Objective To study the different curative effect between r-tPA application and urokinase in the interventional therapy for acute and severe pulmonary embolism. Methods Analyzed the clinical date of 22 cases acute and severe pulmonary embolism patients, and classified them into two groups according to the application of r-tPA and urokinase to compare the changes of their blood pressure, heart rate, arterial partial pressure of oxygen, hemachrome and pulmonary arterial pressure before and after therapy, meanwhile, record the thrombolysis time that the two groups took. Results The thrombolysis effect time adopting urokinase was remarkably longer than that thrombolysis adopting r-tPA(P<0.05); The blood pressure, heart rate, arterial partial pressure of oxygen of the two groups gained remarkable improvement after therapy(P<0.05).The pulmonary arterial pressure of the urokinase group dropped obviously after operation(P<0.05),while the r-tPA group dropped not so significantly after operation. The hemachrome of the two groups did not dropped significantly after operation. Conclusion The r-tPA and urokinase are both effective to interventional therapy for acute and severe pulmonary embolism, while r-tPA can clearly shorten the time in thrombolysis and could reduce any bleeding risk.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2002;8(4):241-242
ObjectiveTo study the necessity of treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc by active movement treatment. Methods68 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were divided into the group of active movement treatment (31 cases) and the control group (37 cases). One year later, the recurrence rate and F wave motor nerve conduction velocity of two groups were compared. ResultsThere is a lower recurrence rate (P<0.05) and a faster F wave motor nerve conduction velocity (P<0.01) in the group of active movement treatment compared with the control group. F wave motor nerve conduction velocity of the group of active movement treatment is also faster than that of 1 year ago (P<0.001). Conclusions It is necessary for patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc doing active movement.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2012;47(7):926-9
To study the chemical constituents of Alchornea trewioides, silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20, reverse phase ODS column chromatography, MCI and semi-preparative HPLC were used to separate the 95% EtOH extract of the root of Alchornea trewioides. The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic studies including ESI-TOF-MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HSQC and HMBC. Eight phenolic acids were obtained and identified as 1-O-galloyl-6-O-vanilloyl-beta-glucose (1), gallic acid (2), ethyl gallate (3), syringic acid (4), glucosyringic acid (5), erigeside C (6), 3, 4-dimethoxyphenyl-(6'-O-alpha-L-rhamnosyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (7) and 3, 4, 5-trimethoxyphenyl-(6'-O-galloyl)-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (8). Among them, compound 1 is a new compound, compounds 4-8 are isolated from the genus Alchornea for the first time, and the others are isolated from the plant for the first time.

Objective To propose a decision tree-based early warning model so as to predict the medical equipment quantity and quality under special conditions to quantize maintenance and detection staffs allocation, components supply, emergency planning and etc. Methods A data set was established based on the verification report, data on performance parameters detection and daily management log,and then underwent pretreatment.A decision tree came into being with the algorithms of ID3,CHAID and etc.The data rule corresponding to the decision tree was transformed into a series of early warning information. The model was verified by applying it to medical equipment usage management. Results The decision tree developed was applied to analyzing a vehicle-mounted water purifying device maintenance and usage records in some logistics support vehicle, and it's found the main factors contributing to the failures included migration distance along non-paved road, ambient temperature and service time. Conclusion The decision tree-based early warning model for medical equipment quantity and quality gains high feasibility and practical values.

China Biotechnology 2006;0(07):-
OsRacD is a critical molecular switch involved in photoperiod fertility conversion of photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile rice.Taking OsRacD as bait,a new rice myosin heavy chain partial cDNA was isolated from the rice panicle by yeast two-hybrid,and designated OsMY1.The interaction between OsMY1 and OsRacD had been testified by yeast two-hybrid and pull down assay,it showed that OsMY1 could bind with OsRacD,suggested that OsMY1 maybe the target of OsRacD.The important evidence for further study on the functional relationship between OsMY1 and OsRacD in vivo are also provided.

Objective:To establish a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS) method for determining the concentration of amlodipine besylate in human plasma and to evaluate the bioequivalence of 2 kinds of amlodipine besylate tablets. Methods: Twenty healthy male volunteers were enrolled into a single crossover study.A single dose of the suspension equivalent to 10 mg amlodipine besylate or a reference preparation was given in a crossover way.The plasma concentrations of amlodipine besylate were determined by LC-MS method in the volunteers at different time points;the pharmacokinetic parameters and relative bioavailability were calculated and the bioequivalence of the 2 preparations were evaluated. Results: The pharmacokinetic parameters for experimental and the reference preparations were: C_max(6.21?1.88) vs(6.03?1.08) ng/ml;AUC_0-120(250.68?52.61) vs(246.14?52.11) ng h/ml;T_max(6.0?2.3) vs(6.1? 2.5) h;t_1/2(40.45?6.68) vs(43.74?9.05) h,respectively. The linear range of the present method was 0.1-20.0 ng/ml;the lowest detectable concentration of amlodipine besylate was 0.1 ng/ml.There was no significant difference in pharmacokinetic parameters between the 2 tablets. Conclusion: The present method is simple to use, fast, and accurate. The 2 preparations of amlodipine besylate are bioequivalent.

International Eye Science 2016;16(6):1162-1164
Abstract?AIM: To evaluate the clinical application of IOL Master by comparing with traditional ultrasound biometry on the accuracy and characteristics of intraocular lens calculation.?METHODS:Data was analyzed from 164 patients ( 206 eyes ) with age - related cataracts who underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens ( IOL ) implantation in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015. Before surgery, axial length and corneal curvature were measured with IOL Master and combined application of ultrasonic or manual keratometry, respectively. Phacoemulsification and foldable lens implantation were done in the patients. IOL power calculation was carried out using the SRK-Ⅱformula with the basis of IOL Master data. The visual acuity and refractive outcome were followed-up for 3mo postoperatively.?RESULTS:There was a significant difference between the two methods on axial length measurement which was 23. 86 ± 1. 05mm by IOL Master and 23. 50 ± 0. 83mm by ultrasound ( P = 0. 025 ). There was also a significant difference between the two methods on corneal curvature measurement which was 44. 18 ± 1. 35D by IOL Master and 43. 70 ± 1. 41D by keratometry ( P = 0. 01 ). The mean absolute error(MAE), at 3mo after operation, was 0. 41± 0. 30D and 0. 93 ± 1. 10D by the IOL Master and ultrasound groups, respectively, there was a significant difference between the two methods(P=0. 027).?CONCLUSION:The IOL Master is a non-contact, safe,easy-to-do and patient-friendly methods for axial length and corneal curvature measurement with high accuracy, thus it can calculate the IOL power more accurate and improve the predictive value for postoperative refraction.
