There are many existing problems which are to be solved in Chinese medical undergraduate education evaluation.It can be improved by founding the scientific scheme for medical undergraduate education evaluation through carrying out the diversification of evaluation subject,formulating a reasonable evaluation system,optimizing the evaluation process,establishing the rule of law and access system and playing the leading role of evaluation.

The importance of software version in the medical device software supervision does not cause enough attention at present. First of all, the effect of software version in the medical device software supervision is discussed, and then the necessity of software version in the medical device software supervision is analyzed based on the discussion of the misunderstanding of software version. Finally the concrete suggestions on software version naming rules, software version supervision for the software in medical devices, and software version supervision scheme are proposed.

Objective To transmit ECG signals through a portable dual-mcu ECG holter based dual-port RAM.Methods Dual-port RAM had two independent address,data and control buses,which allowed the two processors accessed it's resource independently at different time.The master processor buffered the acquired data on its RAM until the data accumulated to 200 Bytes.Then the 200 Bytes would be transferred into the dual-port RAM at one time.The slave processor was informed to fetch the data when it reached the flash's one whole page.Results Problems in such aspects were conquered as the port contention of dual-port RAM,limiting sampling frequency,data sharing between the master and slave processors as well as acquiring signals by the cache.Conclusion The portable dual-mcu ECG holter based dual-port RAM can be applied to transmission of ECG signals.

Objective To study the influence of cilostazol to aspirin resistance in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 165 patients with coronary heart disease were set apart two groups:group A:coronary heart disease,group B:coronary heart disease by 2-diabetes mellitus,Both group A and group B received 100 mg of aspirin daily for 7 days and no other antiplatelet agent.The blood samples were analyzed by platelet aggregation(PAG)test.Platelet aggregation using adenosine diphosphate(ADP)and arachidonic acid(AA).then two groups were randomized four groups:A1,A2,B1,B2 separately.both group A1 and B1received aspirin 100 mg qd continuely,group A2 and B2 added anther antiplatelet drug cilostazol 50 mg bid,redetected platelet aggregation after a week.compared PAG and AR using statistic methods.Results PAG and AR of group A is lower than group B(P0.05).The PAG and AR of group A2 was significantly lower than group A and group A1(P0.05),the PAG and AR of group B2 is significantly lower than group B and group B1(P

The current prevalence of myopia has been as high as 27.65%～53.80%among adolescents in Chinese schools.The major reasons are too much near-work activity and lack of outdoor activity for a long time.In order to reduce the prevalence of myopia in Chinese adolescents,we suggest that Chinese students should have 3.5 hours outdoor activity everyday,including 30 minutes travel between home and school,1 hour outdoor activity between classes,1 hour outdoor sport class at school,and 1 hour outdoor activity after school.

Methods Recombinanthuman PI3-K p110?catalytic subunit was expressed by gene engineering. PI3-K activity was assayed byincubating recombinant PI3-K p110?with phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate and [?-32P] ATP;the32P-radiolabeled lipids were extracted with chloroform and methanol,then assessed by scintillation counter.Results SQDS showed inhibition on the recombinant p110?catalytic subunit with IC5014.88?mol/L.Conclusion SQDS is an inhibitor of PI3-K. The recombinant PI3-K p110?catalytic subunit might be usedas a molecular target for simpler screening and development of more effective inhibitors of PI3-K.

Objective To learn the awareness rate of patients for dual referral and analyze factors affecting their intent, in order to provide references for healthcare decision making. Method Data were collected with questionnaires, and analyzed with logistic regress model. Results (1) Factors for patients' awareness rate: Patients' attitude toward first treatment in community) accessibility to community healthcare centers in their vicinity. (2) Factors affecting patients' intention for dual referral: Patients' attitude toward dual referral feasibility; patients' attitude toward rehabilitation back to community if the community joins hands with a hospital; whether patients would choose the community for treatment if the community offers benefits. Conclusion Greater efforts are expected to encourage the people to embrace the practices of dual referral and first treatment in community, and to support community healthcare centers, in addition to expanding the cooperation between such centers and hospitals.
