Exosome is a self-secreted phospholipid bilayer nanovesicles, and has shown great potential in drug delivery field due to the important advantages of low immunogenicity and homologous targeting. Phototherapy, mainly includes photodynamic therapy (PDT) and photothermal therapy (PTT), utilize light to activate photoactive drug for tumor cell killing. The advanced therapeutic strategy shows low toxic side-effect and non-invasion precise advantages, and thus has made great progress in tumor treatment over the past few years. Therefore, using exosomes as a drug delivery system to deliver phototherapeutic agents can improve therapeutic performances with a reduced side-effect, and further enhance their application potential for clinical tumor therapy. This review focus on the rising cross-subjects field involving exosomes and phototherapy, and mainly introduce the research progress and relative case of exosomes-based delivery system for cancer phototherapy. Additionally, the advantages and challenges of exosome-based phototherapy are also discussed and proposed.

Objective To study the relationship between VEGF-C,CD34 expression and thyroid papillary tumor tissue by combining assays of VEGF-C and CD34 in thyroid tumor tissue. Methods The expression of VEGF-C and CD34 were dectected by immunohistochemistry in 61 cases(thyroid papillary cancer 38.thyroid adenoma 23).Results VEGF-C level in thyroid papillary cancer(38.24±19.58)were significantly hisher than that in thyroid adenoma(16.49±9.25,P<0.01);CD34 in thyroid papillary cancer (23.68 ±9.07)/HP were higher than that in thyroid adenoma(18.70±6.34,t=4.9889,P<0.01).We found a significant relationship between the VEGF-C expression and cancerometastasis or tumor size(P<0.01;P<0.05).There was also a relationship between the CD34 expression and cancerometastasis or tumor size or age (P<0.01 or P<0.05).There Was positive relationship between the expression of VEGF-C and CD34(r=0.46.P<0.01).Conclusion It is suggested that combined detections of VEGF-C and CD34 may have important reference value on the differential diagnosis between thyroid papillary tumor tissue.

Objective To investigate the effects of Chinese herbal medication combined with nutrition intervention on perioperative nutrition in patients with colon carcinoma. Methods Ninety-six patients with colon carcinoma were divided according to their odd or even number into the control group and the intervention group. The former were given routine nutrition and the latter Chinese herbal medication combined with nutrition intervention. Then the mini-nutritional assessment(MNA)was used to assess the changes before and after operation and the complications. Results The intervention group was significantly better than the control one in terms of all nutrition factors but hematoglobin(P<0.05).The incidences of complication and dystrophy in the intervention group were lower than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chinese herbal medication combined with nursing intervention is important for the improvement of their nutrition and the reduction of postoperative complications.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2015;(5):700-703
Objective:To evaluate the quality of root filling with Resilon/Epiphany Self-Etch(RESE).Methods:30 recently extrac-ted mandibular premolars were randomly divided into 2 groups. After root canal preparation, the roots in experimental group(n =1 4) were filled with RESE,those in control group(n =1 6)were filled with Gutta-percha/AH plus. The quality of the optical obturation was evaluated by X-ray photography. Results:The buccolingual X-ray scores of the two filling materials were higher than the mesiodistal sores(P <0.05),there was no statistical significance between the two kinds of filling materials(P >0.05).The mesiodistal X-ray score of RESE group was higher than that of Gutta-percha/AH plus group(P <0.05).Conclusion:The X-ray resistance of the RESE filling system is more favorable than Gutta-percha/AH plus for the evaluation of root filling quality by X-ray examination.

Clinical Medicine of China 2008;24(8):780-782
Objective To study the relationship between fragile histidine traid (FHIT), pituitary tumor transforming gene-1 (PTTG-1) in thyroid tumor tissue. Methods The expression of FHIT and PTTG-1 were detected by immunohistocbemistry in 96 eases (56 carcinoma,40 adenoma). Results Compared with thyroid adenoma, the expression of FHIT decreased (P <0.01) ,PTTG-1 increased in thyroid carcinoma(P <0.01). The expression of FHIT is different in thyroid carcinoma in eancerometastasis to non-cancerometastasis (P < 0. 01), prognosis index (≥65) and prognosis index(< 65) (P < 0.01 and P < 0.05) ; There also was statistically significant differences between the expression of PTTG in thyroid carcinoma (P <0.05 and P <0.01). Conclusion FHIT and FTTG-1 may be an important reference significance in the differentiation of benign and malignant thyroid tumor tissue, and may serve as useful prognostic markers.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2003;0(10):-
Objective To establish a gene diagnosis assay for spinal muscular atrophy(SMA) in children. Method Analysis of the survival motor neuron (SMN) gene in 19 SMA patients and in 21 normal controls were performed by using polymerase chain reaction - fragment length polymorphism (PCR - RFLP) method. Result Deletion of exon 7and 8 in SMNt gene were found in all 19 SMA patients, while no such changes were found in normal controls. Conclusion The SMNt gene exon 7 and 8 examine can be applied to SMA gene diagnosis, and the PCR- RFLP method have higher sensitivity and particularity to the SMA diagnosis.

Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine 2006;0(10):-
Objective To evaluate the reliability of transpulmonary thermodilution technique, for the quantification of extravascular lung water.Method Eighteen dogs were randomly divided into 3 groups:normal group(n=6),ALIp(acute lung injury caused by pulmonary monary origin causes)group(n=6)and a ALIexp(acute lung injury caused by extra-pulmonary origin causes)(n=6).ALI_(exp)model was prepared by intravenous injection of injection of oleie acid.ALI_p model was made by inhalation of detergent.Extravascular lung water(EVLW)was measured by PiCCO monitor(PULSION,Germany)before and immediately after the intratracheal introduction of normal saline into the alveoh of lungs of normal and ALI dogs. Results The EVLW of the normal group was(254.5?13.0)mL.The volume of the normal between pre-and postinstillation(?EVLW) was approximate to the volume of normal saline instilled with a good correlation(r=0.986,P
