Objective To study cervical HPV infection in female patients with vulvar condyloma acuminatum(CA)from Shanghai area.MethodsExfoliated cells were obtained from cervices and vulva lesions of CA of 194 patients.respectively.HPV genotyping was carried out in cell samples using capture-hybridization method and gene chip techniques. Results HPV was detected in vulva lesions of all the 194 patients.Among them,74.2%(144/194)were positive for low risk(LR)-HPV,and 25.8%(50/194)for high risk(HR)-HPV.A single HPV genotype(6 or 11)was detected in 136(94.4%)patients with LR-HPV.and mixed genotypes of LR-HPV and HR-HPV in 46(86%)patients with HR.HPV.Of the 194 patients.85.6%(166/194)were complicated by cervical HPV infection.including 119(61.4%)cases of LR-HPV and 46(23.7%)cases of HR-HPV,In the case of HPV genotype.the consistence between CA lesions and cervix was 95.8%(159/166).The prevalence of LR-HPV declined sequentially from subtype 11 to 6 and 53,and that of HR-HPV from subtype 16 to 18 followed by 52,31,45 and 58.Conclusions There is a high rate of infection with HR-HPV in female patients with CA.and nearly one quarter of these patients are complicated by cervical HR-HPV infection.

Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the marine sponge, Spongia sp., collected from the Xisha Islands. Methods The pure chemical components from the petroleum ether extract of Spongia sp.were obtained by repeated column chromatography on silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC.Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis and comparison with the reported data. The antifungal activity of those compounds was evaluated by dilution method. Results 9 compounds were isolated and identified, including smenodiol(1),smenospongorine(2),5-epi-smenospongorine(3),dictyoceratin C(4),epi-smenospongidine(5),dictyoceratin A(6),stigmasta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one(7),3-oxo-4,6,8(14)-triunsaturated steroids(8),ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one(9).Conclusion Compounds 1~9 were isolated from the sponge of genus spongia for the first time.Compound 2、3、5 and 9 exhibited antifungal activities against Candida albicans,Trichophyton mentaqrophytes and Trichophyton rubrum with the MIC values of 12.5~25 μg/ml.

Carotid endarterectomy (CEA) is one of the methods to prevent stroke in patients with atherosclerotic carotid stenosis. Under cervical plexus block, the consciousness of patients can be evaluated to determine whether shunt is needed during the clamp period of carotid artery. Traditional nerve block adopts blind technique according to anatomical landmark. Ultrasound-guided nerve block can identify accurate location of puncture site, improve anesthesia effect and minimize the potential risk of block-related complications. To provide guidance for clinical application, this article reviews the status quo of carotid endarterectomy, anesthesia methods and ultrasound-guided cervical plexus block.

Objective To explore the effects of the "three-in-one" nursing management model when applied in the patients with maintained hemodialysis. Methods Totally 102 patients with maintained hemodialysis who were treated in Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province from July 2015 to August 2017 were selected by convenient sampling, and equally and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing and management, while patients in the observation group received the "three-in-one" nursing and management of hospitals, communities and families. Their personal information was filed when they were admitted into hospital, and the nursing work was transferred to the nurses in the community health service center in the vicinity of the patients' residence which was chosen one week before the patients were discharged from hospital. These nurses provided family rehabilitation guidance to the patients. The changes in blood pressure, degree of thirst, taste acuity and the resting salivary flow rate were compared between the patients in the two groups before and after the intervention. The Self-Management Scale and the MOS Item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36) were used to compare the self-management behavior and quality of life between the patients in the two groups. Results After three months' intervention, the systolic pressure of the patients in the observation group and the patients in the control group was (132.67±12.54)mmHg and (141.57±12.09) mmHg respectively (t=3.370,P<0.05); the taste acuity score of the patients in the observation group and the patients in the control group was (78.23±8.72) and (66.31±9.65), respectively (t=6.545, P<0.05); the scores for self-management behavior and overall health of the patients in the observation were (70.52±10.05) and (87.65±6.92), both higher than those of the patients in the control group (t=4.656, 2.660;P<0.05).Conclusions The "three-in-one" nursing and management model applied in the patients with maintained hemodialysis can help to improve taste acuity, self-management behavior and quality of life in these patients, thus worthy of clinical application.
