In view of the present situation of medical English vocabulary teaching, we propose to apply the picture teaching method to the teaching of English vocabulary. Picture application process is:teaching ideas - picture searching - picture introduction - question design - example sentence (implica-tions) introduction. We also analyze how to apply pictures related to Chinese and western culture, anecdotes and oddities, stars and celebrities, and common diseases to medical English vocabulary teaching according to the features and interest of the students, so as to activate the knowledge the students already acquired, to achieve good teaching effect through interaction between the teacher and students and to help the students have a solid command of medical English vocabulary taught in class.

Aimed at problems in current audio-visual-oral English teaching for medical students,such as the inconsistency between teaching materials and training objectives,the lack of flexibility and effectiveness in teaching methods and inadequacy of comprehensiveness and objectiveness in assessment methods,the paper analyses and explores audio-visual-oral medical English teaching in three aspects,namely teaching curriculum-setting up topic for each unit based on the contents of medical courses and designing various teaching tasks according to three-step procedure of extensive listening-intensive listening-derivative discussion,teaching methods-adopting pictorial method in teaching medical English vocabulary,macro-micro listening method and interpretation for imitation method,and assessment methods-applying a combination of formative assessment and summative assessment.

Based on the analysis of the influence of the valve pivot distance on the performance of mechanical heart valve (MHV), such as the valve opening and closing features, flow field characteristics and the valve assembly properties, value constraints of the valve pivot distance were established, and the reasonable valve was obtained by means of the finite element method. It can be shown that the central flow characteristics of the valve could be enhanced with the increasing of the ratio of pivot distance to valve inner diameter, but the plastic deformation of the ring could be liable to occur in the MHV assembly process. It is proved that the valve of specifications can be designed in similar ratio of pivot distance to valve inner diameter according to the result of the valve performance experiment.

Copper is an essential trace element and plays an important role in the synthesis and function of many metabolic enzymes. However,it may be toxic when copper is overloaded. Numerous studies have been conducted on copper metabolism,especially the toxicity on liver;but systemic review is rare. This article is a systemic review on metabolism, mechanism of toxic effect,liver disease related to overloading of copper,and illustrates the effect of copper on liver ultra structure,oxidative stress,mitochondrial function,cell cycle and apoptosis.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of emedastine difumarate eye drops combined with pranoprofen eye drops on histamine (HA), eosinophil cationic protein (ECP), leukotrienes B4(LTB4) and, IgE levels of allergic conjunctival and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods 76 cases of patients with allergic conjunctivitis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group , control group were treated with fumaric acid emedastine eye drops, experimental group were treated with fumarate emedastine combined with pranoprofen eye drops, and then compare the efficacy and serum ECP, HA, LTB4 and IgE levels between two groups before and after treatment of the symptoms and signs score . Results The total efficacy of experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (94.70%vs.81.60%)(P<0.05).The serum ECP, HA, LTB4 and IgE levels of experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The emedastine difumarate combined with pranoprofen eye drops in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis is better than single medication, and ECP, HA, LTB4, IgE significantly decrease.

Objective: Medical waste management is not only the problem of hospital, but also is an important public health problem. Apply modern information technology to insure real-time tracking and monitoring medical waste recycling, storage, disposal, improve medical waste management. Methods: Construct medical waste management system with wireless network, bar code and RFID etc. Results:By this system, transportation, storage and disposal that process of medical waste within the hospital are monitoring and supervision effective. Conclusion:The collection and transportation sectors of medical waste have been standard, to ensure the security, enhanced transparency and improved hospital management.

Objective To summary the color Doppler imaging feature of localized Castleman disease.Methods From January 1997 to November 2011,32 localized Castleman diseases which were proved by pathology were analyzed.Results Round-like,hypoechoic,hypervascular lesions were showed in 23 hyalinevascular type lesions,2 of them with calcium,3 of them with structure liked lymph node hilum.Round-like,hypoechoic,hypervascular lesions or normal lymph node were showed in 5 plasma- type lesions and 4 mixed type lesions.Conclusions When round like,hypoechoic,hypervascular lesion is found by ultrasonography,Castleman should be considered.Calcium or lymph nod hilum-like structure is special finding in diagnosis of Castleman disease by ultrasonography.

Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of rapidly growing mycobacteria bloodstream infections.Methods: Based on the two pharmaceutical consultation practice for one case of rapidly growing mycobacteria bloodstream infections after fracture operation, the paper summarized and analyzed the problems in different stages of treatment.Results: The first consultation optimized the dosage of vancomycin according to the patient''s serum concentration and creatinine clearance rate.The second consultation suggested doctors actively perform anti-infection treatment for rapidly growing mycobacteria after the patient''s clinical symptoms and examination results were improved significantly.It is recommended to withdraw anti TB drugs, and the use of clarithromycin combined with amikacin was suitable.The patient was discharged with improved health conditions.Conclusion: Positive intervention and correct diagnosis are the keys for the successful treatment of suspected or definite mycobacteria infection in surgical sites.

Objective This study was designed to examine the expression of VEGF and its correlation with clinicopathological factors of cervical carcinoma. Methods mmunohistochemistry S-P method was used to detect the expression of VEGF in 10 cases of nomal cevical epithelium( NCE), 18 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasm (CIN) and 77 cases of early invasive carcinoma of cervix (ICC). Results The positive rate of VEGF protein in NCE,CIN,ICC was 10% (1/10) ,44.4% (8/18) ,74. 0% (57/77), respectively. The defference was significant (P ＜0. 05). Expresson of VEGF was not related with tumor stage, histologic types and stroma infiltration, but related with cell differentiation and intravascular involvement、lymph node metastasis. Conclusion VEGF protein had a positive correlation with cell differentiation and intravascular involvement 、 lymph node metastasis. the expression of VEGF gene result in the occurrence and development of cervical carcinoma by inducing the angiogenesis.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a pharmacy online to offline (O2O) platform service quality evaluation model,and to provide reference for platform operators to improve the service quality. METHODS:Using SERVQUAL scale,combining the situa-tion of pharmacy O2O platform development in China,the reliability,safety and aspects of O2O platform were analyzed to sum up primary evaluation index of pharmacy O2O platform service quality. Based on this,the expert interviews questionnaire was de-signed. According to the questionnaire results,indicators were modified and empowered to construct the pharmacy O2O platform service quality evaluation model;the reliability and validity of model were validated. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:According to the connotations of each dimension analysis in the SERVQUAL scale and expert interview results of pharmacy O2O platform ser-vice quality,pharmacy O2O platform service quality evaluation model is constructed,including five indicators as“reliability”“se-curity”,and 18 secondary indexes as the“number of platform pharmacy”“pharmacy qualification show”“pharmacy type”. The re-sults of model index reliability and validity verification show that model construction is reasonable and can provide reference for platform operators improving service quality. Follow-up research should give full consideration to the Chinese consumer behavior habits,personal preferences and other factors to build more suitable pharmacy O2O platform service quality evaluation model in China.
