AIM: To evaluate the effects of radiotherapy combined IL 2 in the treatment of the transferred remnant of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in jugular lymph. METHODS: Treatment group (n=32) was given radiation DA 6000 6800 cGy combined an injection of IL 2 4 (104 u (three times each week). A routine radiation DA 6000 6800 cGy was adopted as a control group in another 31 cases. RESULTS: Lymph disappearance rate at treatment and control group reached 93.8 % and 71.0 %, respectively (P

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 1997;0(06):-
In order to treat or prevent portal vein metastases of liver cancer, intraportal chemotherapies were carried on in 18 and in 42 patients with and without portal vein thrombosis. The agents used were Pharmorubicin 30 mg, Mitomycin—C 8 mg and 5—Flurouracil 500 mg. The results showed that the incidence of portal thrombosis in preventive group (19.04%) was lower than that in control group (38.9%) (P

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2023;58(4):867-874
Vaccination has been proved to be the most effective strategy to prevent the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The mRNA vaccine based on nano drug delivery system (NDDS) - lipid nanoparticles (LNP) has been widely used because of its high effectiveness and safety. Although there have been reports of severe allergic reactions caused by mRNA-LNP vaccines, the mechanism and components of anaphylaxis have not been completely clarified yet. This review focuses on two mRNA-LNP vaccines, BNT162b2 and mRNA-1273. After summarizing the structural characteristics, potential allergens, possible allergic reaction mechanism, and pharmacokinetics of mRNA and LNP
5.Etiological analysis of 67 cases of acute leukemia combined with fungal infection.
Journal of Experimental Hematology 2009;17(1):218-221
In order to study the etiological distribution characteristics of fungal infection and improve the clinical therapeutic efficacy in acute leukemia (AL) patients, the fungal infection etiological distribution, infection site and cause were retrospectively analyzed in 67 cases of AL combined with fungal infection. The result indicated that 63 strains of pathogens were isolated from all detected samples. Infection sites involved oral cavity, low respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, blood and urethra; susceptible factors was correlated positively to the duration of administration of broad-spectral antibiotics, glucocorticoid and agranulocytosis. It is concluded that (1) Candida albicans accounts as the most of infection spectrum in AL; (2) main sites of invasive fungal infection are low respiratory tract (63.64%) and gastrointestinal tract (18.18%); (3) the susceptible factors to fungal infection are agranulocytosis and administration of broad-spectral antibiotics in acute leukemia patients; (4) there is interaction between the use of antibiotics and agranulocytosis for the same fungal infection, there is no relationship between long-term use of glucocorticoids and agranulocytosis, and also no relationship between long-term use of glucocorticoids and antibiotics.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2014;31(5):971-977
To better evaluate neuromuscular function of patients with stroke related motor dysfunction, we proposed an effective corticomuscular coherence analysis and coherent significant judgment method. Firstly, the related functional frequency bands in the electroencephalogram (EEG) were extracted via wavelet decomposition. Secondly, coherence were analysed between surface electromyography (sEMG) and sub-bands extracted from EEG. Further more, a coherent significant indicator was defined to quantitatively describe the similarity in certain frequency domain and phase lock activity between EEG and sEMG. Through the analysis of corticomuscular coherence during knee flexion-extension of stroke patients and healthy controls, we found that the stroke patients exhibited significantly lower gamma-band corticomuscular coherence in performing the task with their affected leg, and there was no statistically significant difference between their unaffected lag and the healthy controls, but with the rehabilitation training, the bilateral difference of corticomuscular coherence in patients decreased gradually.

Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 1993;0(03):-
Experimental studies showed that the water extract of rhubarb had low content of anthraquinone and a strong purgative while the alcohol extract a high content of anthraquinone and was free of purgative action, even tannin was eliminated. The purgative action of the water extract was also last when mixed with alcohol extract. The experimental results coincide with the traditional experience in Chinese medicinal theory:"the fresh Rhubarb has a purgative action while rhubarb prepared with wine can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis."However, from the angle of anthraquinone and tannin, the explanation is unreasonable. It is indicated that the purgative action of rhubarb is greatly influenced, even disappears when prepared with alcohol. So, attention should be paid in the preparation process of Chinese patent drugs containing rhubarb.

Objective To sequence and analyze the near full-length genome of an HIV-1 subtype G strain identified in Guangxi,China. Methods The demographic information of an individual infected with HIV-1 subtype G strain was investigated, whose peripherial blood was collected.Viral RNA in plasma was extracted. The near full-length genome of HIV was amplified in two halves using RT-nested-PCR.The PCR products were purified and sequenced.Phylogenetic analysis was made using MEGA6 software. Results A near full-length genome of 8847 bp was obtained. In the neighbor-joining tree, the strain clustered with subtype G references,as supported by the high Bootstrap value (100%).The closest phylogenetic relationship was found between our strain and another subtype G strain (JN106043)previously identified in Guangxi, which was supported by the genetic distance (5%)and high Bootstrap value (100%).Conclusion The strain identified in the study might have originated from subtype G strains in Guangxi, suggesting that subtype G has spread locally in Guangxi.Further surveillance of subtype G epidemic in Guangxi is necessary. The near full-length subtype G strain genome will provide information for the surveillance of HIV in Guangxi.
