1.Effects of Valsartan and Benazepril on Albuminuria in Diabetic Nephropathy
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(11):-
300mg/d)were randomly divided into two groups:①Val group consisted of 20 cases(8M/12F),treated with Val 80~160mg/day.②Ben group 20 cases(9M/11F),treated with Ben 10~30mg/d.A goal of blood pressure(BP)control was 130/80mmHg or less in the two groups.Treatment period lasted for 8 weeks. The levels of UAE were measured by radioimmunoassay before and after treatment. We also measured Bp,fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobulin. Results After treatment of 8 weeks,Bp values in the two groups declined significantly compared with the pretreatment levels(P0.05).The levels of UAE in the two groups decreased significantly in comparison with pretreatment(P0.05).Val group seems to have lower adverse drug reaction rate. Conclusions The results indicate that Val has similar effects on reducing UAE in DN compared with Ben.And Val has fewer side effects.

Objective To evaluate the effect of initial empirical antibiotherapy in CAP since the practice of the clinical path -way and the classification management of antibiotic and the analysis of sputum culture .Methods One hundred and sixty patients with CAP consistent with the clinical pathway were divided according to the preferred choice of empiric antibiotherapy , the results of disea-ses distribution, objective, number, therapeutic effect, drug distribution and sputum culture were listed .Results The most preferred antibiotic of initial empiric antibiotherapy were penicillins with a β-lactamase inhibitor, bibasic cephalosporin and respiratory fluoro -quinolone, it was identical with the recommendation of guideline and indirectly demonstrated that the pathogen of CAP was identical with the guideline. Conclusions The initial therapy of CAP is still depended on empirical antibiotherapy , the most CAP are cured by correct empirical antibiotharepy according to the guideline , the instruction effect of the pathogen detection of sputum to the therapy of CAP is limited.

AIM Taurine was reported neuroprotective under several ischemic models in vivo. In this study, the direct effect of taurine against oxygen-glucose deprivation (OGD) inducing acute neuronal injury and the underlying mechanisms in vitro were investigated. METHODSFour hours OGD was used to induce in vitro ischemic injury in rat cortical neurons. Taurine 5, 10 and 20 mmol·L-1 was added 20 h before and during 4 h OGD period respectively. Mortality rate of neuron was assayed by MTT and flow cytometry methods. Level of neuronal [Ca2+]i was detected by Fura 2/AM loading. Amino acid concentrations in culture media were measured by high performance liquid chromatography. RESULTS Under OGD conditions, neuronal death was markedly increased, and the levels of neuronal [Ca2+]i and extracellular glutamate level were enhanced obviously. Taurine pretreatment obviously decreased the percentage of neuronal death induced by OGD. In addition, abnormal elevation of neuronal [Ca2+]i and extracellular glutamate level induced by OGD both were markedly repressed by taurine. CONCLUSION Taurine can alleviate rat cortical neuron injury induced by OGD, the mechanisms were likely due to repressing calcium overload and inhibiting excessive release or leakage of glutamate under such conditions.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 1992;0(01):-
Objective To evaluate the value of CT-guided biopsy of deep-located lesion in the diagnosis of lymphoma. Methods CT-guided percutaneous biopsy was performed in 58 patients with 16-20 gauge core-needle biopsy. The locations of lesion involved mediastinun, lung, retroperitonurn, spleen, kidney, adrenalal and musculoskeletal system. Pathology examination included hematoxylin and eosin staining and immunohistochemical assays. Results In 56 out of 58 cases, the biopsy findings could be confirmed by histologic examination including correctly diagnosed 47 malignant lymphomas, corresponding to a sensitivity of 81%;with fuithecmace subclassification 42 of the 47(89.4%) could be as diagnosed malignant lymphomas on the basis of CT-guided biopsy. Conclusions Biopsy of deeply located lymphoma mass under CT guidance has high diagnostic accuracy and low complication rate with convenience for subclassification of malignant lymphomas.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(07):-
Objective To study the technique and clinical significance of percutaneous mediastinum biopsy guided by CT. Methods 35 cases with mediastinal masses were undergone this procedure. Results The successful rate of the procedure was 100%. The successful punctural rates reached 100% for malignant neoplasms(21/21)85.71% for benign lesions(11/14), and the diagnostic accuracy was 94.21%(33/35). The complication of pneumothorax occurred in 3 cases, and mediastinal bleeding presented in 1 case. Conclusions CT-guided percutaneous mediastinum biopsy possesses high diagnostic accuracy, simultaneously with great help for the management.

Objective:To explore the relationship between DNA ploidy heterogeneity and clinical biological behavior on patients with malignant tumor. Methods:The DNA ploidy heterogeneity of tumor tissue was measured in 163 patients with malignant tumors by flow cytometry. The relations were analyzed between DNA ploidy heterogeneity and clinical stage, pathological grade, metastasis rate of patients with malignant tumors. Results:The rates of DNA ploidy heterogeneity were significantly different in different tumors. The rates of heterogeneity raised with increase of clinical stage and pathological grade(P
