The implementation of cancer genome scientific program has promoted the diagnosis, prevention and tar-get treatment of diseases at molecular level with massive cancer genome data accumulated. Effective mining and use of cancer genome data have thus become the focus in the field of cancer genome. The cancer genome was annotated and demonstrated according to the mining of high-throughput cancer genome data from American National Cancer Research Center, namely the disease-named entity and drug-named entity were identified from the gene function descriptive text and the mined high-throughput data were annotated from their clinical application, in order to help scientific workers to find the relationship between diseases, drugs and genes in scientific literature.

Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2013;(6):629-630
Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of laparoscopic total colectomy for familial adenomatous polyposis. Methods All 9 patients with familial adenomatous polyposis received laparoscopic total colectomy were analyzed. Results Laparoscopic total colecto-my was successfully performed in all the 9 patients. The operative time, blood loss, flatus and hospitalization were respectively 230~310 min, 80~210 mL,2~3 days and 12~14 days. All patients were followed up for 6~36 months. The postoperative recovery was good. Conclusion Total colectomy can be successfully perfomed with laparoscopic assisted in treating familial adenomatous poliposis. It is a feasible and safe surgical procedure and can significantly improve the quality life.

Objective To assess true vocal fold (TVF) length and cricothyroid distance(CTD) with ultrasonography in male-to-female (MtF)transsexual voice surgery. Methods Five MtF transsexuals were divided into two groups according to their voice change surgery methods.High-frequency ultrasonography was used to measure the length of true vocal folds and cricothyroid distance.Measurements were compared pre-and post-surgery, and correlations with fundamental frequency (F0) were analyzed. Results The ultrasonography measurements clearly showed the laryngeal structure and TVF measurement marks. After vocal fold shortening and retrodisplacement of anterior commissure(VFSRAC) surgery, the ultrasonographic measurements showed that the shortening length of TVF were 0.37 cm(21%),0.69 cm(37%) and 0.40 cm(25%), respectively. The CTD in ultrasonographicimages were 1.0 cm pre-surgery of cricothyroid approximation (CTA) and-0.33 post-surgery of CTA.The displacement of cricoid cartilage was 1.33 cm, which was consistent with the laryngeal CT image. Conclusion Both TVF length and CTD can be shown by high-frequency ultrasonography, which can be used to quantitatively assessment and follow-up MtF transsexual voice surgery.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2017;26(5):38-43
Objective To analyze the major adverse reactions of anti-hyperlipidemia drugs and their influencing factors. Methods The adverse reactions of anti-hyperlipidemia drugs in 579 patients were retrieved from the National Population and Health Scientific Data Platform. An adverse reaction-matched dictionary was established by normalizing the names of anti-hyperlipidemia drugs according to the drug name + dosage form and describing the adverse reactions according to the WHO adverse reaction terminology. The data set dimensions were analyzed by data mining. Results The adverse reaction rate of intravenous drip was 75.4% and manifested as chest distress, itching and dyspnea. The rate of adverse reaction involving organ systems was 61.1% and manifested as systemic injury, fever, discomfort and anorexia.Logistic regression analysis showed that the drug giving route was a factor influencing the severity of adverse reaction. Conclusion The adverse reactions of anti-hyperlipidemia drugs involve systemic, skin and its appendix injury.Drug giving route is the major factor influencing the severity of adverse reaction.
