Objective To detect serum CA125 and VEGF in patients of non-Hodgkin lymophoma (NHL) involved in bone marrow and analyse prognostic criteria for NHL. Methods The clinical data of 97 patient were chosen as research objects. They were all first-visit patients. Bone marrow infiltrated with lymphoma cell leukemia of 50 patients were identified by bone marrow aspiration or bone marrow biopsy 46 cases of normal bone marrow were used as controls. The serum CA125 and VEGF were detected by ELISA before treatment. Results Among 97 cases of non-Hodgkin disease, there were 50 cases of bone marrow infiltrated lymphoma cells with a incidence rate of 51.5 %. CA125 and VEGF level in the patients whose bone marrow or lymphoma cell leukemia existed NHL cells was much higher than that of NHL with negative bone marrow infutration (P <0.05). Conclusion CA125 and VEGF can be concluded clinical markers which decide bone marrow or lymphoma cell leukem of the NHL patients whether existed NHL cells or not.

Objective To explore the clinical features, characteristics of neuroimaging and prognosis of toxic encephalopathy induced by 1,2- Dichloroethane. Methods The clinical features, characteristics of neuroimaging and prognosis in eight cases with toxic encephalopathy induced by 1,2- Dichloroethane were analyzed retrospectively. Results In acute or subacute stage of toxic encephalopathy induced by 1,2- Dichloroethane, the whole brain injury symptoms and severe intracranial hypertension were the main neurological manifestations. CT and MR examination showed diffused encephaledema and brain swelling. DWI test showed the symmetric diffused low density lesions in white matter of cerebral hemisphere, and the average values of ADC decreased significantly. With the disease improving, the brain swelling was alleviated, the brain lesion foci reduced gradually, and the average values of ADC increased. The prognosis will be improved dramatically if sufficient mannitol, hormone and high pressure oxygen were used in the early stage. Conclusion The diagnosis of toxic encephalopathy induced by 1,2- Dichloroethane depends mainly on the clear toxicant contact history, clinical features and characteristics of neuroimaging. Taking effective measures in the early stage to control actively the encephaledema would be beneficial to the prognosis.

Objective To compare the effects of levosimendan (Levo) and recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide (rhBNP) in patients with acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF). Methods Seventy-five patients were included into this randomized positive-controlled and parallel-group study to receive either Levo (Levo group), rhBNP (rhBNP group) or dobutamine therapy (control group). Heart rate, respiratory rate, 24-hour urine volume, improvement in six-minute walk-test after 72-h treatment were compared between three groups. The blood level of BNP and values of left ventricular end dia?stolic diameter (LVEDD) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) after one-week treatment were compared between three groups. Results After 72-h treatment, heart rate and respiratory rate were significantly decreased, and 24-hour urine volume, six-minute walk-test were significantly increased in three groups (P<0.05). The NT-proBNP and LVEF were im?proved after one week treatment (P>0.05), but the LVEDD was improved barely (P>0.05). The improvements were more significant in Levo group and rhBNP group compared to those of control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differenc?es in improvements between Levo group and rhBNP group. The common adverse reactions were hypotension and ventricular premature beats. There were no significant differences in adverse event rates between three groups (P<0.05). Conclusion As compared with dobutamine, Levo and rhBNP have optimized efficacy, fewer side effects and good safety in the treatment of ADHF. They are worth of clinical application.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2022;57(5):1282-1288
Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a chronic, repeated intestinal inflammatory disease. Clinically commonly used therapeutic drugs have some disadvantages, such as poor efficacy and many adverse reactions after long-term application. Although new biological therapies such as anti-tumor necrosis factor agents, overcome common adverse reactions, also have problems such as high price, difficult storage, drug resistance and recurrence after application. In recent years, many new therapeutic methods for inflammatory bowel disease have emerged, for example, modulators that inhibit lymphocyte migration (integrin inhibitors and sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor agonists) have been introduced into the clinical treatment of inflammatory bowel disease, inflammatory cytokine inhibitors (interleukin-23 inhibitors, Janus kinase inhibitors, phosphodiesterase inhibitors, etc

Objective To investigate the clinic signification of newborn hearing screening combined with deafness susceptibility genes screening. Methods 1 440 newborns(3 ~ 5 days after birth) were screened for 8 hot spot hearing loss associated mutations from GJB2, mt12S rRNA and SLC26A4. At the same time, all infants received hearing screening. Those who failed to pass two-step test were referred to further audiological assessment. Results The carrier rate of commonmutations was 1.46% for GJB2 c.235delC, 0.35% for GJB2 c.299-300delAT, 0.42% for mt12S rRNA c.1555A > G, 0.42% for SLC26A4 c.IVS7-2A > G and 0.14% for SLC26A4 c.2168A > G. The total carrier rate was 2.78%. 10 infants were diagnosed as hearing loss in the hearing screening and follow-up audiology assessment (6.94‰) and 5 were diagnosed as severe hearing loss (3.47‰). 32 hearing loss associated mutation carriers passed the hearing screening. Conclusions Genetic screening of newborn hearing screening can be helpful to find out neonates with late-onset and progressive hearing impairment, which were significant for early intervention, regular follow-up and reduction of deafness.
