This article analyses the characteristics and current situation in oncology teaching,and studies the goals,task and methods on oncological probation.

OBJECTIVE:To study the pharmacokinetic features of Fagopyrum tataricum total flavonoids. METHODS:6 Beagle dogs were intragastrically given single dose of 80 mg F.tataricum total flavonoids (with content of quercetin at 1.2% and the content of eldrin at 24.7%). HPLC-UV spectrophotometry was adopted to determine the content of total quercetin in the hydrolyzed plasma samples. RESULTS:Taking the total quercetin as the index of the pharmacokinetic features of the F. tataricum total flavonoids in the Beagle dogs,the main pharmacokinetic parameters were as follows:AUC0→t:(9.92?1.49)?g?h?mL-1;AUC0→∞:(10.81?1.86)?g?h?mL-1;Cmax:(1.07?0.19)?g?mL-1. CONCLUSION:The pharmacokinetics of the F.tataricum total flavonoids in the Beagle dogs conforms to two-compartment model,and the concentration-time curves are characterized by multiple peak pharmacokinetics.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of methotrexate combined with mifepristone prophylaxis for persistent ectopic pregnancy (PEP) after laparoscopic conservative surgery. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of tubal pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups by admission number, the study group (60 cases) were treated by mifepristone before laparoscopic conservative surgery and methotrexate combined with mifepristone after laparoscopic conservative surgery, but the control group (60 cases) were treated by laparoscopic conservative surgery, the bleeding was observated in the surgery,concentration of β-human chorionic gonadotrop ( β-hCG) was detected before operation and 1,3,7,12 d after operation. Results There were significant differences in β-hCG after operation 3,7,12 d between two groups(P<0.05). The bleeding was (21.8 ?.2) ml in study group,and (38.1 ?3.1) ml in control group, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). In study group, the incidence of PEP was 0, and 3.33%(2/60) in control group. Conclusion Preoperative mifepristone and postoperative mifepristone combined with methotrexate in preventing PEP after laparoscopic conservative surgery is efficacy, and it can be chosen in clinic.

[Objective] To optimize the technology for Antipyretic Mixture (AM), which is mainly composed of Herba Ephedrae, Gypsum Fibrosum (GF), Rhizoma Amenarrhenae, Radix Isatidis, Rhizoma Imperatae, Radix Puerariae, etc. . [Methods] Orthogonal test was applied for the screening of technology. Rat model of fever was induced by dried yeast and body temperature served as the screening index. [Results & Conclusion] The optimal process was as follow: (1) cleaning the herbs and smashing Gypsum Fibrosum into pieces and then soaking for one hour; (2) decocting the herbs with 10-fold water for one hour (Gypsum Fibrosum decocted first for one hour) ; (3) extracting the volatile oil, filtering and then concentrating the decoction; (4) evaporating again the volatile oil; (5) mixing the solutions and preparing as 1 kg/L oral liquid.

Glucagon-like peptide-2 (GLP-2) is a 33-amino acid peptide derived from the tissue-specific, post-translational processing of the proglucagon gene.GLP-2 is a newly discovered,specific for the intestine growth factor that affects gastrointestinal functions including epithelial growth of normal and developing intestinal preventing damage and facilitating intestinal repair in animal models and patients of intestinal disease. GLP-2 also inhibits gastrointestinal motility and gastric acid secretion, up-regulates intestinal blood flow and reduces food intake. The actions of GLP-2 are initiated by activation of the GLP-2 receptor (GLP-2R), a specific G-protein-linked membrane receptor. This review provides an overview of the physiological, pharmacological, and therapeutic actions of GLP-2 and GLP-2R signaling mechanism, with a focus on the most recent findings on the role of this peptide hormone in the normal and diseased gastrointestinal tract.

BACKGROUND:At present, the confrontation of CAD/CAM systems and the lost wax casting method for marginal adaptation has been widely concerned, but the results are controversial. OBJECTIVE:To compare the marginal adaptation of single cobalt-chromium PFM crowns produced by 3 Shape CAD/CAM systems and the lost wax casting method. METHODS: A maxilary first premolar was prepared according to the standards. 50 resin-generation models were created by bi-color silicone rubber method and randomly divided into two groups: CAD/CAM group (A1-A25) and cast group (B1-B25). Al the models were cast in plaster. In CAD/CAM group, the digital impressions were obtained by optical scanning, then designed through computer and cut directly by NC miling machine. In cast group, metal ceramic crowns were made by the lost wax casting method. When crowns were al seated on the working dies, the marginal gaps were copied with light silicone rubber and then embedded with occlusal silicone rubber. The thickness of crown marginal gap was measured with a stereo microscope. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The average vertical clearance was (34.67±7.48)μm of CAD/CAM group, while (53.70±9.64)μm of the cast group; the difference was statisticaly significant between two groups (P < 0.05). The average level clearance was (37.61±7.63)μm of CAD/CAM group, while (53.02±10.65)μm of the cast group, and the difference was statisticaly significant between two groups (P < 0.05). Experimental findings suggest that, the marginal adaptation of single cobalt-chromium PFM crowns cast produced by 3 Shape CAD/CAM systems is clinical acceptable (< 120μm), and CAD/CAM systems of metal casting is obviously better than the lost wax casting in building metal based crowns with adaptable margin.

Objective To investigate the auditory brainstem response (ABR) of newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) after hear screening failure.Methods To test ABR of 833 healthy newborns with no perinatal diseases at the clinic,and 425 newborns born in NICU who failed the hearing screening of monaural or both-ear from March 2014 to May 2015.Results 49.6% of children′s wave V response thresholds were ≥30 dB in the NICU group and 36.1% children′s wave V response thresholds were ≥30 dB in healthy group.The hearing abnormality rate of the NICU group was significantly higher than that of the healthy group(P<0.05);The average auditory thresholds healthy of the group[(19.76±6.59)dB] was significantly lower than those of the NICU group[(41.52±20.35)dB](P<0.05);both ear latency for waves Ⅰ,Ⅲ and Ⅴ and interpeak latency for waves Ⅰ-Ⅴ in healthy group were significantly shorter than those in NICU group (P<0.05).Conclusion The hearing loss extent of the NICU group is greater than that of the healthy group.The ABR abnormality reflects auditory pathway is abnormal.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationships of electrophysiological characteristics between speech evoked auditory brainstem response (s-ABR) and auditory mismatch negativity (MMN), so as to provide more clues for the mechanism of speech cognitive behavior. METHOD: Thirty-three ears in 33 normal hearing adults were included in this study. Their s-ABR were recorded with speech syllables /da/ at 80 dB HL intensity. Meanwhile, two MMNs were recorded with 1 kHz frequency deviant extent and 40 dB intensity deviant extent in them. The electrophysiological characteristics of s-ABRs and MMNs, as well as the relationships of MMN latencies between s-ABR parameters including latencies in time domain, fundamental frequency(F0) and first formants(F1) in frequency domain were analyzed statistically. RESULT: MMN latency of frequency deviance showed a negative correlation tendency with s-ABR transient components, and it showed a positive trend with sustained components of s-ABR. While MMN latency of intensity deviance showed a positive correlation with s-ABR latency of peak V, A and D respectively, and it negatively showed a correlation with s-ABR latency of other peak s and amplitude of F0 and FI respectively. Only the s-ABR latency of peak F and MMN latency of frequency deviance, and the F0 amplitude of s-ABR and MMN latency of intensity deviance were moderate correlation statistically. CONCLUSION It was probably the neurons of frequency deviant MMN unmatched the characteristics of frequency with the neurons of s-ABR transient component, but well matched the characteristics of frequency with the neurons of s-ABR sustained component. Similarly, the neurons of intensity deviant MMN probably matched the characteristics of intensity with neurons of different components of s-ABR or not. These results may formed as a valuable clue for further investigation of speech perception and temporal processing abilities.

Objective: To study the inhibitory action of docetaxel (DOC) on the proliferation of HeLa and SiHa cells. Methods: Cell morphological changes were observed with inverted phase contrast microscope. MTT was adopted to test and calculate the cell inhibition ratio. Flow cytometry was used to detect cell cycle. Results: DOC had an obvious concentration-dependent inhibitory effect on the proliferation of both HeLa and SiHa cells. The inhibition ratio of DOC on SiHa was significantly higher than that on HeLa (P<0.05). DOC blocked HeLa at G2/M phase. Under the effect of DOC, the cell cycle of SiHa was not changed much. Conclusion: DOC has an obvious inhibitory action on both HeLa and SiHa cells, which shows a promising prospect of DOC in clinical treatment of cervical cancer.
