1.Experimental study of hydroxyapatite/ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and high-density porous polyethylene used for reconstruction of orbit of rabbits
Journal of Chinese Physician 2009;11(2):205-207
Objective To compare the biocompatible and osteconduetian behavior of the high-density porous polyethylene and hydroxyapatite/ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. Methods Osteoectomy of the upper orbital rim was performed on 60 adult Japan rabbits. The animals were randomly divided into 3 groups with 20 of each. The hydroxyapatite/ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, high-density porous polyethylene was implanted to the upper orbital defect of the animals in respective group. Animals were sacrificed at the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 8th weeks. Alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and Osteocalcin (OC)in the HDPE and hydroxyapatite/ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene was also detected. Result During the experimental period of 8 weeks, there was no implants extrusion or displacement. Fibrous tissue and new vessels grew into HDPE were obviously elder than those grew into hydroxyapatite/ultra high molecular weight polyethy-lene. Alkaline phosphatase and osteocalcin contents has great difference, HDPE group is the best, followed by HA combination artificial group (P<0.05). Conclusions High-density porous polyethylene and hydroxyapatite/ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene are both good orbital reconstruction materials, they all have good biocompatiblity and osteoconductian, but high-density porous polyethylene is better than hydroxyapatite/ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene in osteoconductian.

Objective To explore the effect of psychological resilience and mood on mental health of leftbehind children. Methods Positive and Negative Affect schedule (PANAS),the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescent (RSCA) and Mental Health Scale of Middle School Student (MSSMHS) were administrated to 796 left-behind children. Results ①Positive/negative emotions could significantly predict psychological resilience (β=0.875,P<0.01 ; β=-0.713,P<0.01).②Psychological resilience had significantly negatively forecast mental health (β=-0.759,P<0.01).③The relationship between negative affect and mental health was partially mediated by psychological resilience (P<0.01).The relationship between positive affect and mental health was completely mediated by psychological resilience. Conclusion Psychological resilience plays an important role in the relationship between positive/negative emotions and mental health.Positive affect can improve mental health of left-behind children through psychological resilience.

West China Journal of Stomatology 2015;33(4):336-338
In recent years, the number of outpatients in stomatological hospital is in increasing year by year and being accompanied by the corresponding medical risks. One of the risks which may endanger the patient life is medical emergency which need emergency treatment by the dentists in dental clinical practice. The most common emergency type is syncope, followed by hyperventilation, drug overdose, adrenaline reaction and hypertension, etc. Unexpected events mainly occurred at the end of the treatment and before leaving the dental clinic, during or immediately after the local anesthesia, in the treatment process. Tooth extraction related emergency is the most frequently occurring emergency, followed by the local anesthesia related ones. It's strongly suggested that dentists should pay more attention to outpatient clinical emergency treatment, and related knowledge and skills training should be offered to improve the ability to handle medical emergencies.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2002;0(S1):-
Objective To study the adjunctive therapy with mucosolvan oxygen atomization on bronchitis. Methods All of the 83 cases were bronchitis patients in the hospital, and divided into 2 groups, we observed it`s curative effect compared with normal therapy. HZ Results Therapy in hospital mucosolvan group was 8.4 and thutinegroup was 11.2. Time of chirping and disappearing of lung phlegm. It is 5.1 to bathe Mucosolvan group. But routine group was 8.4.The two groups had remarkable differences and have statistics meanings. Conclusion Mucosolvan Oxgyen urge atomization is a kind of safe and high-efficcient way to heal the bronchitis.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of therapeutic method of eliminating phlegm, tranquilizing and calming wind on essential hypertension (EH) with accumulation of phlegm-wetness and influence on biochemical parameters. Methods One hundred cases of EH were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group (50 cases for each group). The two groups were given the same western treatment. The therapeutic method of eliminating phlegm, tranquilizing and calming wind (with recipe of eliminating phlegm, tranquilizing and calming wind) was given to the treatment group additionally. The course of treatment was 60 days. Grade of phlegm-wetness syndrome, blood pressure (BP), rhythm of the heart (HR), blood lipid, uric acid (UA), blood-glucose, fasting insulin and C-reactive protein of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results BP in the two groups were improved after treatment, and BP in the treatment group was improved more than that in the control group (SBP P=0.000, DBP P =0.049). HR in the treatment group was improved notably than that in the control group (P =0.000). After treatment, the blood-glucose, fasting insulin and C-reactive protein in the treatment group were improved notably compared with those in the control group (the former P =0.001, the latter two P=0.000). UA, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C in the treatment group after treatment were improved in comparison with those before treatment (P =0.000). Conclusion On the basis of western treatment, the therapeutic method of eliminating phlegm, tranquilizing and calming wind can improve BP, HR and C-reactive protein in the patients of EH with accumulation of phlegm-wetness, and it can probably improve the blood lipid and UA to some extent.

Objective To observe the effect of synthetic corticotropin with vitamin B 6 on intractable epilepsy of children. Methods 20 patients (3 months to 4 years old) among which 9 children with infantile spasms and 11 children with intractable epilepsy were injected with vitamin B 6 (50~100 mg/d) for 10 days, then treated with cortrosyn 0 015~0 025 mg/Kg?d by the interval mothod of lengthening dosage, total course of treatment was about 2 months, seizure,EEG and some blood biochemical tests were observed in all patients before and after the course of treatment. Results The seizure of 14 patient children stopped after the treatment, seizure frequency was decreased in 5 patients (from 15 to 40 times/week decreasing to 3 to 14 times/week respectively),1 patient with intractable epilepsy was stopped treating because of side effect. The general clinical condition and EEG were also improved. The blood biochemical tests about liver and kidney were normal during treatment, hypokaliemia, hypocalcemia and slight dropsy were appeared in some patients. Conclusion Cortrosyn with vitamin B 6 is effective for infantile spasms and intractable epilepsy in children of low age.

Objective To observe the effect of Dengzhan Xixin injection on prevention and intervention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system disease of older people caused by metabolic disorder. Method A Group with metabolic syndrome were treated with a mixture of 30~40 mL of Dengzhan Xixin injection in 250 mL of physiological saline by intravenous injections (n=52). A treatment session was one injection once a day for 10~14 days. Each session was repeated every six months for a duration of three years. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease symptoms, and changes of high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) were measured compared with the control group (n=50). Results Compared to the control group, the intervention group had improved symptoms, lower occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease and ruduced hsCRP test result. The difference was significant (P
