1.Expression of COLlal and COL3al in the ligamentum teres of developmental dislocation of the hip

[Objective]To investigate the expression of collagen type I and III at mRNA and protein level in the ligamentum teres of developmental dislocation of the hip(DDH) and the normal hip. [Method]There were 6 pairs joint laxity of patients of DDH group and normal control group with paired control of same sex and age.Semiquantity RT-PCR method was used to detect the COLlal and COL3al in the ligamentum teres at mRNA level. Western-Blot method was used to detect the COLlal and COL3al in the ligamentum teres at protein level. The quantitative analysis of the COLlal and COL3al were performed by professional image software and the results were analyzed with standard statistical methods.[Result]At both mRNA and protein level COLlal expression were decreased in the DDH group compared to the control group(P0.05).[Conclusion]The decreased collagen I expression at mRNA and protein level in the ligamentum teres of the children with DDH may lead to hip joint laxity.Hip joint laxity in DDH may be independent to the content of collagen III.
2.Analysis on Resistance Status of 279 Strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis

Objective The purpose of the study was to understand the resistance status of to anti-tuberculosis drug in Yunnan province, and to provide evidence for tuberculosis (TB) control. Methods The proportional method was used in drug sensitivity test according to the guidelines recommending by WHO. Results Of 301 mycobacterial isolates, 279 (92.7%) strains were complex (MTBC) . The total drug resistance rate was 31.5% (88/279),the initial drug resistance rate of was 27.3%, and the acquired drug resistance rate was 44.3%. The drug resistance rates to INH,RFP,EMB and SM were 19.7%, 10.8%, 12.9%and 19.0%, respectively. The multi-drug resistance (MDR) rate was 9.3%. Conclusion The drug resistant rate of is still high in Yunnan province,and TB control is still a long way to go. Early detection and regular treatment should be done for MDR patients. Drug resistance monitoring as an important part of TB control programs should be regular observation and research.

4.Intercostal artery: study to assess its suitability as a coronary bypass grafting vessel

Objective To assess potential suitability of the intercostal artery as a conduit in coronary bypass graft.Methods Collected 36 cases of chinese adult thoracic aorta CTA original cross-sectional images,the images were retrospectively reconstructed under volume rendering technology (VR),multi-planar reconstruction (MPR),curved planar reformation (CPR) and maximum intensity projection(MIP).Observed and measured the data of the 8th,9th and 10th bilateral intercostal arteries and internal thoracic arteries.Results Toshiba 320-slice volume scanning CT can clearly display the intercostal arteries.The average length and diameter at corresponding point of the left and right 8-10th intercostal artery is similar,all the length is longer than 180 mm,and the diameter at axillary line is all bigger than 2.1 mm,the mean length of right intercostal arteries is slightly longer than the left intercostal arteries,the diameter at each corresponding point of left and right intercostal artery is similar,and equivalent to approximately 85%-90% of internal thoracic artery.Conclusion Intercostal artery can be used as an ideal alternative vessel in coronary artery bypass grafting.
5.Detection of cytogenetic abnormalities in multiple myeloma by using optical genome mapping

Multiple myeloma (MM) is a plasma cell neoplasm characterized by numerous chromosomal number and structural abnormalities, which are of great significance for risk stratification and response evaluation of MM patients. Optical genome mapping (OGM) is a novel technology that has the potential to resolve many of the issues and limitations associated with traditional cytogenetic methods. To date, the clinical utility of OGM has been validated in the fields of cancer, reproduction, and embryonic dysplasia, et al. In this study, we compared OGM to traditional techniques for the first time in five newly diagnosed MM patients, and evaluated the potential of OGM for detecting cytogenetic aberrations and its clinical application value in MM.
7.A new steel bar used in minimally invasive surgery for pectus carinatum

Objective To introduce the application experience of a new steel bar used in minimally invasive surgery for pectus carinatum.Methods From January to October 2018, Cardiothoracic Surgery Department of Shanghai Xinhua Hospital performed a minimally invasive surgery for 25 cases of patients with pectus carinatum used a new type of steel bar.All 25 pa-tients were male, aged 10 -17 years, with an average age of(13.80 ±1.66)years.The application experience of the new bar in pectus carinatum minimally invasive surgery was summarized .Results All operations were successfully completed .The op-eration time was 35-100 min, averaged(73.44 ±17.49)min, postoperative hospital stay was 3 -6 days, averaged(3.68 ± 0.85)days.Postoperative complications included 5 cases of pneumothorax(the lung compression was about 2% -10%, not necessary for surgical intervention).One case occured wound healing delay 1 month after operation, and healed after no surger-cal treatment.The other patients recovered smoothly.Conclusion The new steel bar is convenient to use, greatly reduces the difficulty of the pectus carinatum surgery procedure , also reduced surgical trauma and complications , has a good application prospect.
8.Nursing characteristics and measures in the medical rescue support of Shenzhou-12 space station

Objective:To summarize the nursing experience of medical rescue mission of Chinese manned spaceflight and space station astronauts returning to Dongfeng landing site, to analyze the characteristics of different mission stages of Shenzhou-12 manned spacecraft and Dongfeng landing site, and to take steps to implement effective medical rescue support of the space station missions.Methods:The relevant literature and reports at home and abroad were consulted, the nursing experience of previous medical rescue support tasks was summarized, and the corresponding clinical measures were put forward according to the orbit time of Shenzhou-12 and the complex terrain and climate of the main landing site.Results:Based on the existing experience, the rescue process had been further detailed, the emergency plan had been formulated, the clinical process in each plan had been refined, the clinical process in front of the cabin, in the carrier and in the evacuation process of nurses under different injury conditions had been formulated and improved, and the special training of nurses' own quality and nursing skills was carried out to improve the overall quality and combat ability of the nursing echelon.Conclusions:The improvement and refinement of clinical process in the medical rescue support task of the main landing site of Shenzhou-12 has provided a solid assurance for the successful completion of manned aerospace medical rescue support task.
9.Osteochondral tissue engineering based on biomimetic osteochondral scaffold contained calcified cartilage layer compounding with ADSCs in vivo

Objective The biomimetic osteochondral scaffold contained calcified cartilage layer(CCL) was fabricated using slik fibroin (SF) and hydroxyapatite (HA) for materials.To investigate effects of biomimetic osteochondral scaffold contained CCL compounding with ADSCs on regeneration of the osteochondral defect on the rabbit knee,explore the feasibility of this design as a concept of osteochondral tissue engineering.Methods We fabricated a novel biomimetic osteochondral scaffold with CCL using SF and HA by the combination of paraffin-sphere leaching and modified temperature gradient-guided thermal-induced phase separation (TIPS) technique.The pore size,porosity,and compressive modulus of elasticity of the scaffold cartilage layer and the osteogenic layer were measured by scanning electron microscopy and microscopy CT.The osteochondral defect model on rabbit bilateral knees were established,and implanted with the non-CCL group (non-CCL scaffold compounding with ADSCs) and CCL group (CCL scaffold compounding with ADSCs).At 4,8 and 12 weeks after implantation,the rabbits were euthanized,respectively.Gross observation score,histological and immunohistochemical assessment,biochemical quantitative of new osteochondral tissue,micro-CT scans for new bone,were executed.We evaluated the regeneration of osteochondral defects in each group,and verified the role of CCL in vivo.Results The biomimetic osteochondral scaffold with CCL had a consecutively overlapping trilayer structure with different densities and pore structures,including a chondral layer (top layer),intermediate layer and bony layer (bottom layer).The cartilage layer had a well-oriented microporous structure with a uniform distribution with a pore size of (112.43± 12.65)μm and a porosity of 90.25%±2.05%.The subchondral bone layer had a good three-dimensional macroporous structure,good connectivity,pore size (362.23±26.52) μm,porosity of osteogenic layer was 85.30%± 1.80%.The cartilage regeneration in CCL+AD-SCs group was better than non-CCL+ADSCs group.The content of GAG and type Ⅱ collagen in new cartilage tissue in CCL+AD-SCs group was much more than non-CCL+ADSCs group.The new bone tissue analysis and biomechanical testing had no significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion The biomimetic osteochondral SF/HA scaffold contained CCL mimics the structure of normal osteochondral tissue with good 3-dimensional pore structure and biocompatibility.The scaffold complex autologous ADSCs successfully repair osteochondral defects in rabbit knee,and the presence of CCL accelerates the growth of cartilage.
10.Experience in the handover of manned space medical rescue support

To analyze how the handover were effected by the conditions of manned spaceflight medical support mission through the practice of medical equipment and drugs in Shenzhou-12 and Shenzhou-13 manned spaceflight medical rescue support missions, this article discussed the preparation, organization and implementation in the handover of medical equipment and drugs in the changing of medical rescue teams, summarized the notices in the work of handover, and provided experience for the smooth handover of different manned spaceflight medical rescue teams in the future.
