2.Culture and transplantation of autologous corneal limbal stem cells

OBJECTIVE: Autotransplantation with cultured autologous limbal stem cell is viewed as the best treatment. Therefore, it is necessary to further recognize the molecular biological character of limbal stem cell and histological anatomy and to study the progression of transplantation of autologous limbal stem cell.DATA SOURCES: The papers of Medline January 1995 to December 2002 were looked up in computer by retrieved words "limbus cornea, stem cells,autotransplant" of English version. Simultaneously, the papers of January 1995 to January 2002 of Chinese version were looked up by the same retrieved words in Chinese on http:∥www.wanfangdata.com.cn.STUDY SELECTION: It is to examine initially the papers relevant with studies on histology and physiopathology of limbal stem cells and relevant with DATA EXTRACTION: More than 120 papers of relevant literatures were collected in total and 15 papers of those met the criteria and selected for synthetic analysis.cells: Stem cells of corneal epithelium present similar characters as other committed stem cells, with very strong capacity of proliferation and cell division, in poor differentiation state, long cellular cycle and unparallel divipapillary structure of limbal basal palisades of Vogt are limbal stem cells.sion of stem cells are controlled by serum-source factors and various kinds of cellular factors, the changes in factors in microenvironment affect directly the proliferation and division of limbal stem cells and result in various limbal stem cells of the healthy eye from the patient with several ocular surface diseases cultured are grafted to amniotic membrane carrier for ocular surface autotransplantation on affected eye. It is observed after operation that corneal epithelium is regenerated in 2 to 5 days and visual sensibility is remarkably increased in l month. It is visible in 4-month observation after operation that corneal epithelium is integrative and neogenetic vessels are removed persistently.CONCLUSION: Autotransplantation of cultured limbal stem cells is still at the phase of experimental research, in which, initial success has been achieved in treatment of ocular surface diseases; but the remote therapeutic effect of such transplantation is required a further clinical observation. A further study is expected on proliferation, differentiation, physiology and biochemistry of cultured limbal epithelial stem cells, on screening of unique monoclonal antibody of stem cells, on purification and culture in vitro in stem cells, as well as on how to control the differentiation of stem cells and the influence of cellular factors on stem cells. Whether is it possible to apply allogeneic transplantation of cultured limbal stem cells for disorders of both eyes with deficiency of any source of autologous limbal stem cells? Whether is it possible to reduce incidence of rejection by the possible alternations on antigenicity of cultured limbal stem cells? There would be more prospects in the study on those topics.
3.Influence factors and clinical application progress of resting energy expenditure

The resting energy expenditure(REE)is mainly used to maintain the normal function of body cells, organs and human awakening state,which is influenced by many factors,such as age,genders,fat distribution and endo-crines. It is important by nutrition support according to the actual REE of individuals. The prediction equation only con-siders a single factor,so it couldn't estimate accurately the energy expenditure. Indirect calorimetry is a better way to know the actual REE and limited to be used in clinics. In this review,it will clarify the different energy needs in clinical populations with more focuses on the obese,premature infant and critical patients so that clinicians can facilitate the adequate nutrition support with minimum negative impacts from under - or overfeeding in these individuals.
4.Role of CD4+CD25high regulatory T cens in the pathogenesis of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

Objective To investigate the role of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells and CD4+CD25gigh regulatory T cells in peripheral blood and decidua in the pathogenesis of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP).Methods Peripheral blood and decidua CD4+CD25+regulatory T ceHs and CD4+CD25high regulatory T cells in 30 ICP patients(15 mild ICP and 15 severe ICP)and 28 normal pregnant women were analyzed by flow cytometry.Results The percentage of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells and CD4+cD25high regulatory T cells in the CD4+T cells population in both peripheral blood and decidua in ICP patients were significantly lower than those in control women[(7.96±1.32)%vs(17.05 ±2.86)%,(17.18±2.27)%vs(32.01±3.88)%;(0.78±0.22)%vs(1.71±0.69)%,(2.25±0.89)%vs(8.30±1.13)%;P<0.01].Meanwhile,a significantly higher percentage of CD4+CD25+regulatory T ceHs and CD4+CD25high regulatory T cells in the C4+T cells population was observed in all decidua samples compared to peripheral blood both in ICP patients(P<0.01)and in control women(P<0.01).In addition,the percentages ofCD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells and CD4+CD25high regulatory T ceHs in the CD4+ T cell population in both decidua and peripheral blood in severe ICP[(15.94±1.95)%,(7.17±1.17)%,(1.87±0.90)%,(0.68±0.19)%]were lower than those in mild ICP [(18.43±1.90)%,(8.74±0.96)%,(2.62±0.72)%,(0.89±0.20)%] and normal pregnancy(all P<0.05).Conclusions CD4+CD25high regulatory T cell may play all important role in the pathogenesis of ICP and control of disease progression.
5.Offline storage of CT raw data

External hard disk with USB interface is used to storage CT raw data so as to solve the question that CT raw data cannot be storage for long time. This method benefits CT clinical work and scientific research. Compression and storage of CT raw data will play an important role in CT data storage.
6.Effect of comfort nursing on diabetic patients with interventional therapy

Objective To discuss the influence of nursing intervention on psychological state and postoperative conffort of diabetic patients with interventional therapy. Methods 49 patients who were to receive interventional therapy were randomized into the experimental group and the control group.The con-trol group received routine nursing while the experimental group was given systemic comfort nursing inter-vention based on routine nursing intervention.The anxiety status and incidence of complications before and after the operation were compared by χ2 and t test. Results The anxiety alleviation in the experimental group was better than that of the control group.The incidence of waist- back pain, dysuria, catheter emic-tion, anaesthesia of lower limbs, fidget in the experimental group also more significantly decreased com-pared with those of the control group. Conclusions Systemic nursing intervention can improve the pay-chological and postoperative comfort for diabetic patients with interventional therapy.
7.Progress in Study on Relationship between Gastrointestinal Microecology and Gastric Cancer

8.Examination and analysis of 6 kinds of infection index in patients with knee joint infection

Objective To investigate the clinical value of knee joint infection indexes of white blood cell (WBC),C reactive protein (CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and procalcitonin (PCT),interleukin-6 (IL-6) and absolute value of neutrophil (GR).Methods One hundred and twelve cases of preoperative knee joint infection in our hospital from June 2010 to March 2015 were selected as the research group and contemporaneous 112 cases of no preoperative and postoperative knee joint infection were selected as the control group.The venous blood was collected for observing the changes of the above indexes before operation and at postoperative 1,3,5,7,14 d.Results The levels of WBC,CRP,ESR,PCT,IL-6 and GR before operation and at postoperative 1d in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);the levels of WBC,CRP,PCT and IL-6 at postoperative 3 d in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);the levels of WBC,CRP,ESR and IL-6 at postoperative 5 d in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);the difference at the other time points between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05);in the Logistic regression analysis,the six indicators of WBC,CRP,ESR,PCT,IL-6 and GR6 all could predict knee joint infection (P=0.005,0.004,0.000,0.002,0.003,0.007).Conclusion WBC,CRP,ESR,PCT,IL-6 and GR have certain value for early diagnosis and prevention of infection,and further study on expanded sample size cn carry on.
