2.Effect of Nerve Growth Factor on Expression of Caspase-3 in Hippocampus of Rats with Seizures Induced by Kainic Acid
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1994;0(04):-
Objective To observe the effect of nerve growth factor(NGF) on Caspase-3 expression in hippocampus of epileptic rats induced by kainic acid(KA) and explore the protective effect and mechanisms of NGF on the epileptic neurocytes. Methods Sixty healthy rats aged 21 to 30 days were randomly divided into 3 groups, each of which included 20 rats.Rats in group A were treated with 9 g?L-1 sodium, rats in group B were treated with KA,rats in group C were treated with KA and NGF.Concentration of KA was 2 g?L-1 diluted by 9 g?L-1 sodium;KA was injected into rats in group B and group C,intraperitoneally. Then state of seizure was recorded, and EEG and pathological section were performed.Five rats in each group were sacrificed by perfusion with paraform respectively at 6 hour,on the 1st day,on the 3rd day after injection of KA.Specimen was sampled and made into frozen section.Expression of Caspase-3 in hippocampus of epileptic rats was analyzed by immunohistochemistry. And microscope image measuring and analysis instrument was used to analyze image of expression. Results Symptoms of seizure appeared 30 min after injection of KA.Seizure was proved by detection of EEG and pathological section.Expressions of Caspase-3 detected by immunohistochemistry in group C decreased at every time spot were higher than those in group B,and the defferences between 2 groups had statistically significant(Pa

Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2008;15(z1):7-9
Objective To demonstrate the association between fluid intake and sodium intake during the first 10 days of life and the risk of chronic lung disease (CLD) in very low birth weight (VLBW) infants. Methods A retrospective analysis of data from VLBW infants enrolled in the Neonatal Department of our hospital; 130 infants with birth weight between 790 and 1 470 g were randomized, among which 12 infants was diagnosised CLD. The daily fluid intake and sodium intake during the first 10 days of life were compared between the infants without CLD and those who developed CLD. Demographic and clinical neonatal variables were also compared. Results 118 infants survived without CLD and 12 infants developed CLD. Analysis showed that the daily fluid intakes were higher (day 2~10) and weight loss less (day 6~9) in the group of infants who developed CLD. In addition, the daily sodium intakes were also higher (day 2~6) in infants who developed CLD. Conclusion In the VLBW infants treated during the post surfactant era, higher fluid or sodi-um intake during the first 10 days of life were associated with an increased risk of CLD. The finding suggests that careful attention to fluid balance might be an important means to reduce the incidence of CLD.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(05):-
Objective To explore the new feature of colorectal carcinoma attack and its clinical significance.Method The clinical data of the 261 cases of colorectal carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital examined patients(from 1990 to 1998).Results The morbidity of colorectal carcinoma was rapid increased with time progression ,in the former four years was 28 7% ,but in the latter four years was increased to 71 3%, former four years median of attack age was 54 years, latter four years was 63 years.they had differential histological typing and clinical manifestation. Conclusion The colonoscope technique is helpful to the early differential dignosis of the colorectal carcinoma and colectal inflammatory enteropathy.

Chinese Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2014;(6):284-288
Objective To investigate the clinical features of moyamoya disease in children and the prognosis of encephaloduroarteriosynangiosis ( EDAS) . Methods According to the age of first operated patients,317 children with moyamoya disease who received EDAS from January 2004 to December 2010 were divided into 3 groups:infant group (n=16,<3 years of age),preschool group (n=42,3 to 6 years of age),and adolescent group (n=259,6 to 17 years of age). The clinical data and the efficacy of operation of the patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results (1) Among the 3 groups of patients, the incidences of cerebral infarction in the infant group (81. 2%,13/16) or the preschool group (69. 0%,29/42) before procedure were significantly higher than the adolescent group (48. 3%,125/259). There were significant differences (χ2 =11. 741,P<0. 01). (2) Before surgical intervention, the infarct volume enlargement or the recurrence of infarction rate at different parts of brain in the infant group (62. 5%,10/16) was higher than that of the preschool group (31. 0%,13/42) and adolescent group (3. 9%,10/259). There was significant difference (χ2 =77. 437,P <0. 01). (3) The overall rate of favourable prognosis was 86. 4% (274/317). There were significant differences between the 3 groups (χ2 =9. 026,P<0.02). Conclusion The conditions of children with moyamoya disease progresses rapidly and their clinical prognosis is poor. It is safe and effective to perform EDAS early moyamoya disease in children.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2003;0(10):-
Objective To observe whether recombinant human erythropoietin (rhu- EPO) could cross blood- brain barrier (BBB) of premature infants. Methods Thirty - six premature infants, with gestational age 28 - 35 weeks, birth weight0.05).Conclusion Rhu- EPO can cross the BBB of premature infants.
9.Expression of Hypoxia Inducible Factor-1? in Vertebra Development of Mouse
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the expression pattern of hypoxia inducible factor-1?(HIF-1?) in fetal vertebra development of the mouse. Methods The development of mouse fetal vertebra was observed dynamically, and the expression of HIF-1? mRNA at various stages was also detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction. Results The cartilaginous spine column began to form at E13.5.The primary ossification center was observed at E15.5,then the osteogenesis expanded and extended to both sides.HIF-1? mRNA began to express at E13.5,and more significantly at E14.5(P

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the changes of expression of neuronal nitric oxide synthase(nNOS) after sleep deprivation(SD) in rats, and to study the effects of Xingnaojing on them. Methods Rapid eye movement(REM) SD models(SD group,n=40) were established by the modified multiple platform methods. The rats in SD group were subjected to drug intervention group(n=20) and non-drug intervention group(n=20).Xingnaojing injection was administered to the drug intervention group.Rats in SD group were deprived of sleep for 1,3,5 and 7 d. The expression of nNOS in brain tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. The rats without SD were severed as cage control group(n=10) and tank control group(n=10). Results The expression of positive cells of nNOS in brain tissues increased with the time of SD,and Xingnaojing decreased the number of positive cells of nNOS.The area density of positive reaction cells in SD group was significantly higher than those in cage control group and tank control group(P
