Objective To evaluate the epidemic status of main non-communicable chronic diseases among the residents of Jingan district in Shanghai.Methods Multistage cluster sampling was adopted.960 residents were investigated with questionnaire and physical examination.Results The prevalence rates of Hypertension,diabetes mellitus,Cerebral vessels and Heart-blood were 25.6%,5.8%,3.1%and 5.7%,respectively.The multivarate logistic regression analysis showed that the related risk factors to four non-communicable chronic diseases included family history,the OR(95%CI)1.6(1.2～2.3),6.9 (3.5～13.6),4.5(2.0～10.0),2.2(1.2～4.0)separately.Conclusion Hypertension,diabetes are the main non-communicable disease hazarding the public health.The government and professional institutes should raise the attention on this serious problem and finance more as well as supplying policy support.

Objective Using apomorphine, a potent dopamine receptor agonist and rotating T-maze, the effect of apomorphine on the visual discrimination learning and reversal learning in rats was investigated. Methods All rats were trained in a visual discrimination task (food reward and light stimulus) in rotating T-maze. After reaching the acquisition criterion, rats were trained in a reversal task (food reward and without light stimulus) in the same maze. During the period of visual discrimination task, apomorphine was administrated either 30 minutes prior to learning or after learning immediately. Results The results showed that apomorphine, which was given either 30 minutes prior to visual discrimination learning or after learning, could impair the acquisition of discrimination learning( 259.20±26.29 and 264.00±16.97, compared to 168.00±16.97 and 163.20±20.08) and apomorphine, which was given only after visual discrimination learning, could impair the acquisition of reversal learning (451.20±39.44 compared to 360.00±29.39). Conclusion The results showed that apomorphine, which was given either 30 minutes prior to visual discrimination learning or after learning, could impair the acquisition of discrimination learning and apomorphine, which was given only after visual discrimination learning, could impair the acquisition of reversal learning.

Objective To investigate the change on the extent of coagulated lesion under various interrupting methods of hepatic blood flow in vivo animal livers, and the clinical effect of combining tran scathcter arterial chernoembolization(TACE) with percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy (PMCT) for primary and metastatic hepatic tumors. Methods Using FORSEA MTC-3-500s microwave coagulator, we performed microwave tissue coagulation in vivo liver of 6 pigs at 60 W, 2 min and of 20 rabbits al 40 W, 2 min with or without the interruption of hepatic blood flow. 27 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma(30 nodules) and 8 patients with metastatic carcinoma( 12 nodules) underwent the combination therapy of 1 - 4 sessions of TACK followed by within 3-10 days by 1 - 3 sessions of PMCT guided by ultrasonography and/or CT. Objective To establish the method for simultaneous determination of epimedium glycoside and other 4 kinds of active ingredients in Xianling Gubao Capsules by three wavelength switching method. Methods An Waters Atlantis T3 C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used with the mixture of acetonitrile-0.05％ formic acid solution as the mobile phase in gradient elution (0–5 min, 12％–20％ A; 5–15 min, 20％–55％ A; 15–35 min, 55％ A;35–55 min, 55％–76％ A; 55.1 min, 12％ A; 55.1–60 min, 12％ A). Detection wavelength was as follow: 0–30 min, 212 nm; 30–42 min, 246 nm; 42–60 min, 270 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The calibration curves of asperosaponin Ⅵ, psoralen, angelicin, epimedin C, and icariin were in good linearity among the ranges of 101.6–3048 ng, 8.7–261 ng, 7.9–237 ng, 117.2–3516 ng, 78–2340 ng, respectively. In the instrument precision test, stability test, repeatability test, the RSD was less than 3％. The average recoveries were 99.83％, 100.35％, 100.59％, 100.60％, 99.72％, respectively, and all the RSD were less than 3％. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate, and separation effect is good, which can provide a basis for quality evaluation standard of Xianling Gubao Capsules.
