2.Research progress on early diagnosis of gastric cancer with liver matastasis
Cancer Research and Clinic 2013;(1):65-66
Gastric cancer is the common malignant tumor of digestive tract, and liver metastasis in patients with advanced gastric carcinoma is the most common cause of death. The early diagnoisis of Liver metastasis of gastric cancer in patients with early diagnosis would help to improve the patient' s quality of life and prognosis.Briefly review the blood, imaging and pathological biopsy method in early diagnosis of liver metastasis of gastric cancer. However it is difficult for this.Researchers over the world should have more exchanges in order to develop guiding principles in the end.
3.The functional preservation treatment progress of laryngeal cancer and hypopharyngeal cancer
China Oncology 2013;(12):942-948
The management of laryngeal cancer and hypopharyngeal cancer has fundamentally changed over the recent years. The optimum treatment protocols should pay close attention to the survival rate and function preservation. The purpose of this article we aimed to define the prevalence of intervention of laryngeal cancer and hypopharyngeal cancer, such as open operation, CO2 laser and non-invasive treatments, and measures that may facilitate standardization of such practices.

0.05).CONCLUSION A similar MMN exists in guinea pigs and human.MMN has a process of development, differentiation and maturation with aging. Guinea pigs can serve as the candidate animal for MMN research.Comparing with ABR,MMN is more sensitive to evaluate the central auditory function.
8.The Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Farmers'Participation in the New Rural Cooperative Medical Service
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(08):-
The main factors which affect the farmers'participation in the new rural cooperative medical service are the problems, which exist in the system of the rural cooperative medical service, the institutions of medical service, the government and the farmers themselves etc.Only by constituting the corresponsive policy measures according to these factors can the farmers actively participate in the new rural cooperative medical service.
9.Study on the Quality Standard of Jinwu Jiangu Capsule
China Pharmacy 2015;(30):4247-4249
OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Jinwu jiangu capsule. METHODS:Microscopy was used to identi-fy Panax notoginseng;TLC was used to identify Paeonia lactiflora and Sinomenii Caulis;HPLC was used to determine the content of paeoniflorin. The column was ZORBAX SB-C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(13∶87,V/V)at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength was 230 nm,column temperature was 30 ℃ and injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS:Microscopy showed P. notoginseng had obvious features;P. lactiflora and Sinomenii Caulis in preparation were well-separated with clear spots. The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.014-1.412 μg/μl(r=0.999 2);RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2%;recovery was 95.73%-99.48%(RSD=1.54%,n=6). CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Jinwu jiangu capsule.
10.Changes in peripheral blood CD14dimCD16+ monocyte count and serum C- reactive protein level in elderly patients with chronic heart failure
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2017;37(3):423-426
Objective · To observe the changes in peripheral blood CD14dimCD16+ monocyte count and serum C-reactive protein (CRP) level in elderly patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and analyze the relationship between these changes and the cardiac function of patients. Methods · 42 elderly patients with CHF (the CHF group, consisting of 18 cases of NYHA cardiac function grade Ⅱ , 18 cases of NYHA cardiac function grade Ⅲ , and 6 cases of NYHA cardiac function grade Ⅳ) and 25 healthy elderly people (the control group) were enrolled. Peripheral blood CD14dimCD16+ monocyte count, serum CRP level, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) were measured and statistical analysis was performed. Results · CD14dimCD16+ monocyte count and serum CRP level were significantly higher in the CHF group than in the control group (P<0.05). In the CHF group, the CD14dimCD16+ monocyte count, serum CRP level, and LVEDD of NYHA grade Ⅳ patients were significantly higher than those of NYHA grade Ⅱ patients, while their LVEF was remarkably lower than that of NYHA grade Ⅱ patients. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Correlation analysis results showed that peripheral blood CD14dim CD16+ monocyte count and serum CRP level were positively correlated with LVEDD (r =0.37, r =0.45, P<0.05) and negatively correlated with LVEF (r =-0.56, r =-0.33, P<0.05) in the CHF group. Conclusion · The deterioration of elderly patients with CHF is associated with inflammation and the monocyte dysfunction may exist in the heart failure process. Peripheral blood CD14dim CD16+ monocyte count and serum CRP level are expected to be novel biomarkers that can reflect the severity of heart failure.
