4.Progress in diagnosis and treatment of acute kidney injury post neonatal asphyxia
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;39(1):36-39
Acute kidney injury(AKI) is a common consequence of perinatal asphyxia, occurring in up to 56% of these infants, which can cause multiply organ dysfunction and neonatal death. This review summaries the development of early detection indexes in laboratory and clinic such as novel biomarker, urinary protein, urinary enzyme, renal blood flow velocity by pulse Doppler ultrasonography, and treatment in AKI post neonatal asphyxia. It provides more positive meanings on early detection, early management and eventually mortality reduction.
5.Analysis of the“Wind Tranquilizing Method”Used by Pro. Lian Jianwei for Vertigo Treatment
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2013;(11):1289-1290,1293
[Objective] To conclude the clinical experience of vertigo treatment using“wind tranquilizing method”by Pro. Lian Jianwei. [Method] Through analyzing clinical cases, generalizing the major syndrome, basic formula and formula modification of “wind tranquilizing method”used by Pro. Lian Jianwei to treat vertigo. [Result] The major pathogenesis of vertigo is wind, fire, phlegm, blood stasis and deficiency of blood. Pathological change of vertigo is in liver and so the treatment requires the tranquilizing of the liver-wind. Pro. Lian Jianwei is good at using“wind tranquilizing method”to cure vertigo caused by liver-wind stirring internal y. The formula of“wind tranquilizing method”takes into account the nature of vertigo and the physiological characteristics of the liver. He is also good at modifying the formula according to the patient conditions. [Conclusion] Pro. Lian Jianwei is good at prescrib-ing formula according to principles and treating methods. He also has deep understanding for the characteristic of vertigo and liver. Therefore the formula of his“wind tranquilizing method”has clinical value in terms of vertigo treatment.
6.The influencing factors for efficiency of liposome-mediated transfection of pReceiver-M29-PRKCB1 into human umbilical vein endothelial cell
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1987;0(01):-
Objective: To observe the influencing factors for efficiency of liposome-mediated transfection into human umbilical vein endothelial cell(HUVEC). Methods: Transferring HUVECs by distinct conditions, such as ratios of liposome and plasmid, densities of per well and different times of incubation, and transfection rates were observed and calculated by fluorescent microscope and flow cytometry. Results:⑴ When density of per well exceeded 2?l04 and times exceeded 4 hours,liposome-mediated transfection efficiency of endothelial cells decreased. ⑵With adding plasmid quality, transfection rates increased;while plasmid quality exceeded 1.0 ?g,in condition of 2?l04 per well and liposome volume 2 ?l, transfection efficiency reached the peak level. ⑶With adding liposome volume, transfection rates increased;while liposome volume was 8 ?l,in condition of 2?104 per well and plasmid quality 1 ?g, transfection efficiency was depressed. When ratios of liposome and plasmid were 1:6~1:8,the optimal transfection efficiency was 18.62%. Conclusion: Using optimal transfection parameter,we obtained the optimal transfection efficiency .
7.Analysis of 8494 patients with genitourinary tract mycoplasma infection and drug susceptibility
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1987;0(01):-
Objective:to investigate the status ofpatients with genitourinarytract infection caused byUreaplasma urealyticum(Uu)and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh),and its drug susceptibility and resistance in Chongqing. Methods:The genitourinary tract samples from 8 494 doubtful patients with mycoplasma infection were cultured and the susceptibility of the disease to 10 routine antibiotics was measured by mycoplasma cultivation, identification and drug susceptibility integration kit. Results:In the results of mycoplasma cultivation of 8 494 doubtful cases,2 735 cases were positive(32.2%),and 2 239 of them were simple Uu infection(26.4%),and 29 cases were simple Mh infection(0.3%)and 467 cases were double infection(5.5%).The results ofsusceptibilitytest showed that the sensitivityofUu toMinocycline,Deoxycycline,Clarithromycin,Azithromycin,JosamycinandRoxithromycinwas96.4%,95.4%,94.4%,87.1%,74.2%,and 73.3%,respectively,but tospectinomycin was 6.5%.Otherwise,the sensitivityofMh toDeoxycycline,Minocycline,Josamycin and Lincomycin was 100%,96.6%,96.6%,86.2% respectively, but toRoxithromycin,Azithromycin,Clarithromycin was 0%,0%,3.4% respectively. The double infection was the most sensitive to Minocycline and Deoxycycline, then to Josamycin, and the sensitivity was 92.1%,89.7% and 61.2%,respectively,but the sensitivityofittoRoxithromycin,Azithromycin,Clarithromycin,andSpectinomycinwas3.9%,5.2%,8.6%,and9.4%respectively.Conclusion:Mycoplasma is one of the main pathogen in genitourinary tract non-gonococcus inflammation, especially Uu infection. The therapy of mycoplasma infection should depress the production ofdrugresistant strain bythe reasonable adoption ofantibiotics accordingtothe results of susceptibilitytest.

10.Approvation after knowing the facts and collecting evidence
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
In recent years, there are more and more medical disputes. Moreover, they are not easy to deal with.It has already become a focus problem to the society and a knotty problem to the hospitals. The author considers these facts that the patients don't know the facts of a case before approving doctor's treatment ad the hospitals absence of efficient proof are basic reasons. If we can do well the two jobs, they would play a positive role in preventing medical disputes and dealing with these accidents in high efficient, objective and impartial form.
