This paper analyzes by many kinds of methods,such as collecting literature,case analysis,positive analysis to discuss the necessity and feasibility of utilizing ISO9000 management idea in the higher vocational medical education field.Then analyzes the utilizing case of Tianjin Medical College.At last,this paper gives some solutions about how to improve it in future.

There are many existing problems which are to be solved in Chinese medical undergraduate education evaluation.It can be improved by founding the scientific scheme for medical undergraduate education evaluation through carrying out the diversification of evaluation subject,formulating a reasonable evaluation system,optimizing the evaluation process,establishing the rule of law and access system and playing the leading role of evaluation.

The clearance of proteins differing in charge and/or size (IgG4, total IgG and albumin) was evaluated in 95 diabetic patients. Urinary IgG4 values increased in group mi-croalbuminuria. The increased urinary IgG4 excretion correlated significantly with the degree of albuminuria and diabetic retinopathy. Urinary total IgG levels increased obviously only in group with massive macroalbuminuria. The IgG4/total IgG ratio was highest in group mi-croalbuminuria, and its change had a special pattern. Urinary IgG4 and IgG4/total IgG ratio may be sensitive parameters in assessing early protein charge-selectivity impairment and in detecting incipient diabetic nephropathy.

BACKGROUND:Human amniotic mesenchymal stem cel s have the potential to differentiate into insulin-secreting cel s and have immunomodulatory effects. Additional y, it has been clinical y proved that Gegen Qin Lian Tang can lower blood sugar. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Gegen Qin Lian Tang combined with human amniotic mesenchymal stem cel transplantation on rat early diabetic retinopathy, by detecting pathological changes, levels of blood indicators and expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor in retinal tissues. METHODS:By intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin, 42 Wistar rat models with diabetes mel itus were prepared and then randomly divided into model group, human amniotic mesenchymal stem cel transplantation group (cel transplantation group) and combination of human amniotic mesenchymal stem cel s and Gegen Qin Lian Tang group (combination group). At 4 weeks after transplantation, levels of blood sugar and serum insulin in diabetic rats were detected;pathological changes of the retina in diabetic rats were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining. Besides, expressions of CD45 and vascular endothelial growth factor mRNA were detected using immunohistochemistry staining and RT-PCR technology, respectively. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Compared with the model group, the levels of blood glucose and serum insulin in both cel transplantation and combination groups were significantly decreased and increased, respectively, and these changes were even more significant in the combination group (P<0.05). In the model group, the retinal edema could be found, accompanied by structural disorder and irregular cel arrangement, while these retinal lesions were relatively milder in the cel transplantation group and significantly improved in the combination group. In addition, the CD45 expression and in the retina was highest in the model group subsequently fol owed by the cel transplantation group (P<0.05) and lowest in the combination group (P<0.05). Furthermore, compared with the model group, the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor mRNA was also significantly lower in the other two groups, especial y in the combination group (P<0.05). These data show that Gegen Qin Lian Tang combined with human amniotic mesenchymal stem cel transplantation improves the severity of diabetic retinopathy by inhibiting expressions of CD45 and vascular endothelial growth factor in the retinal tissues.

Objective:In order to study the antitumor effect of AD injection and its immunological mechanisms.Methods:Liver cancer H22-bearing mice were treated with AD injection and 7 days later to observe the effect of AD injection on the inhibitory rate of tumor,indexes of thymus and spleen,lymphocytes transformation function,phagocytosis of the peritoneal macrophage,activity of TNF,the level of IL-2 and IFN-α in serum.Results:AD injection could inhibit the growth of tumor in bearing mice significantly and promote the transformation function of lymphocytes and enhance the peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis and the activities of TNF.AD injection could improve the level of IL-2 of spleen cells and IFN-α in serum.Conclusion:These results suggested that AD injection could obviously inhibit the growth of tumor and enhance the immune functions in bearing mice.

The importance of software version in the medical device software supervision does not cause enough attention at present. First of all, the effect of software version in the medical device software supervision is discussed, and then the necessity of software version in the medical device software supervision is analyzed based on the discussion of the misunderstanding of software version. Finally the concrete suggestions on software version naming rules, software version supervision for the software in medical devices, and software version supervision scheme are proposed.

With the key words such as acupuncture and moxibustion, coronary heart disease, etc., CNKI, WANFANG and VIP databases were retrieved to get Chinese literature of coronary heart disease treated with acupuncture and moxibustion in recent 10 years. Related 76 articles were collected and 72 acupoints were applied. The potential relation among acupoints of the top 20 was analyzed by hierarchical cluster analysis. It was discovered that the main acupoints were Neiguan (PC 6), Xinshu (BL 15), Danzhong (CV 17), Geshu (BL 17) and Zusanli (ST 36), etc., especially the specific acupoints. The back-shu points and five-shu points were emphasized. Pericardium meridian of hand-jueyin was the high frequency meridian. The four extremities were the main position.

Intracranial stent implantation induces platelet-monocyte aggregate, regulates activities of monocyte, induces monocyte expression tissue factors, and promotes fibrin deposition in thrombus at vessel injury site, which promotes inflammatory reaction. P substance significantly increases following stent implantation; platelet ? particle-derived soluble CD 40L, which can promote platelet aggregation, also increases after stenting. Flow cytometry, platelet aggregation, soluble platelet activation-related molecule in serum are used to determine platelet activation and aggregation in blood of 30 patients before and after stent implantation from Department of Neurosurgery, First Hospital of China Medical University, so as to explore blood coagulation reaction characters after intracranial stent implantation

A case of mandible plasma cell myeloma is reported.Plasma cell myeloma is a monoclonal neoplastic proliferation of plasma cells of bone-marrow derivation,usually multi-centric but jaw bones are rarely involved.The treatment requires precise pathological diagno-sis.The prognosis of solitary jaw bone lesions can be good after treatment.

Objective To detect the serum proteomic patterns using SELDI-TOF-MS ProteinChip array technology in gastric cancer,screen biomarker candidates,build diagnostic models and evaluate its clinical significance in early gastric cancer.Methods SELDI-TOF-MS ProteinChip was used to detect the serum proteomic patterns of 40 patients with gastric cancer and 30 healthy people.The diagnostic models were developed and validated by discriminant analysis.Results The model composed by 3 protein peaks 8592m/z、13725m/z and 8678m/z could do the best in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.The specificity and sensitivity of it were 86.5%(26/30)and 90%(36/40)respectively.Conclusions This method show great potential for the early detection,staging before operation and screening novel and better biomarkers to early gastric cancer.
