine CX3CL1 (Fractalkine, FNK) has many functions such as chemotaxis, adhesion and mediate immune injury. CX3CR1 is the only receptor of CX3CL1 and participates in the development of sepsis. Here we review the structure, biological function and possible mechanism of CX3CL1 and CX3CR1 in the pathogenesis of sepsis.

Methods: Pendulum appliances were applied for distalization of maxillary molars in 37 patients whith class Ⅱ malocclusion and 1-Ⅱ degree crowded dentition in upper dental arch. Pretreatment and posttreatment model analysis was conducted. Results: 37 patients treated for 18.2?4.5 weeks with pendulum appliance were accomplished . The increase of arch arc length between the maxillary first molars was (17.36?4.38) mm, the decrease of anterior arch width (-3.04?1.59) mm, and the decrease of posterior arch width (-1.29?2.01) mm . Objective To analyze the relationship between atrial fibrillation (AF) and plasma mononuclear cells or cardiac func-tion .Methods From April 2010 to Jun 2013 ,298 patients with AF from department of cardiology in our hospital were selected as study group ,300 patients without AF were selected as control group in the same period .Both group and the subgroup were analy-sised by t test .Results Plasma monocyte NT-proBNP ,left atrial diameter in AF group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0 .05) ,LVEF was lower than the control group ,the statistical differences between the two groups (P<0 .05) .Compare HF combine AF with HF only ,the NT-proBNP and left atrial diameter were significantly higher in former and the LVEF is lower than the latter ,both with the difference statistical significantly (P< 0 .05) .Merge heart failure combined with atrial fibrillation (HF+AF) and heart failure combined sinus rhythm (HF+ SR) group ,the former in the NT-proBNP and left atrial diameterwere significantly higher than the latter ,LVEF lower than the latter ,the difference was statistically difference (P<0 .05) .Conclusion In the development of AF ,the monocytes may be involved in the occurrence and development of AF .

It has been demonstrated that connective tissue growth factor(CTGF) may enhance proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts,inhibit the functions of osteoblasts,increase osteoclastogenesis in patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis,stimulate proliferation and differentiation of chondrocytes,and induce angiogenesis in vivo and vitro.Above all,CTGF plays an important role in sustaining growth of skeleton and cartilage,and thus maintaining bone quantity.
