1.Comparison of Differentiation of Syndromes by Zang-fu Viscera of Diseases between Ancient and Modern Times
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(02):-
Take the common diseases of TCM as the objects such as cough, retention of phlegm and morbid fluid, vomiting, diarrhea, diabetes, edema, stranguria, abdominal mass, jaundice, and consumption, the inherits and the differences in zang-fu syndromes of diseases between ancient time and now were inspected. As a result,a big difference has been appeared in zang-fu syndromes in distribution of same disease between ancient time and now.It mainly displays in: The quantity of zang-fu localizations of disease attribute is different;it has diversity on specific zang-fu organs in syndrome differentiation of disease;the main connected zang-fu organs are different;natures of zang-fu syndromes are different. It has the vital significance to profoundly understand the essence of treatment based on syndrome differentiation through out promulgating the tremendous changes of zang-fu syndrome differentiation of diseases between ancient and modern times.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;16(12):1327-1330
Fractalkine has been recognized as the first member of the fourth chemokine family recently and its receptor, CX3CR1, was identified afterwards. This pair of ligand/receptor play important roles in the migration and adhesion of peripheral leukocyte through different ways. They are also likely to be related to the embryogenesis and regeneration of several organs and may possess some functions in the central nervous system.

Objective To investigate the expression of PD‐L1 in the CD4+CD25hiCD127low/‐ Treg cells in the peripheral blood of colon cancer and the correlation with clinical stage .Methods The expression of PD‐L1 on CD4+CD25hiCD127low/‐Treg cells from 47 samples of the peripheral blood of colon cancer was analyzed by flow cytometry .Results Compared with those from healthy do‐nor ,the proportion of CD4+CD25hiCD127low/‐Treg cells and expression of PD‐L1 on these cells increased significantly (P<0 .01) . Further analysis showed that expression of PD‐L1 increased with the increase of clinical stage of colon cancer (P<0 .01) ,and de‐creased significantly after postoperation (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Increase of proportion of CD4+CD25hiCD127low/‐Treg cells and the expression of PD‐L1 may enhance the suppression of antitumor immunity ,and thereby promote tumor immunoescape .

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(01):-
Objective To evaluate the outcomes of thoracoscopy-assisted mini-incision procedure in patients with lung cancer. Methods From January 2003 to June 2003,66 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were treated in our hospital by lobectomy combined with mediastinal lymph node resection using thoracoscopy-assisted mini-incision(36 patients,VATS Group)or traditional surgery(30 patients, traditional group). The clinical and follow-up data of the two groups were compared after the operation. Results No significant difference was found in the operation time between the VATS and traditional groups(114.6?47.4)min vs(123.3?43.9)min,t=-0.768,P=0.449],while the postoperative hospital stay of the VATS group was significantly shorter than that in the traditional group (9.2?1.4)d vs(10.5?1.7)d,t=-3.408,P=0.001].Log-rank test showed that the survival curve in the two groups was comparable(?2=0.270,P=0.605).Cox regression model indicated that the pathological characteristics(risk ratio:3.912,P=0.000),TNM stage(risk ratio:3.737,P=0.000),and lymph node metastasis(risk ratio:15.495,P=0.000)were independent, unfavorable prognostic factors for the disease;whereas,no relation was detected between the thoracotomy incision and prognosis(P=0.414).Conclusions Thoracoscopy-assisted mini-incision procedure is a safe and reliable approach for patients with lung cancer with satisfying outcomes.

Objective:To study the influence of 3 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) of IL-10 promoter (-1 082, -819 and -594) on acute rejection after renal transplantation in a donor-recipient paired mode. Methods: Three IL-10 promoter SNPs of 52 donor-recipient pairs were genotyped and phenotyped by PCR using sequence-specific primers (SSP). Recipients were followed up for 1 year after transplantation, and acute rejection episodes were observed. Incidences of rejection were compared against pair patterns and differences were analyzed using Fisher's exact test. Results: No genotype of high producer was found in any donor and recipient in this study. Forty-nine recipients were followed up for over 12 months. Of them, 18 recipients (36.7%) had acute rejection and 7 recipients (14.3%) had multiple rejection(MR). The relationship between donors with intermediate producer and acute rejection and MR tended to be statistically significant (P=0.076, P=0.051).The MR rate increased significantly in the pair of donor intermediate producer/recipient low producer (P=0.036). Conclusion: It is preferable to take donor’s IL-10 SNP into consideration in study of IL-10 SNP and renal transplantation. Donor intermediate producer can increase the risk of acute rejection. The combination of donor intermediate/recipient low producer can increase the risk of MR.

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2007;13(7):611-612
Objective To explore the videourodynamic manifestation of neurogenic bladder after operation for lumbar intervertebral disk hernia. Methods A consecutive series of 25 patients with neurogenic bladder dysfunction after operation for lumbar intervertebral disk hernia were analysed retrospectively. They were respectively divided into L4-5 and L5-S1 groups according to the focus, or normal, injured and no-drawn groups according to saddle sensation. Their videourodynamic manifestation were analyzed statistically. Results Videourodynamic manifestation including bladder sensation, bladder compliance, stability, bladder neck's opening extent, bladder capacity and urethral pressures were not significantly different between the group L4-5 and L5-S1 (P>0.05), nor was the saddle sensation (P=0.51). But the bladder sensation and urethral pressures were related with the saddle sensation (P<0.05). Conclusion The videourodynamic changes may not be related with the focus, but the saddle sensation in patients after operation for lumbar intervertebral disk hernia, which need further elucidation.
