2.Quality Standard for Huisheng Diyidan Tablet
Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(02):-
AIM:To establish the method for quality control of Huisheng Diyidan Tablet(Eupolyphagea seu Steleophaga;Radix Angelicae sinensis,Sanguis Draconis,etc.). METHODS: Radix Angelicae sinesis,Eupolyphaga seu Steleophaga,Chinnabaris,Moschus,Boswellia carterii were identified by microscope.Sanguis Draconis was identified by TLC,Pyritum was identified by general identified reaction; The content limitation of cinnabaris(HgS) was determined by titration.Ferulic acid content of Radix Angelicae sinensis was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: Every part of the tablet was identified, the content limitation of cinnabaris(HgS) and ferulic acid content of Radix Angelicae sinensis were determined. CONCLUSION: The method showed that the characteristic for identification is distinct and highly specific, quantitative assay is simple, accurate, reliable and can be used for quality control of Huisheng Diyidan Tablet effectively.

4.Investigation and analysis on the professional impact caused by Physician-patient relationship disharmony for medical students
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
After the survey in in-school students and interns,it reflects that the medical students have more or less recognized the disharmony situation on doctor-patient relationship.Meanwhile it also influences their medical profession mind because the high risk of medicine occupations,One-sided public opinions, the gap between the ideals and the reality led to the idea of change their careers.Strengthen the ideological and professional education of medical students,so that they enhance immunity, the ability to distinguish right from wrong, and response capabilities.
5.Three Cases of Experience with Classical Formulae
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(04):-
This article discussed the author applied the thought of treatment based on syndrome differentiation that acquisitioned from following the master for many years. The three cases of experience in treating insomnia,welling-abscess of the lung and minor chest bind disease applying classical formulae of Xiaochaihu decoction,Weijing decoction and Xiaoxianxiong decoction separately all get preferable clinical curative effect.
6.SERUM CONTENT OF B2 MICROGLOBULIN IN VIRAL HEPATITIS PATIENTS
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
?2 Microglobulin levels were measured by radioimmunoassay in the serum of 114 patients with viral hepatitis and asymptomatic HBsAg carriers, and compared with 24 normal controls.Elevated serum ?2 microglobulin levels were found in acute viral hepatitis, chronic persistent or active hepatitis. The quantity of the serum ?2 microglobulin was remarkably increased in the chronic active hepatitis (P
7.A Comparative Study of the Expressions of ets-2, IGF-Ⅱ, C-myc and N-ras in Human Primary Hepatocelluiar Carcinoma and Tumor-adjacent Tissues
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(01):-
The expressions of ets-2, IGF-Ⅱ, C-myc and N-ras in 12 pairs of human primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC) and tumor - adjacent tissues are presented in the present paper. The results showed that there was at least one of the four oncogenes studied overexpressed in the 12 pairs of samples. ets -2 was the most commonly expressed oncogene seen in all the PHC and tumor - adjacent tissues, with 3. 5 and 2.4 kb as the major two bands, which differed from the evenly expressed 4. 5, 3. 5 and 2. 4 kb bands in the normal control livers. In six tumor-adjacent tissues the expression of ets-2 was higher than that in PHC. IGF-Ⅱ was expressed as 5. 0 and 2. 0 kb fetal transcripts in PHC and tumor-adjacent tissues, while in the normal control livers it was 5. 6 kb. One tumor-adjacent tissue had IGF-Ⅱ fetal transcripts expressed but the corresponding PHC had no IGF -Ⅱexpressed, indicating the reverse differentiation in PHC. N-ras was expressed as 4. 0 kb band in 8 out of 12 PHC and in 6 out of 12 tumor-adjacent tissues. In two cases the expression of N-ras was higher in tumor-adjacent tissues than in PHC. 5. 6 and 2. 6 kb N -ras transcripts were also detected in one pair of PHC and tumor -adjacent tissue and in two tumor - adjacent tissues, together with the 4.0 kb transcript. C - myc was expressed as 4. 0 kb band in 9 out of 12 PHC and in 6 out of 12 tumor-adjacent tissues. One tumor-adjacent tissue had higher C-myc expression than PHC. In two PHC 2. 2 kb C-myc transcript was detected besides the 4.0 kb transcript. The roles and relationships of these oncogenes in the carcinoge-nesis of human PHC are discussed in detail.
8.The States of HBV in Human Primary Hepatoceilular Carcinoma and Tumor-adjacent Tissues: A Comparative Study
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
The present paper reports on the study of HBV states in human primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC) and tumor-adjacent tissues. The results showed that in 11/12 PHC (91.5%) and 9/12 tumor-adjacent tissues (75%) there were integrated forms of HBV DNA. The amount of HBV integrated in PHC was higher than that in tumor-adjacent tissues, indicating a clonal selection for liver cells containing integrated HBV during the malignant transformation of PHC. In two tumor-adjacent tissues only free HBV was found, while in the corresponding PHCs there was integrated HBV DNA. This suggests that integration had taken place in the process of carcinogenesis of PHC. It was also observed in this study that four patients had putatively defective HBV in their liver cells which could be replicated but not be secreted into serum. The possible role of HBV in the carcinogenesis of PHC is discussed
9.Intensional definition of research-oriented hospitals and research on their features
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(05):-
Proceeding from such perspectives as the development of medical science and technology, the prevention and treatment of diseases, and the needs of hospitals for self-development,the paper discusses the significance of building research-oriented hospitals. It also expounds the concept and intensional features of research-oriented hospitals in light of the successful experience of specialty hospitals that have developed through science and education, the development strategies and measures of research-oriented enterprises and universities, and the unique features of hospitals. At the same time the paper puts forward suggestions for appropriately handling certain relationships in the building of research-oriented hospitals.
